When I talk to the service rep in the store he said I can do better- get you a faster router and give you the promotion for $ 41.25 but just sign up for $20 +$10 phone but come back in 30 and discontinue the TV and phone then just pay $41.25 instead of $106 i was out the door less than 15 minutes after he called me. the new router arriver 2 days later and was very easy to set up. However, my services were cut off immediately, meaning I paid for a month of service that I no longer have access to. When I contacted tech support to resolve the issue, I was told that my services were still active and was essentially accused of lying--despite providing the error code from my TV screen, which explicitly stated that my account was no longer active. To make matters worse, the representative suggested sending a technician to inspect the equipment, which would result in an additional service fee.

I call once again and being redirected was told the credit would be applied within 24 hours once again. The device is completely canceled. Looking on my account it states Ill be billed once again in May. Its ridiculous I have to keep calling. I have internet with them also that I will be canceling so all my information is removed from their services.
