    I had to do a drop off at Spectrum, so I made a reservation to, hopefully, speed up the process. Arriving 30 minutes in advance of my reservation, there wasn't another customer in the building, and I was promptly helped by a young man with exceptional customer service. Dropping off the piece of equipment, the employee quickly recorded the transaction & handed me a receipt. Thankfully done in minutes, I quickly perused the latest phones & I was soon on my way. I'm a happy Spectrum Mobile customer ($14/month), and while internet outages suck when they happen, overall, Spectrum Internet has been satisfactory.

    BEWARE!!!!!!! This is a company that comes in and offers TV…read moreand phone service. They offered us Frontier and Direct TV Service. Their techs came out early and did an install On Direct TV. Frontier came out and could not do an install due to the fact we had an Alarm system. It would cost an additional 100.00 a month for this service over the price we were quoted. This is a 3rd party business, which offers these services. When we realized this service could not be done, we tried to cancel. We asked that Direct TV come in and uninstall their equipment. CornerStone said we had to cancel with Direct TV. We have tried with both Direct TV and Cornerstone. Its been over 2 weeks and still no resolution. I was on the phone with them today for 3 hours trying to resolve this . I was finally able to cancel the Direct TV portion. Cornerstone has left us with the the process we have to pay Spectrum to come out and reinstall their equipment. With the promotion they have offered it is now costing us money , due to the fact they could not perform their end of the contract. I have just asked to be made whole again. They offered to send a Tech out with the cost of 75.00 to me. Please Beware of any Business offerings this company has to offer. They will tell you that Direct TV was the ones that did an install. I found Out today it is Cornerstone Techs, NOT Direct TV Techs that come out to install. Run

    I had a 2019 75 inch Samsung QLED. Worked great until one day, The screen would repeatedly flash…read moreon/off but wouldn't turn on. The Samsung authorized repair shop estimated a $900 fix. I called David and he was able to repair the faulty internal board for only around $375. And that cost was only because he had to take the tv apart and repair at his shop. If it had been a main board that was on the exterior it would have come out to much less. While here, I found out he also does VHS to DVD transfers. If you want to avoid having to buy a replacement tv...... I Highly Recommend!

    David at ABBA Systems is the real deal…read more I have a Sony XBR-75Z9F (75" Master Series) that suddenly went completely black. Multiple shops either told me it wasn't fixable, parts were impossible to get, or that it wasn't worth the effort because of how complex this TV is. David was the only one who stepped up and actually took the time to diagnose it properly. Instead of guessing or pushing a replacement, he identified the real issue and repaired it at the component level (T-Con / buffer board)--something most places won't even attempt. He had everything fixed and back to me in less than a week, and now the TV works perfectly again. Communication was excellent the entire time and quick responses, clear updates and he followed through exactly as promised. On top of that, he's just a genuinely nice, honest guy who clearly knows what he's doing, especially with high-end TVs. You can tell he takes pride in his work and doesn't cut corners. Hopefully I don't have another broken TV anytime soon, but if I do, there's no question I'm going straight back to David. If you're dealing with something other shops won't touch, or even something that is a regular job, this is your guy.

    Review #656 None Elite Squad Squad…read moreMix Feelings! 1st I Have Spectrum because where I live on im only allowed to have Spectrum for TV which is the #1 reason I dont have Cable TV and only Stream... but i cant stream unless I have internet so there i do have it. 1st things 1st, the internet no matter what mbs or gbs you have its not the best. the internet is like Netzero quality which is im glad I have internet even though its not the best ..then again Netzero was free and here.. for a lot of years I was $125 for their supposedly fastest internet ..then 1 day i heard the buzz about Tmobile..thats its better..no signal interruption..just fast dependable internet..so I had it..I went to this location..signed in..waited about a hour until I finally got called ..I went up..and went up to them just like George Mcfly ..pointrd at the guy and said "Hey You, get your..." and I got cut off and he displayed a 7G modem! I was like wow! asked questions..then he gave me the best offer and for staying ..I can have this amazing 7G Internet for $41.99. No catch.. "the best offers are when you go in person" ofcourse, i had to get Mobile service ..but who cares..I dont have to purchase a phone .. so I run home..installed the 7G..and ...and ... its the slowest internet ever..horrible for gaming.. what Wifi i have ever experienced.. ive called many times ..theyve send their "Certified Expert Technicians" to not do anything..but i love the $41.99.. just not sure if its worth it..

    Absolute terrible company & business site…read more They raise prices & eliminate discounts without any notice. Bill has gone up to over $100 and the internet is spotty. Been a customer for more than 7 years and they offer no customer loyalty or discount. Service is terrible when trying to get assistance on bill.
