I decided to make the switch from A**T, to T-Mobile. They had a better price plan and they were offering iphones buy one, get one free...deal. So far, the coverage has been better than my previous carrier. I'm able to get reception in places that I couldn't before (the hills around Whittier). My customer experience at this location was amazing. First, I met Nat and he answer all my questions. I found him very knowledge and very easy to talk to. There was no pressure to buy on the spot. I came back a few days later and got two phones. One was in stock and the other was out of stock. Nat called around to see if any of the other nearby locations had my phone. No luck, so we order the phone to be delivered to my home. The phone arrived two days early. Not what I expected. When I received my order, I went back to the store and Josiah was there to take care of me. It didn't matter I wasn't his original customer, he took great care to ensure all was taken care. Went in for issue with my Samsung s8. Spoke to sales rep name valasco?!? I believe. He said there is no problem with phone. It's the app. Then I asked is there anything you can do? He said nope. Just have to wait for app update and send me in my way. He didn't even try really make an effort to look up my account to tell me I have insurance so i could get a device exchange. Nothing... I usually come in here to pay my phone bill & have a very simple easy experience doing so but when I tried to pay my phone bill today the guy working repeatedly said he wouldn't let me pay my bill. This got me very upset because I come here to pay my bill every month and suddenly I get helped by him and I can't pay my bill! Worst t mobile I've been to. I order my iPhone 12 pro from here the girl told me I have to bring it back in to activate a new sims card. She said I needed to buy the case and screen protector that same day so the warranty matches with the phone purchase. Said they would install it too. I get my phone couple days later go in there and the guy has an attitude right off the back and doesn't want to help. Tells me I don't need a new sims and to use my old one. No big deal. I asked him about installing the screen protector I purchased there and he say "nah we don't install those here, you do it yourself" his whole attitude and demeanor about everything just makes you not want to go to that store. If I could give zero stars I would. I have never felt so discriminated against for having tattoos. Yesterday, my boyfriend and I came in to get me an upgrade. Upon arrival, everything went smoothe and great. The gentleman by the name of Tony was nice in helping us (at first). Once, inside the store we looked at the iPhones because I wanted to upgrade to an 11 pro max. As my boyfriend and I are looking my boyfriend makes a comment to me, which the female worker hears him say "we should get insurance just in case your screen cracks or something messes up because this is an expensive phone" upon hearing my boyfriend say that she runs and tells Tony. And this is where the fun begins, so Tony is checking my phone which seemed to be taking longer then normal and he firsts starts off with "oh I think the screen is replaced" then asked a second opinion from his nosy Nancy co worker. In which my boyfriend says "it's not replaced never replaced this phone she must have heard me make a comment about getting insurance" In which nosy nancy gives my boyfriend a dirty ass look for getting called out. After she "looks" at it she goes oh no it's not replaced then walks away to her customers which she should have stuck to in the first place (description of the worker Hispanic with blonde hair and has resting bitch face also gave attitude to an old woman while we were there as well) So once he gets his confirmation that it isn't replaced he then says there is NO WATER INDICATOR mind you I have had this phone since I got it. It has never left it's case. So upon hearing that my boyfriend goes "really they wouldn't make a phone and not put that in there it's just dusty look I can see it" and you can clearly see it when you shine the light it was just dirty as fuck. At this time myself and my boyfriend are irritate because he's arguing with us telling us no when my boyfriend works with computers and circuits so he knows what he's talking. He even PULLED UP A YOUTUBE VIDEO TO SHOW HIM AND TONY STILL SAID NO. At this point I'm livid so we asked for a second opinion and also to speak to the manager and how convenient the manager isn't there, typical. So this is where it gets awful, as he goes to get another "second opinion" his second opinion was helping an elderly woman he shows the guy my phone and the guy glances doesn't look doesn't hold the phone doesn't do shit glances at the phone and goes oh yeah I believe you which at this point I pointed at them and began to cuss calling them out on their bullshit. So Tony comes back gives us some bullshit how he can't do anything In which we exchange words ask for his managers card And left and as I'm leaving I said if I