Came here to replace a cracked iPhone XR screen, when I got it back, Face ID no longer was working despite it being fine before. Called and they never took blame, even though in the receipt it showed Face ID was fine. (During the testing before they take your phone). So after a trip to the Apple Store I now have to get the entire phone replaced because Face ID cannot be fixed once it's broken. You'll have to get entire new phone ! On top of this, there was light coming from the speaker grill of the phone which was totally not normal and shows that they don't take their time making sure everything is good working order. Beware of this if you come here, and make sure you take videos/pictures of your phone before you take it here because if something goes wrong they will not take blame. I did get a refund - but what good is it as it is now going to cost much more to fix the issue! read more
