I yelped this location and picked it based on the close proximity to my house and positive reviews. The greeting was mediocre, but I didn't care. I just wanted my phone fixed. I was told to return a few hours later when the technician arrived. I left my name and phone number. I arrived promptly at the time they told me only to be told that the technician called out sick. There was no apology, no we can reschedule for you if you would like. Nothing. She called out sick. Bye. Good luck. I took this as a you, small business owner, do not need my business so I went elsewhere. Thankfully, Iphone Repair 605, which is only about 1 mile away, was open and happy to get my business. I think they were also more affordable and had my phone to me within 1 hour. I discussed my experience with a neighbor, again I live super close, and they said that they too had a negative customer service experience at this location. I brought it back to have her fix it again a second time thinking it was going to be resolved but a week later the lcd starts going out AGAIN, so I take it to a different shop and turns out they used SUPER GLUE IN MY PHONE. Couldn't decide if I should get the hard plastic container or the sturdy, puncture resistant case (looks like nylon or backpack material). In the end, I opted the latter because the plastic was too bulky & appeared too big for my wreath. Got a few more ribbons, at 80% OFF, it was too good to pass up. Parking is shared with other shops like Sprouts, Old Navy & and few restaurants like Pescador & many other stores. This Downey Landing is HUGE, it may be bigger than the Long Beach Town Center.
