I strongly recommend not buying anything from t-mobile. while the staff in the store seem nice, they will sell you plans and services that are either lies or bait and switch. One example is that when we signed up for a plan, they included a free phone upgrade. However after the first bill we were being charged. it too about 12 calls and four months to resolve, at which point we ended up getting credits at the end of our contract because they are too garbage to refund. Another example we returned out 5G gateway be as the service was terrible, Even though they confirmed receipt they are unable to find the devices in their facilities. Another dozen calls, $250 added to our bill , and nobody competent or concerned enough to resolve the issue. If you love mediocre service, being over charged, and consistently lied to, this is the place to go. Otherwise I strongly recommend you visit a Verizon or ATT store before getting locked into a contact with these abusers. read more

I went in for a pre-paid phone bill payment, it usually is an in and out transaction. The guy that was in charge (I'm guessing), wrote me down on the wait list and had me waiting for over 40 minutes. The staff had people just updating phones, trying to sell some cases or screen protectors. And they just ignored their wait list. Seems like they are more worried about comission over customer service or customer satisfaction. I ended up leaving. Trash service. Avoid this store. I went to the one down on Carson st. And was in and out within 3 minutes. read more

My experience was great. There was a guy that stood out. It was my representative Robert Medrano. I was in there for about an hour and a half and he took his time with me was very very patient because they had to do some calls to the credit bureau and he stood firm with his great customer service. Whenever I have to Deal with T-Mobile, they are fast and expedient and very customer friendly. Price for my line is very elder friendly too. Very few dropped calls. No complaints except the Tuesday Thanking program rarely has food rewards I can use because the vendors they offer are not present in my geographic area. My husband and I were there @ 5:06pm and waited for 15 mins to be assist. So, when someone finally came to us and ask what are we looking for and I said we wanted to get a new phone for my husband. And so I questioned the girl name Jennifer who's helping us what's the different of the iiPhone 14-15 to iPhone 16 and she didn't quite know the answer but said oh nothing really because she only watch Netflix or movies in her iPhone 16. So, mostly she doesn't know the answer.Which we expected she'll know since she work at the T-Mobile. . Then we told her ok we'll take the iPhone 16 blues with 3 cam but said they don't have that available in the store and will have to order it. my husband said what color do you guys have then? She said yeh aluminum, gold and black. Ok, so can we see the Aluminum then or gold and she just pointed out the display but doesn't want to go get one in the back for us to see it. Then she end up telling us that once we purchase the phone since they're going to be close at 6pm she won't be able to transfer my husband old phone information to the new one. Which is I think she's just being lazy. Because we were there at 5:06 pm and therefore even though they'll be close at 6pm she should still be able to the transfer and finish her job with us as a customer but yet she said she can't but needed to come back tomorrow at 7am. That customer service just so lazy and not helpful enough to stay even though they're about to be close at 6pm but we were there @5:06pm. What a bad service and we weren't happy. She hasn't even get to show the iphone and yet she's already telling us that she won't be able to do the transfer. So we left and said never mind. We end up not getting the iphone. I get that they're closing at 6pm but we were there an hour before closing and yet She couldn't stay a little bit to help us. There's only 3 customers there with us. They weren't that busy. What a lazy and bad service is that. We waited for 15mins before we got help and yet she can't do the same. All she said to us is unfortunately. We're never going back to that T-Mobile place again. 2 stars only because I had great service here prior to my recent visit. I had went in to try to get my e sim moved to a physical one. I received bad customer service by someone called Jennifer. She just looked like I was such and inconvenience for her, like she didn't want to be there. I'll give the benefit of a doubt and assume she was having a bad day the thing is I only asked a total of 3 questions and that was it. I kept asking her questions because I wouldn't understand her. I did not have my ID only my passport card which is a form of ID, I would give it to her and she would reply with I need your passport with me replying with "I am". I stopped asking once I asked her if what she was asking was for my passport book, with her replying yes, which is also a weird thing for t mobile to require. I felt ashamed to ask questions and instead I resolved my issue through the phone needing no type of Id but my pin. All I got from the store was a sim. read more

