I told him the guy on CHAT for spectrum on the website told me $106 is the best price but you can go in the store and get a new router that is 1 gb at the same price. When I talk to the service rep in the store he said I can do better- get you a faster router and give you the promotion for $ 41.25 but just sign up for $20 +$10 phone but come back in 30 and discontinue the TV and phone then just pay $41.25 instead of $106 i was out the door less than 15 minutes after he called me. the new router arriver 2 days later and was very easy to set up. Just log on the myspectrum app first on your smartphone.

And the problem sometimes people take a long time so it backs things up more and more. The staff seems to be working hard, but there's just a lot of stuff and this stuff is kind of slow usually. Usually when I come here, it's not that bad this time a little worse than usual. But they are busy. And there's one guy that's I guess a lot of trouble and so he's taking someone all the time. Someone else just came back. I guess he went to lunch. They all eat lunch I guess and come back. Now there are four people helping customers. Just one customer has been taking a sales person for 45 min. Outch. None of the salespeople are just hanging around. They are all helping customers.

We have been paying $230 per month, and the agent successively offered $190, then $170, and finally $150 as I continued to decline. This clearly indicates that Spectrum had the ability to offer significantly lower pricing for years, yet continued to overcharge me. After I completed the cancellation, the agent informed me that my services would remain active until the end of my billing cycle on May 12th. However, my services were cut off immediately, meaning I paid for a month of service that I no longer have access to. When I contacted tech support to resolve the issue, I was told that my services were still active and was essentially accused of lying--despite providing the error code from my TV screen, which explicitly stated that my account was no longer active. To make matters worse, the representative suggested sending a technician to inspect the equipment, which would result in an additional service fee.

I had to call in many times that I just paid off the phone and canceled the service in February. I was told it was all canceled I no longer will be charged. In March they charged me for the mobile insurance. I called once again back to back demanding it was canceled the insurance should have been too. Finally I was told I would be credit on the next billing cycle. April comes and im double billed. I had to call again speak to supervisor LJ and was told its canceled and credit would be applied in 24 hours. 36 hours pass it still showed I owed money. I call once again and being redirected was told the credit would be applied within 24 hours once again. The device is completely canceled. Looking on my account it states Ill be billed once again in May. Its ridiculous I have to keep calling. I have internet with them also that I will be canceling so all my information is removed from their services.

    STAY AWAY!!!! This company has been the WORST installation…read moreservice I have ever experienced in my 25years of hiring technicians for audio installations. They came to install a new PA system of wireless microphones and active speakers a week ago. This company is so DISORGANIZED from the time i spoke to the sales rep to schedule in person consult and install. They had me speak with 2 people before my appointment of which neither were the technician who came to do our install. The technician who came had a language barrier to speak fluent English and for our simple install he had to call another tech in guiding him to perform the service properly. Then the tech on the day of the appointment left to grab the brackets and cables required then took it upon himself to take a lunch break while he was out without informing us that he was going to have a lunch break as we waited patiently for his return to complete the work. Lastly, we called them a week later after completion of the install to ask them to advise us on getting the sound arranged for a more conducive sound experience because our speakers are only positioned for the audience to hear output and needed to have a solution for the performers to hear sound output as well for a professional arrangement l. This company COULD NOT even get a hold of a technician for us for a simple ask but instead kept giving us excuses WITHOUT a callback to discuss. This company is nothing but HEADACHES full stop!!!!
