Went in to get my iPhone 7 phone screen fixed and 30 minutes into the woman fixing my phone, she lets me know that my home button is no longer working. My home button was working just fine until she started working on it. I just ended up asking her to put my old screen back on because I wasn't about to pay her for any services. She didn't even take the blame for breaking my home button, and she didn't even offer to fix my screen for free or a free glass cover or anything. read more

I have seen the gentleman for my iPhone before and he did a great job with a simple screen replacement, no problems at all. However, today I let the female owner to work on my BRAND NEW PHONE and she literally broke it. Not only does it turn off and reset every two minutes, but they did not even refund the $60 screen replacement fee!! Luckily I can dispute the charges with my credit card company, but I still have to buy myself a brand new iPhone since it is no longer usable. I have recommended them to several friends and now I will make sure I let everyone know what a terrible business this is. Very friendly family!! My phone looked destroyed beyond repair, but they fixed it in less than 15 minutes for just $75. Great price considering that Apple wanted to charge roughly $120, and other businesses usually charge around $90. They also threw in a free stylus pen and a greatly discounted temper glass! After calling the apple store, and finding out they were booked all day, I looked up This delta phone repair place! I walked right in and showed them my phone. The very nice man told me it's very fixable and wouldn't take longer than 15 min! I was relieved ( my phone was so broken !) so after waiting less than 10 minutes he came right out with my phone looking perfect! He even fixed little things that I didn't mind broken but everything was as good as new! The people that work there are very nice and are really good at what they do. I cracked my screen once and after yelping around i found this place. For $80 They changed my screen and i was very content. I thought they had done a great job until my screen started to fall out. It cracked within a week so i returned. The man asked me who had fixed my screen before because they had done a horrible job. He said that they didn't even put the screws in! Yeah - I'm a long time yelp lurker and don't write as many reviews as I should, but Delta deserves it! Look no further in this area for an awesome cell phone repair store! The shop is family owned, competent, knowledgeable, competitively priced, and fast! I yelped "cell phone repair" and called 4+ places. Two needed to call me back in 20 min. and never did. Got a quote from TC who said he could do it today.... drove there - AND closed due to license issues - wasted trip. I almost missed using Delta because they had a 3 1/2 star rating at the time of this review. After stopping by 2 other shops that weren't open, or couldn't handle the work I tried calling Delta, and I gotta YELP, I'm glad I did!! The owner Sam is super friendly, knows his stuff, and the quotes were better than the competition. I got quotes for 3 phones. 1 - HTC One S - bad power button. Needed replacement and/or solder. Not everyone is qualified to solder micro parts competently, so that was the hardest to find the talent for... this one got done while I waited, within 1/2 hour or so!... I saw a couple iPhones come in during that time, and some people in the store knew Sam by name, and were repeat customers. 2 - My girlfriends LG google N4 - broken screen. He needed to order the screen and quoted 5-7 business days for the shipping and fix. I had it back looking and working flawlessly in 4 business days. Brought in Thurs. got back Tues. 3 - Old broken screen Samsung N3. I didn't have this one fixed as the screen hardware costs what the phone's worth online. You've got to keep in mind different manufactures charge different amounts for their hardware. The one 4 star review here complained about the price discrepancy for the galaxy vs iphone repair. Well guys, I know Samsung and LG have EXPENSIVE hardware, that's just the deal. iPhones, are around in droves and this place bangs em' out in no time and has parts on hand. The other two 1 stars ratings: James said his experience wasn't great - wait he didn't experience the service.. he just bitched.. I thought about doing that to TC's, who stood me up.. but don't have the time to ruin someones rep for no reason.. well s*&t happens, get over it, why didn't you review the place that DID fix your phone dude? I cracked my iPhone 6s screen for the four time! Delta phone service was one of the only places open in Memorial Day. In the past, I have paid $100+ for a screen repair. The owner was very nice and cut me deal for $75! She repaired is in 15 mins and sold me an additional tempered glass screen protector and a sturdy case. 3 stars, because my forward facing camera no longer worked after the repair. The owner told me that my mother board must have been damaged because I dropped it so many times.. I was then told it would be an additional $35 for a new camera, however the camera might not work if the mother board was damaged. I passed on the chancy camera repair. read more

Horrible service I've been a customer here day one always felt they were a bit overpriced for the quality of their work but recently I brought in my iPhone 6 to be repaired and she could not get a new screen to work but only a damaged cracked one that I had to wait 3 days to pick up. When I asked for my original damaged screen to replaced for she instead returned my phone with a more damaged screen and even attempted to charge me more money smh jst ridiculous service. I went down there and was in and out in 20 minutes. He even repaired the button on my phone that some other place jacked up when I had the screen replaced before. If I could give this place zero starts I would! WORST PLACE EVER! I paid over $310 to fix my phone and my boyfriend! I've been trying to fix my iPhone 6s Plus since July 3 ! I took mine and my boyfriends phone to get fixed and neither mine or his are fixed! Ive Gone to this store about 6 times this month! First time I got it "fixed" they were really friendly. . . I went back told them that my phone wasn't working perfectly. I showed them my phone and my boyfriend and they said, his phone can't be fixed because it's been dropped. Therefore there was nothing I could of done! His phone wasn't dropped or anything no scratches no cracks! I lost $95 for nothing! They said there's nothing I can do about it unless you pay $95 again! This is fucken bullshit! For my phone, they said they will replace it and get it one right since their first shipment was giving them problems. I kept going to the store and they kept telling me will have the shipment tomorrow, so I'm waiting and waiting I go over again and still nothing! Finally they fixed it once again! And once again it's not working properly! I called them and asked them to put my old screen back and give me my money back! They said no! We can't do that ! I asked to get half my money back they still said no! I replied why tf did I pay so much money so my phone won't work ? My phone was working way better before they put their hands on it! It's so annoying! They said I can get store credit! Why do I want store Credit for shit that doesn't work?! Last time I was there as well, their was the Mexican guy arguing with the worker saying his charger he bought 5 minutes ago didn't work and he told him that's not my problem you might of already broke it while you were out their. The worker took his charger and didn't give him his money back! He told the Mexican guy, why do you want a charger that doesn't work back? Why is it any of his business why he wants the charger back?
