Honestly, this place left me so amazed. I was in desperate need of finding someone who can fix my phone screen and I came across this place. I used to always drive to the mall to get my screen fixed (its a routine event at this point). I'm definitely a forever customer now. It started by reaching out about pricing and timing to see who would be accessible first thing because I heavily need access to my phone for work. I believe the owner was the once responding to all my questions via yelp. He was quick and answered immediately. When it was time to get my phone fixed I kid you not the whole process only took 10 minutes! Walking in, the replacement and cash out. The guy who helped me was polite and informative! What's cool too is he had a good selection of new phone cases to choose from. Also they have a screen protectors for the phone which was Conveniently available since I needed everything. It's affordable and definitely worth paying for. I wish I could've got the gentleman's name to thank him! This place needs to be recognized more . Overall my experience is a 10/10 !! I've recommended my family friends & coworkers about it. To those looking for a spot I wouldn't pass this place up. Check it out it's 100% worth my time and money! I love being able to use my phone again :) The work came out soooo good. I'm so happy & satisfied!! read more

Really good customer service and it took only 30min to repair my screen :) Really nice employee

Not a bad place.... But $80 to fix the back glass that has nothing to do with the functionality of the device? And to take two hours to do it? Not coming back... I should have looked elsewhere... it's cheaper read more

Might need to update your store hours. Tried coming to the store twice at 11 and 11:20 and it's been closed both times

Small little cell phone repair shop located in the same plaza as jcpenny, Target, and kohl's. It's next to old navy! Walked in and was greeted by a friendly worker! She helped me and fixed my cell phone issues. If I ever have phone issues, I'll be sure to come here again! read more

My phone wasn't working, no apps, email and no iMessage. Set up an appointment at the Apple Store. Forgot about iRepair Cellular. They had repaired my phone before and was very pleased. Went there this morning hoping they could help. I was there for less than 5 minutes and they got my phone working again! Not only did they fix my phone but they refused to charge me! Thank You very much! I will never forget to visit them before seeking help from anyone else. read more

Update. I have had my new phone battery for less than two weeks. They showed me how to check my battery health & my battery health went from 100% to 89%. Again it has been less than two weeks and the battery has already gone down that far. It has been nothing but issues & I really wish I had gone somewhere else. read more

iPhone X got wet while in a bag (not submerged in water) and stopped working. I followed troubleshooting (hard reset, iTunes restore, etc) tips but still couldn't get the phone to work. ToOk it to the Apple store where they told me there was a hardware issue which costs $500 to repair. Luckily, I started researching repair places in my area and found these folks. Brought the phone in about 1:30pm where the manager walked me through the possible repairs needed, how long it would take and what to expect with the phone performance. Phone was ready by 5:30pm same day and is now working properly as expected. Thank you for saving me hundreds of dollars. read more

I was in dire of a new screen, I was on my way out the house when my phone fell and broke, I stopped here, explained to joe my situation and he was very helpful and friendly! Super sweet and he knew what he was doing and talking about! I gave him my phone and he was done within 10-15 minutes, with my phone looking brand new! Very clean work, I highly recommend this place! I was soo excited and this was the best experience I had with getting my screen fixed, I went to a place prior and my screen kept coming off and causing problem.. It's been a few weeks since I got it done here and I've had no problems at all! It's the best my phone has worked and looked in awhile! Also, very good prices! Already told my friends and family about this place! Definitely, will be coming back here when I need some help with a new screen, screen protector, case, or etc! read more

Stellar service. I cracked the screen on my iPhone 8. I got bids from a half dozen vendors. I chose this one because my colleagues recommended the store so highly. The price wasn't the lowest but it was worth paying $5 more than the cheapest to have my phone fixed well and inexpensively. Excellent vendor. I understand why my colleagues recommend the store so highly. He was exceedingly professional and competent. read more

Thank-you, once again for repairing my sons iPhone 11 screen. Excellent and fast service. He dropped his phone and cracked his screen and was not able to use it. Joey fixed his phone within 15 minutes. Thanks again for the fast repair read more

WATCH yourself if you go here better look for another place to go..... I went here after shopping at kohl's to fix my iPhone 7 Plus and they were quick to get me with two prices for the screen repair. The screen I was supposed to get was supposed to be OEM is what they told me for $99 premium quality and comes with 60 days warranty. I noticed after turning on the phone that the screens brightness appear different as if it was like a dim color or not a true white. I also noticed when I put on my polarize sun glasses I can't see the screen at all. Then later my SCREEN STARTED COMING APART UGH!!!!!Next week after I booked my appointment I went to the Apple Store in brea and was told by the Genius Bar rep that my phone had a aftermarket screen that was placed on my phone. Extremely disappointed on what the girl Karina and the other Asian girl told me. I could not understand her English words all so well either. It felt uncomfortable at times but she however knew that I wanted my phone screen fixed and the price was okay for my budget. Make sure before you guys come here... check prices with Apple Store. I had my phone redone by Apple for $169 for a Apple original and comes with 90 days warranty. Yes it took about two hours however I know I have the original screen and with my sunglasses they work perfect!!! I also didn't like that the girl was being PUSHY to have me post a yelp review OR google review in order to get a case that I like for half off the price ... And she only wanted to give me one item half off not two items. She asked for two reviews one yelp review and 1 google review to get two items half off the price... LAST TIME I EVER COME TO THIS PLACE! read more

