I would highly recommend this business for your repair needs! LONG REVIEW: I purchased my 2nd gen iPad Pro in 2020 brand new directly from Apple. A few weeks ago my iPad suddenly wouldn't power on. After trying all the suggested solutions online I took it to the Apple Store. They told me a major component failed & the only solution they offered me was to replace the entire iPad with the exact same one (amazing they had something that old in stock) & would've cost me about $500. I decided to look for other solutions & reached out to a few different businesses on Yelp. Joey was very quick to reply. I took it in & he diagnosed it free of charge. After a quick analysis he let me know there was major failure in the hardware & parts would need to be replaced. He told me if he could fix it, it would cost the price we agreed on when he diagnosed it. If not, it was no charge. He estimated he could finish the project by tomorrow. The next day he called (which I missed) & texted me to let me know my device was ready for pick up. To my delight, when I came to the shop the screen lit up & my wallpaper was still displayed (meaning my data was still there)! Joey was kind, worked quickly, & I was never in the dark about how long the service would take or how much it would cost me. I take good care of my devices so I've never needed Apple care or repair service. This was such a good experience & I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of repair! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

There was only ONE employee working with about six other customers waiting. At around the hour mark, another employee finally came out from the back, helped one customer, and then disappeared into the back again for another 20 minutes. Several people ended up leaving because the wait was so ridiculous. Then, once I was finally being helped, the employee took TWO personal phone calls in the middle of assisting me, both about ordering cheesecake. At that point it was almost comical. What makes the whole experience even more frustrating is that once someone actually helped me, trading in my phone took a total of about FIVE minutes. I waited over an hour for something that took five minutes to complete. This store seriously needs to do better. Whether that means having more staff scheduled, better management, or simply having a little more urgency when there is a store full of customers waiting, something needs to change. Before I went to this T Mobile store I had visited 2 other stores to get assistance regarding the…read moreissue I was having on. The issue was when I left Verizon and transferred my accounts to T Mobile there was some balance for each phone that needed to be paid off. Sure enough T Mobile support did guide with the steps on how to individually request funds for each line to be paid off. What I didn't know was that each line was on a different plan. My wife's and I were just transferring lines over and our daughters line were to switch phones and transferring. Very minute detail but complicated for a person who had no clue that the steps were different. I was getting anxious because the end date of transfer from Verizon to Tmobile was coming and Verizon stuck me with my last bill of over $1600 plus and the funds from Tmobile hadn't come through. I went to Tmobile in Fullerton and La Habra and they were busy and they told me I had to try it online because they couldn't help me. I tried my last luck in Whittier T Mobile at Whittwood Mall. I was greeted by Ms. Judas. She was so kind and patient even though they were twice as busy as the previous stores I had gone prior. She listened to my issues and asked me if she could borrow my phone. She stayed with me and analyzed what was wrong with the refund and realized I had inputted the wrong refund codes for each line. She navigated pretty quickly and told me it was done after 30 minutes. She said the refund would be available within a week. I was stunned. I was so surprised and thankful. As we were finishing the issue I asked her about T Mobiles wifi program and she gladly answered in detail the price and terms. I was so moved with her helping me graciously with the transfer of phones that I signed up with T Mobile WiFi program too mind you I was with Spectrum internet for over 10 years. If you guys have any issues or want to add a line or get something done I strongly encourage you to look for Ms. Judas. What an awesome human being for just being a customer friendly service person. I paid a bill I owed to TMobile and they still continue to bill me. I talked to the people there,…read morethey are no help. They keep asking me for a PIN #. I told them that I don't have one then they told me to go to the app and put a new one in well. I can't do that either because I no longer belong to TMobile so now they're asking me to go in person into one of the TMobile offices, which I have done before they keep making me to go to in person on one of the local T-Mobile stores. This is ridiculous asking me for a pin number. They're not letting me do it on their app and then forcing me to go to a store in person the system is not a good one and they need to develop something better. I was the TMobile customer for many years three of us and now that I no longer have TMobile I am running into problems with them. I do not recommend this TMobile anymore.
