TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had a very disappointing experience at this T-Mobile Authorized Dealer. The Assistant Manager, Rupali, and one of the customer representatives were extremely rude, lacked any sense of urgency, and showed no empathy toward a customer who had just had their phone stolen. I visited the store in the afternoon, and there were no other customers waiting. I was asked to wait, which I did. I was extremely anxious because every minute mattered--I was worried someone could access my personal information and steal my identity. When I saw another representative enter the store, I politely asked if she could help me. The Assistant Manager immediately interrupted and said the employee had not logged in or clocked in yet, so I continued waiting. A few moments later, the representative came back out. She clearly knew I was waiting for assistance, but instead of logging in and helping me, she delayed. Because I was desperate and anxious, I politely asked again if she could assist me. Instead of showing any understanding, she refused to help and told me to "just go to another location." She then told me that I needed to "respect her," when in reality, she was the one being rude and dismissive. Rather than addressing the situation, the Assistant Manager tolerated and supported this unacceptable behavior. I understand that employees have procedures to follow, but when a customer comes in after having their phone stolen, empathy and urgency should be a priority. A stolen phone is not just an inconvenience--it can lead to identity theft and financial fraud. This is an Authorized Dealer representing the T-Mobile brand. I sincerely hope T-Mobile looks into how this location treats its customers because experiences like this damage the company's reputation. DO NOT go to this store. I found out too late that this is not corporate store T Mobile but a just an authorized one or a third party store. This girl ( Indian National) changed my plan to a four line even though I wanted to keep just my 2 line. She said that my current plan will discontinue (not true) and the new plan will be cheaper than what I currently pay. She even insisted adding the syncup tracker which she said is free (not true). Then I asked if I used an additional line if there is a monthly charge she said no it's free( not true $10 a month). When I got my bill it went up to $158 a month from $110 previously. Avoid this store like a plague!!!! Also to add to this: this rep told me I will not lose my Netflix benefit, yeah if I had to pay $8.99 instead of $0 that I used to get. My husband and I went into this location today and Rosalinda, Ifra and Kingston were working. All helped us, but Rosa was the one who assisted us all the way through. Honestly, whenever we have to go in, I do not look forward to it. Every time we go in, we have a horrible experience. Every time. I typically feel like I am putting out the associate asking for information or help. Or I'm told to just call the customer service number. Which I already did prior to coming in but have more questions. Anyway, this time around I want to shout from the rooftop about how great these 3 individuals are! Rosa was extremely informative and thorough. I never understood why things cost what they did. I was always just told this is what it is without it making sense and no one wanting to explain it. Rosa did. And with a smile and friendly attitude. Ifra and Kingston provided support to Rosa when the system wasn't working. Their teamwork is something this location should share/teach all associates. When people would ask me about T Mobile I always said I never have an issue with my coverage but "good luck when it comes to customer service"! BUT i've had enough. DO NOT COME HERE somehow my billing went from $350 to $650 to over $700 in 2 months. didn't make any changes to my plan and was told they don't have access to the full breakdown of my billing. told me to call billing department instead when i know they have the full authorization to pull it up. based on the previous reviews from another customer, this is owned by a third party and scams for profit lol? on top of that, there is no sense of urgency. super slow at getting things done. employee snatch tablets from each other, and have to ask to re-input personal info, no type of going the extra mile for a customer. to put simply, this place provides below bare minimum lol they talk to you as if you're incompetent and below them with a condescending tone. please save your self the stress and go somewhere else. read more

This location is a third party seller (their operational policies are different from T-Mobile corporate owned stores) **** I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Nate at T-Mobile was so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn others. Nate demonstrated some of the worst customer service I've encountered. I asked for help with releasing my phone order something T-Mobile customer service had already confirmed can be done without a manager's approval. Despite this, Nate flat-out refused to assist or even call T-Mobile customer service to verify what I was saying. When a paying customer asks you to contact your own customer support team to clarify a policy, the least you can do is make the call. Instead, Nate was dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed more interested in arguing than solving the issue. It's extremely disappointing when employees refuse to go the extra mile--especially when the solution is within their power. If you're going to represent T-Mobile, you should at least be willing to communicate with your own company before shutting a customer down. Unfortunately, Nate failed that basic standard. I expected better from T-Mobile. Update: Canceled my order from this location and sent to an actual T-Mobile corporate-owned store. read more

Went in looking to find lines at the best price and best deals, the associate told me that they could hold my numbers for ten dollars per line as I discussed the plan with my family. I paid for them to hold the numbers, they failed to tell me that they were opening accounts. I then get a bill for about two hundred fifty dollars. The next month when I asked to suspend the line they did not do so. Now it is february and i'm being charged a thousand dollars for lines with phones I dont have because they didnt have the phones I wanted at the time. I've reached out to talk to the manager multiple times and havent heard back from her. Stay away from this place. Definitely scammy behavior. read more

