Unfortunately, the phone still did not function after the repairs, and they confirmed it would in fact require a full logic board replacement. I ended up purchasing a new phone but since the phone did not work after the repairs, they did not charge me a cent. When I called, I was told exactly what I had told them how the phone was acting. Clearly they had not looked at my phone at all. I asked what I next step was and the guy seemed puzzled. I was asked if I wanted to come pick up my phone. Since it was obvious that they couldn't repair it I went back to pick up my phone. It appeared that the phone had no been touched.
