There were seven people waiting now there's nine people waiting but when I got here, there were four or 5 people helping customers now there's only three. And the problem sometimes people take a long time so it backs things up more and more. The staff seems to be working hard, but there's just a lot of stuff and this stuff is kind of slow usually. Usually when I come here, it's not that bad this time a little worse than usual. But they are busy. And there's one guy that's I guess a lot of trouble and so he's taking someone all the time. Someone else just came back. I guess he went to lunch. They all eat lunch I guess and come back. Now there are four people helping customers. Just one customer has been taking a sales person for 45 min. Outch. None of the salespeople are just hanging around. They are all helping customers.

Acknowledging to clients they exist and that you are sorry for the wait should be basic common sense and decency of people's time and the inconvenience. 4. I understand clients (especially older ones have questions. Create a space for them, because if you're taking 25 min just to hand someone a modem and it's nonstop chatter chatter that is freaking inconsiderate.... MOVE THINGS ALONG. half of you are in sales and would make actual money if you freakin moved. This place is so known for garbage reps. Why these guys don't care at all about their service how their reviews are are low, is insane to me. I hope this location closes

    I called Charter Spectrum today to cancel my services due to an upcoming move. During the call, the…read moreagent repeatedly attempted to persuade me to stay by lowering my monthly rate. We have been paying $230 per month, and the agent successively offered $190, then $170, and finally $150 as I continued to decline. This clearly indicates that Spectrum had the ability to offer significantly lower pricing for years, yet continued to overcharge me. After I completed the cancellation, the agent informed me that my services would remain active until the end of my billing cycle on May 12th. However, my services were cut off immediately, meaning I paid for a month of service that I no longer have access to. When I contacted tech support to resolve the issue, I was told that my services were still active and was essentially accused of lying--despite providing the error code from my TV screen, which explicitly stated that my account was no longer active. To make matters worse, the representative suggested sending a technician to inspect the equipment, which would result in an additional service fee.

    I lived in a building with pre-wired Charter Spectrum, so I didn't have a choice.     David at ABBA Systems is the real deal…read more I have a Sony XBR-75Z9F (75" Master Series) that suddenly went completely black. Multiple shops either told me it wasn't fixable, parts were impossible to get, or that it wasn't worth the effort because of how complex this TV is. David was the only one who stepped up and actually took the time to diagnose it properly. Instead of guessing or pushing a replacement, he identified the real issue and repaired it at the component level (T-Con / buffer board)--something most places won't even attempt. He had everything fixed and back to me in less than a week, and now the TV works perfectly again. Communication was excellent the entire time and quick responses, clear updates and he followed through exactly as promised. On top of that, he's just a genuinely nice, honest guy who clearly knows what he's doing, especially with high-end TVs. You can tell he takes pride in his work and doesn't cut corners. Hopefully I don't have another broken TV anytime soon, but if I do, there's no question I'm going straight back to David. If you're dealing with something other shops won't touch, or even something that is a regular job, this is your guy.

I called David and he was able to repair the faulty internal board for only around $375. And that cost was only because he had to take the tv apart and repair at his shop. If it had been a main board that was on the exterior it would have come out to much less. While here, I found out he also does VHS to DVD transfers. If you want to avoid having to buy a replacement tv...... I Highly Recommend!

The guy that helped me out saw my monthly price for my service and offered a promotion for a phone line to get a discount on my monthly price. I am now paying half the amount I've been paying per month! I know it's a promotion but every little bit helps with monthly expenses!

    Spectrum is the worst mobile costumer service I have had. The internet on the mobile phone was…read moreslow. I had to call in many times that I just paid off the phone and canceled the service in February. I was told it was all canceled I no longer will be charged. In March they charged me for the mobile insurance. I called once again back to back demanding it was canceled the insurance should have been too. Finally I was told I would be credit on the next billing cycle. April comes and im double billed. I had to call again speak to supervisor LJ and was told its canceled and credit would be applied in 24 hours. 36 hours pass it still showed I owed money. I call once again and being redirected was told the credit would be applied within 24 hours once again. The device is completely canceled. Looking on my account it states Ill be billed once again in May. Its ridiculous I have to keep calling. I have internet with them also that I will be canceling so all my information is removed from their services.
