We were invited to the big Juneteenth celebration at Ski Beach in Mission Bay this past weekend. Waze showed it would be a 2.5 hour drive from northern OC. However, that was if I used my Fast-track transponder. Of course, taking our new truck, I forgot it in our van. What supposed to be a 2.5 hour drive became a 4.5 hour drive and my kids needed a potty break in Encinitas. So, when I opened the back door, my 5 year old's iPad 6 promptly dropped face down and the screen shattered. Great... Smh. My son was heartbroken. We celebrated a late father's day celebration the day after father's day and I told my brother-in-law about my son's broken screen. He told me about iRepair Cellular in the Whitwood Mall next to Old Navy. I called and was given a quote over the phone. The price was fair but it was almost 8pm and they were about to close so I went the next day. I dropped it off on my lunch and it was ready in a couple of hours. I needed a case and a tempered glass screen protector. Both were in stock and they gladly installed it. The service and prices were great and the location was easy to get to. Sure, it's a 2 year old iPad, but it's my little guy's iPad. The smile on his face when he saw his iPad in its new white leather case was priceless. Thanks guys. Came here to replace a cracked iPhone XR screen, when I got it back, Face ID no longer was working despite it being fine before. Called and they never took blame, even though in the receipt it showed Face ID was fine. (During the testing before they take your phone). So after a trip to the Apple Store I now have to get the entire phone replaced because Face ID cannot be fixed once it's broken. You'll have to get entire new phone ! On top of this, there was light coming from the speaker grill of the phone which was totally not normal and shows that they don't take their time making sure everything is good working order. Beware of this if you come here, and make sure you take videos/pictures of your phone before you take it here because if something goes wrong they will not take blame. I did get a refund - but what good is it as it is now going to cost much more to fix the issue! read more

Great experience I called 4 to 5 stores in my area for prices for a replacement for my iPhone 12 battery and top speaker some even quoted me at 270 for this since it no longer worked and he gave me the best price with the fastest service at less than half the cost of everyone else he was next to a target so I walked around target went to grab cash and by the time I was done he already fixed my speaker issue and got me a new battery for my phone he was upfront and told me it was aftermarket but I didn't get any pop ups from apple telling me to change the battery so it's almost as if I didn't change it and it works brand new I plan on bringing my gf back to get her iPhone 13 battery replaced he does good work and is fast will recommend to others read more
