Mia checked in on me a couple of times while I was browsing, and brought me some boots I wanted to try. Mia also helped me pick out some really comfortable insoles. I didn't know which ones would work best for me because I haven't really purchased insoles very much. She asked for my preferences and gave me some examples to feel and it worked out well! Daniel and Mia were both very friendly and helpful :) I like the selection of products at the store! I feel like they had a good variety of women's working shoes and a lot of other shoes and boots in general. They had some merchandise at great clearance prices but I didn't have enough time to look some more. The shoes I got were really great quality and I got some complementary shoe cleaning products with my purchase. The store was also kept very neat and clean, and the music choice was nice. I went to this place last year to get my work boots. I am a train Operator for Metro and let me tell you, they have a wide selection. Cynthia, the store's manager, helped me once again. I came back to get some Timberland Pro boots, which are my favorite, but they didn't have any of my size. I went up to her at the register to purchase, and told her jokingly that she hurt my feelings because she didn't have the boots I wanted. Cynthia took care of me right away and ordered the boots and will ship them to my home in a couple of days for free. Cynthia has excellent customer service and will definitely be back. I recommend anyone who is looking for work gear to visit this store, and tell her Micah sent you. The value and quality of merchandise is worth the price. read more

I brought my nephew so he could get some work shoes. Every show we asked for, no size 11 available. I finally asked Ernie, what shoes do you have in a size 11 and he said, he would have to check everyone. Well we practically went through each shoe and finally found a size 11. Let me be clear we were looking for slip resistant shoes. The cashier Mia didnt even thank us for our purchase. Customer service was terrible, they need additional training. read more

Shoeteria has a solid selection of shoes, but the prices are honestly way too high for what you get. Unfortunately, I had a really unpleasant experience with one of the female staff members. She came across as rude, pushy, and overly nosy, acting like she was doing me a favor just by being there. It felt like I was wasting her time, she got annoyed easily. After shopping there loyally for over 15 years, this visit was the last straw. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend it to anyone else. Save yourself the trouble and money, check out Red Wing store, Boot World, Work Boot warehouse, or just look for better deals on Amazon. You'll get much better service without the attitude. read more