I told myself I'd save money and resist the temptation of buying a new phone. Figured my phone is still in great condition, not a scratch on it. Then plop, my phone falls face flat onto concrete and screen breaks. grrrrr! So now I'm torn between buying a new phone or getting the screen replaced. I chose the latter and couldn't be any happier. It was a bit pricey to repair a Galaxy S8+ screen but they gave me a discount and it was way cheaper than getting a new phone. Very happy that I found this place and I definitely recommend. read more

This place is amazing! Just when I thought all was lost with my phone the repair man came through and did an amazing job. I had taken my iPhone 12 Pro Max here to fix the cover that goes over the back camera, one of them had broken. When i went, he said he had the part and could have done it for me within 30 minutes. When I showed up, even though it was broken, it still had half the cover on the camera. I picked up the camera and noticed the one that had broken, looked different from the other two but I've also never paid attention to the camera enough to know if it was supposed to look like that or not. I went home and looked at my husbands phone because he has the same and then googled the phone and it's not the same! So i went back and he told me he would refund me but take back the part so that I can take it to apple. I was like but that's not fair to me because you're going to take the whole piece back leaving the camera exposed when it wasn't like that when i dropped it off. He offered me a piece of tape to put over it!!!!!!! How UNPROFESSIONAL! I asked for a refund but he said he could either take back the piece and give me the piece of tape with a full refund or just $10. So on top of the money I paid him, now i have to go back to apple and pay more money to get it fixed correctly. If he had told me from the start he didn't have the piece, i could have saved that $40 and put it towards apple fixing it. But now i paid him $40 and i still have to go to apple. I do not recommend coming here. read more

Highly recommend this cellphone repair shop! It's 12:30 am and my high school son has homework to turn in online via his phone and it's completely dead and won't charge. Of course nothing works to get his phone up and running, so I hop on Yelp and look up some phone repair shops. Came in thinking we might need a new battery, or charging port. No, it was an easy fix. Port was dirty and just needed to be cleaned out. The employee didn't charge for just checking it out! Phone up and running! Will definitely be back when I need an actual repair! read more

This review is on behalf of a fire captain I work with....he can't stop raving about this business so I thought I'd write a review on his behalf since he's not a yelper. CUSTOMER SERVICE More businesses need to follow this example. The guy was great and quick to handle the issue with cell phones (has brought in 3 phones). He also mentioned he felt safe regarding his private info. not being stolen out of his phone. Very trustworthy man. PRICES Very reasonable. First repair was less expensive than anywhere else. No room to complain at all! SERVICE ON PHONES They still work and it's been many months since repairs. "I will definitely be returning if I need to!" Today, December 18, 2018, i told my boss about this other Captain's experience here and said he will be heading there in the next couple of days for a repair on his cell. I hope I never need them but if I do I'll definitely go here for repairs. read more

This place is a scam. I paid $250 for an aftermarket iPhone screen, plus a glass screen protector. Within a day, the swiping and pinch zoom feature on the iPhone was malfunctioning. Also, the screen was dark, and lost all of its bright, clear features. Then, on top of that, the phone had the smallest fall and the screen protector AND screen shattered. I went back and showed them, and they said there's nothing they can do but pay full price again. To add more headaches, I went to Apple to get a new screen. Now that I have an after market screen on it they will not touch my phone. So I have to buy a new iPhone. Do not come here. read more

This place is amazing! I took in my brother's older iPhone 13 Pro to get the screen and charging port fixed so I could use it and I was amazed at how quickly the work was done and at an amazing price point. the owner is very respectful and accommodating. Fast!!!! I've been procrastinating for like a year to fix my damn iPads. (Kids ‍) only recently did I mess up my screen on my iPhone. I took 4 devices: (1) iPhone 7, (2)iPad minis 3's and (1) iPad mini 3.... iPhone was ready In 40 min, the remaining 2 iPads were done by 7:30p. The price was about $300 for everything. 3 broken screens and 1 Led broken screen. One iPad was disabled (kids) and they needed my approval to connect it to a computer and unlock it. ANYWAYZZZZ. It'll be done by tomorrow. The ladies in the front are SUPER sweet. They put the case and tempered glass ( 50% off accessories!) on my phones. Toooootally coming back (fingers crossed I don't lol but you know what I mean ). read more

My boyfriend and I came in here because all of the 5 star reviews this place has ... Well let me start off, we came in to ask about fixing a phone because the screen was cracked. The girl at the counter was RUDE, when we asked a question she had an attitude. Really unprofessional. Then when we came back to pick up his phone, a man which I'm assuming is the owner did not do a routine screen check in front of us to show that the screen is working okay or anything, he did not even talk to us besides to charge us.. and now the screen on the phone has some weird lines across it. Other than the pricing being okay, that was the only good thing about this place. They're customer service was TERRIBLE. read more