go to another T-Mobile and they give me no hassle I'm coming back to this store and causing a scene with your boss. Because that is down right bullshit we felt attacked right away all because we had tattoos and these people thinking we were trying to do shady shit. I would not recommend this one they are super rude give no fucks about customer service and clearly do not know their devices because GUESS WHAT I went to a T-Mobile by my house and they had no issues said my phone was fine and I got the phone I wanted. Jose was so polite and outstanding with us and he works at the one on Washington and Norwalk also in Long Beach go to him! He knows his shit and won't make you feel like scum. But this T-Mobile is trash and the people that work here are trash too. They need a course on their products and customer service skills. read more

THIS IS THE WORST T MOBILE STORE EVER! I cancelled my account because of this place. T Mobile needs to retrain their store associates especially the Manager and Assistant Manager. I was there because of a mistake that they made and they still had the audacity to give me a hard time. Even when I had just purchased a new phone 1 month ago. I must say that T-mobile as a company is excellent. I have always had outstanding service and pricing. I just started to use yelp again because I wanted to let people know about this store they're really friendly here. I had the pleasure to be helped by John at the beginning of this week when I upgraded 2 of my lines. He was very helpful and explained what I needed to do because I wasn't ready to switch either of my phones out but he did put my screen protector on my new phone. I left the store very happy that day! I took my daughter today so she could upgrade her phone and this time we were helped by Carlos and he was very friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. Carlos even took care of my screen protector because I hadn't notice that it covered a little of the my front camera which gave my pics a shadow. That's excellent customer service he didn't give me an excuse he just took care of it. Not only did he help us with the phone upgrade but he took care of my screen which he didn't have to. Went into the store today because my phone is having issues charging, everything started a bit off to me, as the associate was not very informative as to promotions being offered up until I asked about other products did I come to find out I could get it for free with my upgrade (important information that is vital when trying to make a sale). Because of this new found information, buying one getting one for free, I decided to go ahead and upgrade my phone when my son had to use the restroom, the staff did not allow my son to use the restroom, because "merchandise was in the back", I requested that a sale associate accompany us and wait outside the door if needed, but they still insisted that it was company policy. THIS WAS THE DEAL BREAKER FOR ME, What awful customer service! Get your storage space in order so that this doesn't have to happen again, we left. No sale for them today! And to top it off, when I was showing the associate my phone, she too agreed that my phone had an issue, yet did not offer to assist in fixing it for me. I got the impression, that because the business is there, they don't feel the need to give good service to their guest. Off to another T-Mobile store.... Ok!!! I must say, I had the best experience at this store yesterday! This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have had EVER! Poor phone did a face plant and completely shattered! Turns out the people who changed the line over didn't carry over the insurance on my first month!!! Danny helped me 10000%! I am mad that T-mobile wont replace my old phone and I have to downgrade!!!! Besides that, Danny sat me down he showed me my plan, FIXED MY PLAN, and walked me through 100%!!!!! Stay away from this store SHADY store SHADY service ..... I wanted to go get a new phone using the Jump program I was totally misled by one of their workers name Christian said that my phone was paid off and then I had a feeling he was lying so I called the customer service and it was not he didn't even give me the option because I had a tiny hairline crack in the front that I could use my insurance I feel like they were just going to try to hide this phone that I no longer wanted to keep and had nine months of payments left on it and my bill then he offered to go ahead and help me with the insurance claim took my card and then disappeared in the back for a while didn't see him that the phone wasn't available and then come to find out when I'm waiting for my phone and hasn't arrived that the insurance claim was never completed or went through so I asked you why did he need to take my debit card again I will never go to the store again just so everybody knows I've been a TMobile customer for the last 6 years and I've been usually pretty happy I'm also a business owner myself so no way no how is this a way to conduct business so if you are looking for store to get your phone I would not suggest the store because at this point on now uncomfortable and I'm going to go ahead and cancel my debit card not to mention the insurance claim says that the address that was used to ship the phone was not my address it was some other address very strange read more

