This guy replied to my quote request IMMEDIATELY. Unlike everyone else, he said come in and he would do a FREE estimate. Everyone else wanted between $25 and $75 just to give an estimate. He fixed my broken, bent out of shape iPhone while I waited in 30 minutes and charged $35 for the repair. I had dropped it badly, and the back case was bent open and the phone would only say "searching" but would never connect to the network. This guy was honest, he could have charged more, but he was very honest. He even played Christian music while I waited!! Can't recommend this guy more highly! read more

Rick is a nice & reasonable guy, and seems to be an expert at what he does especially since he's studied electronics since the 90s. He fixed my friend's iPhone 7plus screen and even replaced some missing screws in the body. He's made it worth the wait by having a friendly conversation with him while he worked like a surgeon. We didn't even wait that long, he started on the spot & we were out within 10-20 minutes! Plus, did I mention he's Christian? I'll be back for other electronic repairs for sure. Oh and by the way, he also does solar, central air & roofing as well--tell them Jel sent ya! read more

Monster Fix Computer and Cellphone Repair - Rick busy doing his magic - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Long Beach, California

DO NOT GO HERE! They overcharge, don't have parts and take hours longer than they tell you!!! I regret going here, I wish I went somewhere more professional that knows how to communicate with customers. read more

Took my iPhone 6s Plus to get the screen replaced so I could trade it in and they did a great job quickly and cheap. My screen was cracked and needed a cheapo screen that worked so I could trade it in. Competitively priced and I did my shopping before coming to these guys. Not only do they carry cheap screens, they have the oem ones that are the original replacement. Albeit a little more pricey, but cheaper than going to Apple. read more

I rarely go to mom and pop shops. And now I understand why , although it was my wrong doing in the situation by trying to fix it myself prior, it was still one of the worst experiences I've had with any business ever , but I met one of the coolest white guys I've ever met although he told me about 4 different names it's all good in the hood. Much love nonetheless read more

Shout out to my guys at monster fix. They fixed my phone in no time and he did it with a late notice. He only set up appointments but was willing to slide me in today before the new year. Great neighborhood spot if you need an electronic fix or phone repair. Rick is beyond accommodating and makes you feel welcome from the first interaction. the screen i had from the Cerritos mall was super glitchy and cracked very easily. I decided to try this spot in my neighborhood and I'm so glad I did. Rick quickly fixed my phone with a great quality screen and even gave a 30day warranty. I also spoke with him about my broken laptop and he offered some solutions. I work nights so the hours were kind of difficult but he said to just text him whenever and he can come in early or even meet up someplace. Even though I hope I don't break my screen again, I do look forward to working with Rick again. Calling him Professional and welcoming is an understatement. I recommend him to all. read more

Good place! Good price and fast service, Rick did an amazing job on the iPhone. Guys this place is a hidden gem and they have great prices. Give this place a chance you won't regret it.. read more

When I came in to get my screen fixed he told me I had a 30 day warranty. 8 days after I came and to get my screen fixed it broke again, when I called and explained this to the business they told me that they could only replace the screen for free if it wasn't broken...?? And now because there Was damage to the screen they cannot replace it. Literally one week later. I don't know how that makes sense but they wanted to charge me another $70 to replace screen that was initially faulty to begin with?? He said he is willing to charge me half but how does it make sense to pay for something that was faulty to begin with? read more

okay since you keep changing your phone number and never answering your shop phone to begin with, I want my boyfriends iPhone back and including a refund as well, at this point we DON'T need you to fix it since we had to get a new phone. You literally had the phone for a month and half. I literally only stay 1 minute away from your shop so please give me a call or comment back so I can come pick it up. I have the receipt and everything. And don't give the excuse of quarantine because you could've either been able to fixed the phone at your place or just had us picked it back up because our cell phones are essential for a time like this. Such a waste of time and money. read more

Great service, Francis is very customer centric and professional. It took him 30 minutes to fix the screen on my phone and the price was beyond reasonable. read more

Updated review..... Don't trust this place.... I just paid 135 for a OnePlus 5t to get the screen fixed and within 20weeks of getting it "fixed" my screen is cracked once again... And the way the screen cracked it looks like some cheap off brand bullshit and not even the screen that this phone originally comes with which I know is possible to get.... Seriously fuck me right.... Because I was told I'm fucked if it breaks within 30 days of paying for the job and it's broken and I'm pissed I wish I would have never came here. seriously what the fuck my phone is fucked im ready to give up....... You would think you would do a better job after begging for yelp reviews ..... read more

Francis is a Pro and is trained to service computers as well. We hold no reservations in our recommendation in Francis & Monster Repair. read more

These guys were amazing. I still can't believe that they stayed two hours late for me and didn't even charge me an extra cent. In fact they gave me the best service and stuck to a discount on three phone repairs. I had three iPhones and they took care of them, even doing custom work on my 6+ adding a black screen to a normally white phone at no extra cost. I highly recommend them for all of your mobile repair needs read more

