A QR code is cool but not friendly for those that don't have a smart phone and is not at a level for person in a wheelchair

I rarely complain and give a long and poor review however taking into consideration that it has been a few times that I have experienced some kind of challenge at this store, I think is time to speak up Verizon products are amazing and most of the staff are wonderful. I will provide a review based in the way they provide "customer service" only I have observed that Verizon has been struggling for a while providing a great service experience however I have noticed that it got worse after Covid-19 They continue to be short of staff and now with this limited store hours they're making it harder and inconvenient on their customers They seem to acknowledge complaints and they apologize but I don't see improvement nor change Customers Time is precious and I understand that everywhere you go there will be some reasonable waiting time involved however, the waiting time at this location depending on the day and time can be pretty discouraging and time consuming My three chargers quit on me and I didn't want to spend my entire lunch time waiting to be assisted to purchase multiple chargers for my device so I waited until I got off work To my surprise I found out the hard way that this store closes at 6pm. When you're in a retail business they should be more inclusive taking most people's schedules into consideration. Closing at 6:00pm is unacceptable Before arrival I called Verizon customer service line to find out about business hours however the Verizon representative was unaware of the store hours, and he couldn't get that information on their database neither but he provided me the store number (562) 633-5030 to call however this number doesn't connect you to the store so it was a waste of time I got at the Lakewood location at at 6pm sharp only to find out that they were already closed. It's was disappointing I would love to continue to buy directly from Verizon but they're basically forcing us to go to AT&T, Best Buy across the street or Apple Store in Cerritos. They're busy as well however, they seem to have a better customer service in place and they also provide their customers with more options for further convenience making our store experience quicker and easier .. that's sad I been loyal to Verizon over a few decades and there is no doubt they still have a better network than other carriers but they don't seem to be improving on their customer service support I would like to escalate my observations and concerns for further review Apologies mean nothing when you see so many complaints about poor customer service and they're unable to be reliable and accessible with something as simple as their business operating hours being changed not with the customer in mind It was a bit stressful to make accommodations to return the next day before 6pm but made it and I was assisted by KY. She is incredible however because I don't like to keep employees after hours and due to the lack of time available there was no opportunity to look around and being able to buy a few other accessories Verizon you need to work on improving and showing your customers with actions not only words that as you say it we truly are "the Best part of Verizon "

Pulled up at 6:35pm, they locked the door in front of me saying they are closed. The website said 8pm closing, and I showed them. They shook their head and said no. I asked if there was another Verizon store open, they said no. Very disappointed and looking for a different carrier now. After heard in from the business, I will give it another shot and thanks for your responsiveness.

Mr Ken provided a quick and cheap service to repair the plug to my $500 Shark Flexstyle for only…read more$55!! The plug to my device had completely broken off and I called every electronic repair man in my area but couldn't find one until I checked out Alpha Electronics. Didn't know we needed an appointment but Mr Ken happily took me in the same day and offered to replace the plug with a stronger and more durable plug. My Shark was ready and fixed that same day!! Super fast and reliable!! 10/10 experience!! Mr Ken seemed to specialize in music equipment repair but to my surprise was able to fully repair my Shark Flexstyle in under 8 hours!! If you have any questions about whether or not he could repair something of yours just call and send a picture of the issue and he will reply immediately. He gave very clear communication and provided a cheap price for my repair needs! Will definitely be returning in the future!

Ken was awesome! Had to bring my record player here because I accidentally pulled too hard on one…read moreof the inner cables on the tone arm while replacing my cartridge and the pin broke. Figured I just needed to get it soldered. Came here during lunch, and at first, I thought it was closed because they didn't have lights on. But there's a sign on the door that states to call ahead and to wear a mask. Ken quickly picked up my call, heard my issue, and told him I'm outside. Ken was quick to acknowledge my request, and he let me in. There's a $25 diagnostic fee deposit, which goes toward the repair. Which, in my case, means soldering the cable back to the pin connector. Paid with a CC, and he asked for my contact and told me he would call me when it's ready. The next day, he called to tell me it's ready. And violaaaa, my record player works again! Awesome work and awesome hospitality, Ken. I'll see you again next time I break my record player.

I cook with garlic & onions 99 % of the time, these come in handy a thousand % of the time. .... And why have I NOT reviewed THIS Target that I frequented back when I lived in Lakewood? It used to be Target Greatland a few years back, I think. Like most Targets , it is fairly organized, well stocked, provide good selection & usually friendly staff. The aisles are wide & easy to navigate. Items are visibly sorted for simple & facile shopping. Name brands are placed next to store brand/generic for quick & obvious comparison. I like that. I noticed some darling outfits perfect for SPRING. Speaking of SPRING (I know, my ADHD is leaping/jumping, pardon the pun) ..... SPRING FORWARD tomorrow) Back to our regular program. Spring clothes are popping up. This Target location, along with with the Lakewood Center Mall Target are in my top 3 favorites for facility of use. Prices are fair. Parking is free & plentiful. I like the Starbucks located inside of this store. Good shopping experience. The restroom needed some upkeep though.

I do online orders for store pickup at this location a lot. Like a lot. I like that you can make…read morereturns and pick up orders in the same area! This is not the case for some other locations. This target is clean and it's always quick for me to go in and out. I've gone super early in the morning, very late at night, and all sorts of different times in between and I always park in the same spot, so it's honestly very convenient. I grew tired of the Lakewood Target on candlewood and made this my Target instead and haven't looked back. I also always use the self checkout as it's always so much faster than the other lines. I can't remember the last time I checked out with an actual cashier.