Bad service today. Went in two days ago because my phone was messed up. Associate Jose said no problem all I had to do was pay the $5 shipping and pick it up when it came in as it was still under warranty. Came in today to pick it up and a new associate told me that no it wasn't covered and I would have to pay over $100 for repair. I saw Jose and asked him what happened. He looked at me and said I dont remember anyone from a day ago. How could I remember you? What kind of crap is that? Very unprofessional Edit to add: Met with store manager Robert today who stands by his employees unprofessional demenors. Said he doesn't know why the first time my phone messed up it was replaced. Said he didn't know why Jose would sell us false information. From my view point it seems employees are not trained well in this location. You will get a different experience each time. There is no consistency. Robert as a store manager, everyone should be on the same page and it is your duty to train them for that. Stay away from this location. Save your time and sanity. read more

I was an hour away from home. I came in expecting to be out within 30min or so. Phone ready to go. The store does not have WiFi they had been down for three days. How?! They were hotspot-ing to activate my phone. I was charged the $35 activation fee for what? I had to drive an hour back home just to be on the phone with customer support for an additional two hours to successfully activate my phone. read more

I would name drop but I can't due to the fact nobody at this location had a name tag on. Moving forward... I came in here to ask questions about my bill and also seeing what it will be out the door and my new bill if I was to upgrade. Being an Ex Employee of this company I know the basic standards on how you are suppose to do a bill analysis and a new quote with every option that is available for an EXISTING AND NEW CUSTOMER. But yet I didn't receive those options and that was because the associate knew he wasn't going to get a sale out of me so he basically brushed me off and told me something quick just so I can leave. It's not this location it's T-Mobil customer service. They promised me that they would give me until the 11th to pay my bill. And they shut off my service on the 10th of July. They lied to me. I have had problem after problem with this company. They weren't able to provide service a couple years ago it was all over the news it was for a couple days and I went physically to 2 of their stores during business hours and they LOCKED their doors and you couldn't get anyone on the phone. I'm have had it with this company. I have a phone interview this morning and thanks to T-Mobil customer service they have ruined my chances of getting this position. DON'T SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY FOR PHONE SERVICE. YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE I DO. Walking in unsure and leaving satisfied with no doubts.. It was a Saturday morning, I brought my Mother to get a phone. There was only 1 worker as we enter the store, she was already helping other customers. We decided not to wait and just explore all the phones that was on display. My mom stop at the S8 plus galaxy, by that time a gentleman came by and help us. He said he would go check on that since items might be out due to Mother day sale. He came back 5 minutes later and apologized that it was out of stock. My Mother was so disappointed, she was bent on that S8 plus. I had to persuade her for 10 mins to go with the S8 instead, I was hoping the worker would help me on this matter but he was like kinda whatever. He had no clue how hard it was to convince an Asian lady to go with something less preferable :/ By this time another worker came to check up on us, her name was Julie. He decide to let her take care of us instead. From that moment my Mother was smiling, she felt helped. She walked her through all the questions my Mom had, set up apps that she wanted. Worst customer service ever, came in today to try and purchase a new iPhone. I'm exchange for my last years model, they gave me so many stupid excuses saying they couldn't find the water mark. They don't know what they're doing, plain and simple they don't want to credit your account if it's a high amount. They're plain lazy. After a very long day of work, stopping to set up my new account before going home was definitely unappealing. However, Abdul was very kind and very helpful, which made the stop worth it! We had some issues with my account because of Sprint and T-mobile merging (I used to have sprint) but he kept trying (and asking some of his teammates for help when needed) until he was able to get me my new account as well as order a new phone for me. The first experience was amazing, 2nd mehhh, 3rd horrible and just like Tmobile. So I purchased a phone from here which was defective from the box and decided as well that the phone was too small and wanted to go to the 14+. I first was told that I couldn't return the device and I have to come back the next day because the person assisting me did not get the proper training to do his job correctly Until his other associates pushed him to make a phone call or send a text message to their boss to which he did figure it out, but then told me that I needed to pay the $70 restocking fee for a device that they sold me which was defective which customers care had already stated that they wouldn't. As he gave me a choice of either pay the $70 or come back another day because originally he had said come back tomorrow, but then was told there's no manager tomorrow after he guaranteed there was gonna be one several times he basically got very disrespectful with the way his manners and tone were against me, which made me feel threatened, I have filed a formal complaint with Tmobile as well and I can see it through with a couple phone calls to the district manager as well. Also, the one thing I have to say is they treated me unfairly since the second I walked in the door because they assisted other clients ahead of me because they had already had to deal with my complaints of subpar service before. She answered all my questions and even helped me transfer all my contacts and files from my old phone to my new one! Everything went quick and easy!