Beware don't waste your time going there. I spent over an hour in the shop to have a screen replaced on iPhone 6 Plus. After him taking it apart and putting a new one on, there was a gap on the bottom of the phone where the charger is. Very unprofessional and courteous service and the guy working there does not know how to repair cell phones at least iPhones. If there is a zero star they will have earned it . Horrible read more

Francis is the man! Super helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. On a side note my car had some trouble as well here, and he was quick to lend a helping hand with that too! What can't these guys do! Definitely check them out! read more

They fixed my friend's cracked cell phone screen quickly and at a great price. Also, I picked up a really cool computer sleeve. Honest and trustworthy people. I'm so happy I found this place. This will be my go to place from now on! Check it out. You won't be disappointed. read more

The fix itself was great. The glass on my back camera had been shattered, so there was a lot of dirt collected on my lens. The outcome was terrible pictures. So, I took it in after giving them a call. They are super nice and down-to-earth guys. Only issue was the time frame-- went in almost a month ago and just today had it finally finished. If you're not too pressed for time or if you believe they'll already have the parts you need, definitely stop in. It'll be done right. read more

Broke my iphone screen and Francis immediately fixed it. He can literally fix any broken screen for any device. Great customer service!

I heard about this place from my friends so I decided to drop by and check it out. Little did I know that their service was amazing quick, flawless, and superb. My phone wasn't working due to the cracked screen. They were able to fix it within 30 minutes! The price was reasonable so I was really happy with it, especially given the quick troubleshooting and excellent customer service. I'm going to bring in my daughter's iPhone 6 to fix as well. Amazing all around. Thank you Monster Fix! You've made my day. read more

Great shop excellent service. He pointed out a few thing the previous shop had forgot to put back in. I got a great deal on the screen replacement for my iPhone 6s Plus. Also I now have a reliable and trustworthy shop to bring my electronics too. Will Ben ring my laptop in next to get it back up and running. Thank you! I really appreciate the assistance. read more

Great job! Got my phone back quickly and so far so good! Very courteous and friendly.

Just had my first experience with these guys yesterday. The service technician was knowledgeable, quick, and fixed the iPhone 6S I brought in in about 20 minutes. He put a new OEM screen on it and even had to reinstall the little vibration module and some tiny internal screws that had come loose from the fall that broke the screen. He was thorough in making sure the phone worked as intended once the repairs were complete, and even price matched with a local competitor! The shop itself is small and situated in a small strip mall right off of the 405 and Long Beach Blvd. Signage is their only real issue, but the location is superb for anyone coming up or down the 405. read more

Don't waste your time orthey'll just rip you off asking for more money, in the end they blame your phone when it's their terrible work. In response: Bryan: I did not state I didn't have money until pay day, in fact I have the receipt that I PAID IN FULL before the service was done. I can post the picture of my receipt of before and the extra you charged me after. I was told it would take 3 business days (took it Tuesday) I didn't get it back u til Saturday after you called and said it would be done Friday. I was told I would get a discount and I wasn't given a discount. When I dropped off my phone the next business day you called me in the evening asking for more money for parts to fix my phone and I asked for my money back and the response was that my phone was already being fixed so nvm. You guys said my screen was not fixed at your place because of some logo when I bought a groupon to get my phone fixed at your store. When I initially went into your store to get my screen fixed I had to pay $30 extra dollars, but the groupon said otherwise. You guys just take money and don't do business right and don't stick to your word, I don't recommend you guys or how you do business. read more

My phone started acting funny the next day, delay on scrolling and swiping left and right. Then the next day the whole screen turned fuzzy. Took it back and they said something was wrong with the motherboard in my phone and it had nothing to do with the screen. However it just seems so coincidental that my motherboard broke the day after they fixed my screen. They put another screen on my phone and still had the delayed swiping problem. Did not receive a refund, which would have made the situation better. read more

Rick was so friendly and such a help! I called him around 8pm and I told him the problem I was having with my phone and he gave me a quote over the phone and even offered to meet me that same night! I met with him at a Starbucks close to my job and he fixed my phone in 20 mins!! So convenient and I definitely recommend his services! Thanks again Rick!! read more

Called Monster Fix today after checking around for a place to fix my cracked iPhone 6plus screen. Quotes from Best Buy, Staples and a couple other places were anywhere from $149- $200. It was a fluke that I checked Living Social as I'd already decided to give Monster Fix a call ( due to great reviews) and they had voucher options for fixing all sizes of screens and screen/LED packages. With the Living Social 20% discount my cost was $63.20 down from the $79 for my type of phone screen fix. They are open til 7 pm which is an added bonus! I called and first spoke with Bryan who, while not only being very friendly, assured me they could fix my phone in about 30-45 minutes so I said I'd be in. His brother, Francis, was who ended up helping me and fixing my phone. Nicest guy! I highly recommend them as they are a family owned business with great service and prices. They service all types of Apple products in addition to your other cell phone brands ( I'm fairly sure Francis said they work on other brands of laptops and things but am not positive. I know he listed a really long list of phone brands, including Samsung). They have accessories available for purchase at good prices, too. read more
