Unfortunately, the phone still did not function after the repairs, and they confirmed it would in fact require a full logic board replacement. I ended up purchasing a new phone but since the phone did not work after the repairs, they did not charge me a cent. I found this repair location on google with a different name (ESM cell phone repair). I was charged $41.60 to have my phone inspected to see what the problem was and get it repaired. When I called, I was told exactly what I had told them how the phone was acting. Clearly they had not looked at my phone at all. I asked what I next step was and the guy seemed puzzled. I was asked if I wanted to come pick up my phone. Since it was obvious that they couldn't repair it I went back to pick up my phone. It appeared that the phone had no been touched. They're located in the small shopping center across from Cypress College on the west side of Valley View, north of Public Storage. I called before I got there and asked if they had a magnetic charger and the owner said yes for $20. Showed up and the store is small and clean. There was one guy ahead of me and the owner acknowledged me and said he'd be with me in a few moments. I was fine. The magnetic charger I have is a lightning charger that connects to a USB-C cord, while the one the shop had was an apple approved cord that was connected directly to the magnetic charger. I connected it to a Sharge power bank and it worked, but slowly charged. My phone is older so it does heat up and I did ask how much it costs to replace my battery and he said $70, which Is $10 cheaper than the Apple store. Overall, great experience and if I'm in town and have time I'll get my battery replaced.