Do not go to this T-Mobile store. It is run by a third-party LLC, they are not there to help you, but for only profitable gains. Today I walked in because I have the unlimited screen protector plan and was trying to get my broken screen protector replaced. This is the second time that they said that they did not have a screen protector in stock and would have to ship me one. That was fine until I got the email saying that it would be shipped to me in three weeks, which is absurd. As I was ready to leave the store, the lady who I assume is the manager mentioned that I have an extra phone line/ SIM card in my account so she provided me the SIM card (which I told her I did not need and had no use for it). When I started to question her about it, she says it comes at no charge and it doesn't really affect my account and tried to send me on my merry way. This felt a little weird so I ended up going to another T-Mobile store right after to ask about this and found out that this store is trying to hit a quota so adding lines to an account helps them achieve that goal. The T-Mobile store by the Cerritos mall next to the Panera helped me cancel this extra line that was created by this manager because it was not needed. Bottom line is do NOT go to the store even if it's conveniently located seems like there was a lot of shady things going on that you don't need to be a part of, just go to one that is corporately run. read more

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS My boyfriend and I went into this store to upgrade his iPhone 13 Pro and asked the associate KINGSTON very clearly, "What promotions do you have going on?" He accessed our account and told us my boyfriend was eligible for an upgrade. We asked how much we would receive for the trade-in and he told us $830, with only an additional $26 per month added to the existing plan. We asked to see the full breakdown. KINGSTON was extremely guarded with his iPad and did not clearly explain everything. My boyfriend was excited about the upgrade and trusted what he was being told, so he signed the agreement based on the information KINGSTON gave us. He told us the phone would be shipped within a couple of days. When the phone arrived and we tried to set it up, we were notified that a new line had been added to the account. We IMMEDIATELY called T-Mobile customer service and found out that TWO ADDITIONAL LINES had been added..... At no point did KINGSTON ever mention adding any new lines. Not one. Definitely not TWO. Nowhere was this discussed, explained, or authorized. THIS IS NOT A MISUNDERSTANDING. This is deceptive sales behavior. And to make it even worse, while we were there KINGSTON was talking to his female coworker about how much commission she was making off her sales and explaining the breakdown of it right in front of customers. Looking back now, it's honestly disgusting and it makes everything make sense. the focus clearly wasn't helping us, it was adding whatever he could boost in commission. The red flags were there and we should've trusted our gut. Because of this, we now have to return the phone, deal with customer service, and we already paid a $130 deposit. This is a huge inconvenience, especially during the holidays, and never should have happened in the first place. If you go to this location, Do not trust what you are told. A bunch of scammers work here, I would not recommend coming to this location at all. I went into the store to upgrade one of mines to a new iPhone. They told me it would be only $50 extra a month. So my bill would go from $230 to $280. Keep in mind I had no discounts at all with this plan, and I had 4 lines. No problem. The gentlemen working said my plan was out to date and was gonna upgrade my account from a sprint plan to a T-Mobile plan so I said sure since he said I would be saving money. A month passes and I get my bill and it's over $300 which I figured no problem since I had to have extra fees and made changes. The next month comes and my bill is still over $300 which makes no sense. I come to find out he added two lines without my permission so I was being charged for those lines. I went back to this location and the store manager was no help. She couldn't figure out what this employee did. She said she would look into it and call me back since it was busy but in fact it's been over a week and nothing yet. This location is terrible, fake employees who don't know what they are doing. Dumb manager who doesn't know how to manager her team let alone know her job. I would not recommend coming here. Someone named Serah lied to me about the pricing plans. And she added an extra activation charge for a tablet that I was not aware of. I was charged extra $10 for a tablet sim card, and charged $10 monthly for the data. I asked her what the extra charge was, and she replied it was taxes. I looked at the receipt when I got home and saw the deceptive charge ( I put on my reading glasses) and I called T mobile who confirmed the added charges. Customer service was able to credit the unauthorized charges. Went to Yelp and saw the negative reviews, all TRUE. Avoid this center...am still debating to return to my previous carrier. read more

T-Mobile Management - fire whoever was working on 7/20 at 6PM at this location because I guarantee they are NOT making you any new sales. My S/O was actually considering switching from Verizon but not after this experience. consider hiring from islands next door as they actually have good customer service there. The store staff spoke with me like I was a kindergarten student admonished me for not listening and following directions. T-mobile screws up once again. To start off, Ali was a little too nice and I caught him multiple times looking down my shirt. That was absolutely gross. Not only that, I ended up walking out paying $40 (which I still don't know wtf I was paying for) and he set us up with trackers and wifi that I repeatedly told him I DID NOT WANT. This has caused so much frustration as I have been charged for the wifi and the trackers before my 15 day trial has ended! How is that even legal? The real reason I came in was to sign with T-mobile over from AT&T. I was told it would be an easy switch. Ali and Rupali continuously pressured me into a line deal and trade in offer far out of my budget, and I somehow still left with unnecessary items I did not need or want! This place only cares about sales and forcing their customers into buying and not actually helping them with concerns regarding cellphones. Never in my life have I been extremely confused and frustrated with purchasing cell phones or anything regarding my phone line. I truly feel like being a 19 year old trying to start my own line independently away from my families plan was the real reason I was taken advantage of. She was helping other customers and I have no idea how they were even helped because she kept interrupting my conversation with Ivan, even as we walked away from the counter to look at the phones, she kept shouting from the counter towards our conversation. She was rude and frankly extremely inappropriate, she kept talking about their 55+ plan, which I had no idea what she was referring to as I had no knowledge of that, but to keep implying of someone's age when the customer has made no reference to their age, is frankly not appropriate. Always a pleasure going in to this store, having worked 10+ yrs in customer service I can tell you the customer is not always right. The staff is knowledgeable and equipped to do what they have to do "sell" however in the occasions that I have been in, I've experienced rude and condescending "customers" upset because certain issues could not be resolved in store.
