He was recommended to us a number of years ago by another business colleague and he easily became our regular IT guy. We have never had a complaint about the quality of service that we receive. He is very responsive when we have a problem and is easy to reach by phone or email. I've dealt with quite a few IT guys in my career and they can be quite intimidating to those who don't know computers and they are not always the most patient. Dan has a very easy going personality and has a patient demeanor with zero arrogance. He will answer any question without making a person feel dumb and he will use language that is understood instead of complicated computer lingo. For us, that separates him from all the rest. Very highly recommended!

After purchasing it, T-Mobile confirmed in writing that the phone's IMEI had been blacklisted as stolen by Verizon. The phone became unusable. I contacted the seller multiple times but received no response, so I eventually went to the store in person. The seller claimed he didn't know the phone was blacklisted. However, he refused to give me a full refund, saying that he also takes risks when buying used phones and that we should share the loss. In the end, I returned the phone but received only $150 of the $330 I originally paid. I lost $180 and no longer have the phone. Please be very careful when purchasing used electronics here. I strongly recommend checking the IMEI and blacklist status before paying. This was a very disappointing experience.
