What a horrible experience.... I was there for the kpop drop and was one of the first people there since 4am. The manager handed out tickets to secure our spot in line and came out a few times to give a speech about how he knows we are all here for Christmas presents so he's not going to allow bulk sales because he wants to make sure we all leave with shoes for our families Christmas presents .... After waiting 6 hours I finally get inside and was the first group only to be told they don't have kids sizes only adults! Are you kidding me ? A children's movie and no children's sizes and like I'm not even mad about them not having the size it is what it is but I'm mad they allowed all of us to wait maybe 60 of us out there before I left and not bother to tell us btw no kids sizes. You made it a point to tell us he wants us all to leave with Christmas presents for our families but failed to say btw your families don't include kids like how hard would that of been to just say sorry guys if your waiting for kids sizes we don't have any so we don't all waste our time.... Cashier:Jesus Lopez Associate: Kirstin associate # 759095 I went in for a return after calling the store. I bought the original shoes on a gift card. They said they will do an exchange for us and the remaining balance (if any) will be put on a gift card. When I exchanged the shoes, I got a pair that was $10 less then the original pair. I said I'm fine with the remaining balance being put on a gift card. Kirstin said they can't do that, that they have no gift cards(THE GIFT CARDS WERE ON THE COUNTER)and then that the system won't let us just exchange and leave the remaining balance with the store. She said the ONLY way we could leave with the shoes I wanted it is to spend the remaining amount. I told her there's nothing here for $10.... she looked at me and said I would just have to go OVER and PAY the remainder. She didn't help, she was rude, this is the 2nd time lack of training on her and this stores has caused confusion and a horrible experience. I've already made a formal complaint because what she is doing is wrong. I understand hitting numbers in a small store,I run a small store too, but don't try and fuck over your customers. read more

Small store located literally on the border of Orange and LA Counties that sells all the great Vans styles we have grown to love. The store is tiny, but there is plenty to see inside. The walls are mostly all covered with shoes, men's / women's / children's shoes are all separated and displayed for easy viewing. The front of the store has some clothing racks as well as some sales racks (you can get some good deals sometimes in the sales section). Parking sucks here. There is a small parking lot directly behind the shop, but if you have a big car or truck I would advise you to park across the street or down the street as the parking spaces are tight and pretty close to each other. read more

Horrible customer service!!!!! Accusing customers of theft! My brother was given a 30% coupon and went to this location. My brother purchased $100 worth of stuff. When he was waking of the store after just finishing the transaction , an employee yelled at him "are you gonna pay for the hat". Immediately accusing him of stealing and demanded to check his receipt because he "did not pay" my brother put his bag on the floor and allowed him to check his receipt and bag. After learning the items were purchased and the hat my brother was wearing was also paid for. This employee did not even apologize for his actions! Don't go to this place because "JJ" will help you inside and then when your leaving the store he will belittle you and accuse you of stealing. SMH!!!! read more

as far as vans stores go this place is old school- it reminds me of the place on Newport and 17th in Costa Mesa that I used to go to as a kid. I come through here a few times a year for shoes for my kids- velcro ones for the boy with brick feet, and skinny ones for my little girl. read more

*AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE* Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the guy who helped us today (4/3/19, around 3pm, tall dude with brown hair and a beard), but he was incredibly helpful. Came in to get my oldest some new shoes. My 3yo was having one of *those* days, and my nerves were shot. I was dreading bringing him into the store, but we'd already promised my oldest we'd get his shoes today, so away we went. I cannot express enough the gratitude I have for this dude's patience. He was friendly and got my oldest talking while he tried on shoes, which was impressive. He shooed the toddler away from the door at least once for me, and waited patiently when I had to chase him as he ran out the door another time. He sized my oldest and made sure his shoes fit right, going back for a second pair after the first weren't perfect. He was kind and understanding and never made us feel like the irritating people I know we were (sorry about that). Huge thanks to you dude. Seriously. Thank you. They promised they would here in two days by Wednesday with 3 day shipping and they'd order them for me. They would waive two day shipping fee. Well It's the 2nd day and I check tracking. Not Scheduled to arrive till Thursday! The day I need them for. Now it's too late for me to go somewhere else. So glad I didn't pay for the shipping or I'd really be more upset.
