And he also told NEXT UP was not optional.. and it was 14 days insurance to ensure customers have protection in case they drop their new device walking out the store. I called AT&T call center to access my account to see an update on my order and he in fact told me Bryan added on insurance AND next up is completely optional is NOT 14 days insurance :)

This is a retail site which means they can (and do) treat their customers as if they're a bother. (You want solid customer service? Go to the corporate location near the Lakewood Mall). I purchased the iPhone 15 for my son's birthday and the guy that helped me mentioned that if we wanted to exchange it for the Max, we could. He informed me that there would be a $30 restocking fee (it's actually a $55 restocking fee). I went back today and the same worker was there with a female "manager" who had the personality of a rock. Our presence made it seem as if we were infringing on her social media time, and even though our transaction was easy, she offered no apology for the miscommunication from the male worker. When the male worker heard that I wanted to exchange the phone, his response was, "I told you that you should've gotten the Max." Um what? Luckily we were able to complete the transaction without further issue, but definitely will be avoiding this location in the future. Stick to the corporate sites as you will receive informed and respectful customer service.

By April 9, I was already calling tech support because the home Internet was so slow, and I was not receiving the speeds promised. When verifying my address, T-Mobile informed me that the address given by the store at the time of my signing up with Jose, was completely different from my actual home address! (the address used wasn't shared with me when I asked, probably to protect their employee) I tried to give the benefit of the doubt here that it was a mistake, but there is literally no other address associated with me, I bought my house in 2001 and he had my ID to verify and even printed out a Spectrum bill (my same address!) so I could receive a gift card for the balance due on my son's phone, which was a separate very long, complicated transaction...long story short, Jose used a false address to sell me home internet in my neighborhood, which is completely overcrowded and oversold! I have spent 2.5 months back-and-forth to try to get it improved, and T-Mobile would not even provide me with a free Wi-Fi extender when troubleshooting, so I spent $100 buying my own. T mobile customer service even lowered my Wi-Fi bill to $10 a month because they admitted fault and let me out of any contract to leave... Sadly, this last week while I waited and shopped for new service... It's become so poor that we've had to literally resort to hotspots on our phone to work, do school work during my son's finals week, and even to watch TV. Today I was able to get Frontier fiber internet installed and returned all my equipment to the LB store. Thankful the nightmare is over. VERY DECEPTIVE business practices from Jose at this location. T-Mobile should not be paying commission to their salespeople, it's obviously caused some to be pretty dishonest to make the extra money.

Anytime I have an issue, Elijah is the only one who actually takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure the problem is fully resolved. The level of customer service he provides truly stands out especially compared to others who barely seem interested in helping at all. Elijah consistently goes above and beyond, and it honestly shows that he cares about his job and the customers. Everyone else could take a few notes from him because this is what real customer service looks like. I genuinely appreciate him every time I come in. Sorry not sorry Elijah sets the standard.

Customer service here is questionable. I had a somewhat difficult situation (which actually turned…read moreout to be simple), where I needed service transferred from one phone to an iPhone. Both purchased at T-Mobile stores. So on 10 October 2024, I entered this store & tried to explain. My only instructions from the 2 women there (without truly making me feel heard while explaining my situation) were "We don't do that here" & "You have to go to the store of purchase." Neither of these explanations are accurate. And once their minds were made up, they became indignant & were abrupt regarding not hearing me out. I politely told the young woman she was rude & I left. I went to my car, dialed 611 where I was told to dial a 1-800 number where I was met with kindness & politeness. I read to them both phones IMEI numbers & a few hours later, my problem was solved. The 2 women here should take a lesson from their 611/1-800 customer service operators as they could truly learn something. For these kind operators, I give 2 extra stars. I stayed and waited more than 15 mins to pay my bill and not one time did she ask if I needed help. Metro needs to hire more people who are better at customer service and can acknowledge their customers as soon as they walk in and not ignore them for more than 15 mins. As of that day I have decided to switch cell phone lines and now I will be giving my service to atat!!! The women at this location need to be more nicer and acknowledge people or go work somewhere else where u don't have to talk to people.
