I just want to share my experience with you guys I went because my phone had stop working so they can help me repair it but they had so many good deals and the young lady that was helping me explain to me why getting a new phone was better gave me so many options that I ended up with 4 new phone because they have the best family plans ever. If I could give 0 stars i would. The employees at this store are idiots and have 0 knowledge about how to do their job. The girl that was helping me purchase a new phone charged for a charger that I didn't ask for then the next day I went to return it and Diego, another store employee couldn't help me with a return, he spent several minutes on the phone calling another employee after I asked to speak to a a manager. I asked to purchase a phone case for the phone they sold me the day before and they were out of stock, they claimed to only have 2 phones in stock in the entire store with no matching accessories. Bad business and poor customer service. Please do not go here, they aren't very helpful and they sell a lot of BS. read more

This used to be my go-to store......until it was sold to the current owner. I purchased a charger after hooking up a phone. After a few days, I tried to return the unopened charger (I had the receipt) and was told there was a 24 hour return policy. After some research, I discovered that this policy is not legal. The return policy, if different from a 7 day or 30 day return policy, needs to be posted by the cash register for all to see, in Los Angeles County. There was no such policy posted. I returned to the store, informed them of the ordinance and still told of the 24 hour policy, that was not posted. Posting the policy on the receipt does not substitute for having the policy displaced for all to see, in the store. So now, I have an unopened charger and reverse charges pending with my credit card. This could have been handled so much easier. Now, this location has lost a customer, who had been loyal for 12 years and has multiple complants filled against them. Refunds do not appear to be an option at this store anymore, so be careful what you purchase. read more

Visited this location on mother's day (Sunday May 12th) with my two sons. I walked in and it was hot and smelled like a toilet. That's not the worst part.. Customer service is terrible here.. If you are looking for a phone go to a different location. The lady that helped me here was rude.. Had no customer service skills and treated me very badly. Her name was Yari. If she worked for my business I would fire her..this location needs to hire better human beings who know how to treat people. Did not appreciate this.. I came in to the store today November 3rd at around 5:55pm, I say this in case the manager wants to review his employees performance. Came in, smiled, went up to the counter, the light-skinned girl asked if I had any questions. I proceeded to answer "No, I just wanted to see if u guys had any promotions" I paused, thinking I would hear the promotions in store from her but nothing, it was plain silence... She grabs her personal phone & completely ignores me. The darker-skinned girl towards back ignored anything that was going on as she was picking up some decoration that fell from the wall. I felt awkward standing there so I grabbed a pamphlet, turned around and said "okay, thank you, I guess you're too busy on your phone" and walked out of the store. They did not even try to talk to me or persuade me to hear them out. They simply did not care at all. I wanted to go back & let them know that I was very upset with their service (keep in mind I'be been with Metro for 8 years) but instead I decided to write this review so the managers are aware. read more

Bad customer service! They ignore you and give you product that doesn't work.. Thieves be aware! Vanessa has worst attitude and has no customer service experience! They give you the run around to fix an issue. They don't provide any number Incase you have an issue. Please don't not buy or go this store. Very rude and unprofessional. I'm very disappointed and I'm stuck with a phone that does not work! I never had an issue with a new phone. I couldn't get texts of phone calls also my phone turns on and off. If you call and ask them to hold a phone for you for 1 hour until you go on lunch break, make sure to get the employees name. I called to have them hold a phone for me for one hour, when I finally found parking which took like 20 minutes, I arrived at the store, only to find that the employee was selling the phone I asked her to hold for me. What a waste of my time! She did not even sound like she cared for wasting anyone's time, and she didn't even recall ever talking to me. Make sure when you ask them to hold the phone for you, that you seriously tell them and they understand that you will be picking up the phone at a specified time because these people are working on commission and they could care less. read more
