He informed me that there would be a $30 restocking fee (it's actually a $55 restocking fee). I went back today and the same worker was there with a female "manager" who had the personality of a rock. Our presence made it seem as if we were infringing on her social media time, and even though our transaction was easy, she offered no apology for the miscommunication from the male worker. When the male worker heard that I wanted to exchange the phone, his response was, "I told you that you should've gotten the Max." Um what? Luckily we were able to complete the transaction without further issue, but definitely will be avoiding this location in the future. One example is that when we signed up for a plan, they included a free phone upgrade. However after the first bill we were being charged. it too about 12 calls and four months to resolve, at which point we ended up getting credits at the end of our contract because they are too garbage to refund. Another example we returned out 5G gateway be as the service was terrible, Even though they confirmed receipt they are unable to find the devices in their facilities. Another dozen calls, $250 added to our bill , and nobody competent or concerned enough to resolve the issue. If you love mediocre service, being over charged, and consistently lied to, this is the place to go. Otherwise I strongly recommend you visit a Verizon or ATT store before getting locked into a contact with these abusers.

Both purchased at T-Mobile stores. So on 10 October 2024, I entered this store & tried to explain. My only instructions from the 2 women there (without truly making me feel heard while explaining my situation) were "We don't do that here" & "You have to go to the store of purchase." Neither of these explanations are accurate. And once their minds were made up, they became indignant & were abrupt regarding not hearing me out. I politely told the young woman she was rude & I left. I went to my car, dialed 611 where I was told to dial a 1-800 number where I was met with kindness & politeness. I read to them both phones IMEI numbers & a few hours later, my problem was solved. The 2 women here should take a lesson from their 611/1-800 customer service operators as they could truly learn something. For these kind operators, I give 2 extra stars.
