This is a very busy store. I had problems with my phone not connecting to the network and have been in a few times. The staff tries very hard to check you in ASAP when you arrive. Sometimes they are tied up with customers and on the phone with the technology department and it may take quite a while. They are at the mercy of the agents on the phone. It takes a while to set up an account and activate a new phone. I believe the person who helped me last was Steven. He was patient, professional, and kind. An outstanding employee. Made an account just for this. This was all within the past 6 months and here is my experience. The employees here seem to prioritize their own conversations over the help and attention to their customers. September 1st, 2025 there was an employee helping us and his attention was to his co-worker who was going on about Bill Belichick's first college coaching game. This is why I remember the date. It seems as though his co-worker might have been on break, but I honestly couldn't tell because their work and on break demeanor is identical. We go again sometime in December to exchange a phone for warranty, and we got it all setup but later never got the text when the phone was ready. I call about this when I'm at work and the person had no idea what I was talking about. Now again back in person to clear this up, the employee tells me oh it seems it was cancelled "for some reason". No real explanation here. We had to go through the exchange process again, all while still dealing with employees who seem to not understand or remember their training/etiquette. read more

My husband and I came in on Labor Day interested in upgrading his phone. The sales rep seemed very bothered at the fact that he was there. When I asked about upgrading and being able to keep the current device, as I had just upgraded my iPhone XR and got a iPhone 13 mini a year ago, I was under the impression that we would be able to do the same thing. The sales rep said there's no way to do that without giving up the old device. It seems like I was misinformed on what kind of "upgrade" I did and it would have been a great opportunity for the sales rep to educate me on what I did since he had my account information in front of him. I know for a fact that I have an iPhone 13 and my stepson has my old Xr, but the sales rep kept saying "that's not how that works" well, are you telling me that I don't have a 13 and my stepson doesn't have my old phone??? Came here for a new Samsung because I cracked the screen on my note 10, which had 256GB of storage.I got the Samsung Galaxy s22. I asked the lady how many gb of storage does this version go up to and she said it doesn't go any higher than 128 gb. I thought that was weird. Why would a newer phone have less storage????? So we transferred all of my data onto this new phone with significantly less storage space. It's been freezing and glitching since I got it. Turns out, the phone I got has versions with 256, 512, and a 1000 gb of storage space so i could've easily avoided all of these issues with my phone if the lady would have just told me about the other storage options. read more

Horrible customer service from Jerimiah! Worst experience I have ever had at a sprint/T-Mobile store. Been with sprint for over 10years. And store manager just shrugged her shoulders when I did let her know her employee was being a Jack *** as I walked out. Very rude and condescending when all I was trying to do was buy a phone for my elderly father who constantly looses them. Jerimiah had the nerve to say "well can't you afford a better one?" All because HE was having trouble doing his job and getting the phone programed. Anytime I would ask a simple question because he kept repeating that he was having trouble he would say "well if you'd let me finish" yet he had stopped talking. I bought a phone off this idiot to find out it was reported lost. Totally my issue I need to deal with but Mauricio was super confusing. He never asked me for my info. I had to tell him . Check my accounts for jump or whatever else I pay an arm and a leg for because I still need a new phone. He stated my bill was late. Due 22nd we are 24th I haven't received any bill due text. $50 for a phone and $100 insurance because my current phone is broken but it's my paid off phone so why would I turn it in. All we wanted was to move my son's number from Sprint to our T-Mobile account and some guy did not know what to do and sent us home to call ourselves. Sprint informed us we had to return for a SIM card and Jessica had no idea what to do. But she did replace the SIM card with a new T-Mobile sim. They also told us we had to call t mobile from our home to have them finish setting it up. To our dismay she kept the old SIM card that T-Mobile needed to finish the set up. We called the store to find out that supposedly they had already shredded his SIM card. Luckily the operator at T-Mobile worked her magic and fixed everything. Not sure what the criteria is for this wall but I wanted to share that I have went to T-Mobile in the whittwood center several times and received nothing but the worst customer service I have ever rcvd. My boyfriend finally agreed with me after giving them several chances. I then remembered about the T-Mobile on Beverly and peck road.
