    Came here to pickup a new pair of Brooks. This is a small shop, but they offer quite a bit as far as shoes and services. They not only offer supportive shoes, they make custom shoes and custom orthotics as well. We were helped by three employees, who were all friendly and receptive to the type of shoe we were looking for. We ended up leaving with a new pair of brooks and will be back to get each color. They don't carry their full selection in store, but they can order what they don't have.

    My pair of Brooks.  I'm not a size 5 (as I've worn my whole life, probably why my toes hate me).  Instead I'm a 5 1/2, D width.

    Do I need to have a doctors prescription to update my current orthotics ? I would like to start fresh. Is that possible or do I have to see my podiatrist first?

    If you have been to Marsden's before you may not need a prescription depending on how long it's been. It's always best to go see your podiatrist to see if there are any changes in your feet and get a new prescription. ;-)

Each visit, I was told something different -- first they'd have them in a few days, then they still didn't have them, and finally I was told they could order them for me and have them shipped to my home. I agreed and very clearly ordered THREE medium shirts as part of their promotion (3 for about $32.50). When my order arrived, I received ONE medium and ONE extra large tall. That is absolutely not what I ordered and makes no sense, my son is slim and medium barely fits him. When I called the store, the manager (Manny) told me there was "nothing he could do" because their system shows that's what was ordered. That response was unacceptable. The employee who helped me (Cassandra) was friendly, but the order was clearly placed incorrectly. (AIRHEADS) To make things more confusing, the total I was charged didn't even match the promotion and ended up being around $21.06 after some kind of discount she gave us because he was a student and showed her his school ID. After multiple trips, wasted time, and receiving the wrong items, there was zero accountability or real effort to fix the issue. Very disappointing experience. I won't be returning to this location. Which is unfortunate because it's the closest but they always mess up something and don't properly train their staff!

Was told that the original location shouldn't have given me the defective shoes. Emily went out of her way to call Customer Service. Unfortunately they were already closed. She continued to help me. Searched for a location local that had the same pair and size. I appreciate the help. Seriously though, WSS returns/exchanges should be able to be made in store even when you're ordering online and picking up at a store location. It's a major hassle printing a label, packaging the item and what not.

Even though they have your purchase information connected to your number and they know that you did purchase it through your phone number they can pull up about your last purchase, but they still won't return or exchange anything so I honestly would suggest not buying anything here at the store I mean any store anywhere take anything back or give restore credit which I didn't mind but they will not do anything without the original receipt because they don't know where you purchased it or where it came from obviously it's in their system. I can show them proof of my purchase via bank information, but they won't take it.

I wandered around thinking nothing was calling my name...until BAM! the Dainty Mary Jane Converse caught my eye! Total love at first sight moment! Sadly they only had a size 9 and I'm a size 9.5 girlie. I tried the size 9 but there wasn't enough for any wiggle room! Even my toes said "Girl, absolutely not!" I asked the friendly and helpful staff member for a 9.5 or a 10 however this particular shoe only run in full sizes. I saw online they had another color and I asked that I wanted to order the other pair too! The price was also on sale! SCORE!