THEY LIED TO ME. The sales associate told me that they would pay for my AT&T bill in order for me to switch to T-Mobile. That was a lie. Now, Im stuck with an AT&T bill that is now in collections and all they did for me was credit my account with $100.00. Service is bad, internet connection is terrible. I am so disappointed on how they did things. I would not recommend anyone switching to T-Mobile. Now I see why their prices are lower than any other network. The store employees here are helpful, but as a customer of T-mobile for 7+ years I have never been so fed up and disappointed in all of my life with the company in general. I ordered an upgrade for Samsung Galaxy Note 4 that started having system errors about a little over a year and a half after purchase; UPS attempted delivery twice and claimed they were sending it back to T-Mobile. Sorry I can't take off a day from work to be home before 1 p.m.! Then when I called T-Mobile, I was told my only option is to refund it and re-order the phone...I am now waiting up to 30 days for my $150 to be refunded...total b.s. This is the worst tmobile store I have ever visited. My new s5 phone was not charging and they never checked it to see if it was a phone issue or a charger problem. There was no diagnostics done... they really have no clue what they are doing. The most unhelpful and un-knowledgeable folks. Never again. .. even after I ordered my new phone myself, since i figured out I had a defected phone, they didn't know how to move info from one phone to another. .. dumb assess. .. NO HELP! ! At the Cerritos town center was where I found intelligent life. Extremely Helpful and knew what she was doing. She was able to transfer info from one phone to another. .. no problem. I went to upgrade my phone today and everything started off smoothly. As she started to transfer the photos and information on my phone she said it would take 20 minutes. She told me I could go to Starbucks and to be back in 20, so I did. After 20 minutes passed, I returned to the store and she told me another 10 minutes. She went into the back and NEVER came back out!!! They had 10 employees and I was literally the only person there. No one asked me if I needed anything. After 45 total minutes passed someone finally asked me who was helping me. He went to get the girl from the back and she checked to see if my phone finished transferring and it did. I had to be there for 5 and a half hours to transfer a corporate account. Granted, it was the day that the iPhone was for preorder. The system was overwhelmed but Guillermo was amazing at keeping me up to date on the stays of what was going on and was clear and helpful despite all the troubles. I went in to correct issues that were on my bill, I was being charged for insurance on a device that I brought in from another carrier and a tablet I never ordered. After waiting for close to an hour (it was Black Friday and I expected that), they told me I had to call the 800 number to have the issues fix. I could have just done that and avoided the wait, but I prefer to speak to someone in person. As a customer, I'm in the store to correct a problem. If the 800 number needs to be called, the store should be able to take care of that, especially after having customers wait in store for close to an hour! Frustrated with the rep's response, I asked her if there was anyone in the store that could help, she simply replied no, and I walked away. The stores are great at setting you up, but terrible at helping customer's with their issues. Thank goodness the phone rep was extremely helpful! read more

Today I had to cancel my contract with Sprint (their phones by Kyrocera suck really bad) I was hit with a surprise high price bill in just 14days I had so much problems. To make a long story short. I had to pay $80 restocking fee. It was so frustrating. Later this evening I went to T Mobile at the Quad with my husband and was immediately greeted by a Retail Store Associate by the name of Chris, who I felt had great manager customer service skills. We told him all about our experience at Sprint and he sat us down to go over what he could help us with. He really took the time to explain different plans even though we walked in 15mins before they closed. We felt like we were his first and only customers of the day. Recently I was contacted by their agent Anthony and even though I didn't make any changes to my account he was pleasant and helpful. However, I did end up upgrading one of our lines and Monique M. was awesome! She was friendly, patient and always smiled even when the system was not helping. All other employees working that day kept nothing but a smile on their face and were super helpful as well with other customers.
