Terrible We enrolled 4 lines and all were upgraded to receive the newest phone. Initially the service provided was okay. Abigail, who helped us was unpleasant and very vague on how much our plan was going to be and I thought that was odd. Another issue I encountered was with the actual phone. Upon receiving my new iPhone 17 I had issues with the phone, I returned to the store within 2-3 days after the issue persisted and the MANAGER told me to "call customer service". When I demanded they help me the "regional manager" came from the back and then told me to go see an apple agent, as they could not help me. This is by far the worst team. Walked in during lunch today to see if I can drop off my trade in phones . 2 Young ladys were inside and the store was empty. I asked if I could start the drop off process since an online rep told me I could make this happen at any AT&T store. Right when I thought that one of the young ladies was about to help the meaner pit bull looking one stopped me in my tracks and said "we dont do that here" and that in my case her "system was locked" WOW LOL. I came in to get help on my new IPHONE 16 PRO MAX. My neighbor recommended ABI, since ABI helped her with her phone. I was so lucky to walk in and ABI was working. Greeted with a smile and warm customer service, ABI immediately went to work to help me. She assisted me on clearing my voicemail messages and assisted me with hooking up my Bluetooth functions. ABI was so professional and so kind and very patient with me and my questions. This store in Whittier is very fortunate to have ABI working here and representing AT&T. 2 years ago I got charged $470 AT&T made it look like I paid a bill. My bills are always under $90 After disputing the transaction, my bank denied the dispute and AT&T never helped me. I never saw my money again. On December I bought a tablet, decided to return in 3 days later. Since December they been billing me for that tablet. Stealing money billing me for something that I don't have. AT&T has not helped me get those funds back. I went into AT&T to replace my screen protector Because I bought "the life time" replacement screen less than one year ago. AT&T refused to replace my screen. Worst phone store service I have ever received hands down ! The employee I dealt with did not have a clue how to transfer my info to new phone while the manager watched her struggle. Then I find out they added an upgrade option to the tune of $10 a month, that I'm having a hell of a time getting removed. They told me to call ATT and have the store do it, I call ATT and they say they cant do it for 14 days, WTF. Calling ATT is a joke, can hardly understand the person that was trying to help me to no avail, sounded like she was at a party. I ask Abby about a pen to my iPad and informed her of the iPad I order then I ask about a watch I wanted to purchase and didn't have any samples and took her word for it and sold me the wrong watch. So because of her not having knowledge and not in admitting to her mistake, and waving my restocking fee, I had to pay restocking fees. It's better to go to their main stores corporate, because they have more knowledge and Experience. No more franchise for me. read more

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS AT&T STORE!!!!!! I've never felt so much negative energy in a place that should have impeccable customer service especially when it comes to customers that have recently switched from a carrier that we were happy with prior. We got talked into switching at Target and that was a great experience but when we had questions about our bill and I needed help pairing my watch to my phone I thought going directly to the AT&T store would be the best option. We walked in and didn't get acknowledged that we were even there. The customers that were being helped looked so miserable. I could tell they weren't happy. The workers there looked even more miserable that they had to go to work on a Sunday. Another customer walked in and nobody said anything to him either. We all looked lost and confused as if we just walked into a twilight zone. Were we invisible? I'm really not sure but we refused to wait to have any of those associates help us. So we went to the La Habra At&T store where we experienced impeccable customer service. TALK ABOUT NIGHT AND DAY!!!!! Thank GOD the La Habra store was able to save me from cancelling our new service with AT&T!! I was literally regretting leaving T-Mobile. But Bishoy and the staff from La Habra made up for the rudeness and unprofessionalism we experienced at the Whittier store. I came in to upgrade my iPhone 7 to a new iPhone XS. Marco helped me out! The whole process was easy and fast. He even put the AT&T brand screen protector on for me which was really great! I wish I had the done for the last 5 iPhone. I always seem to manage to get something in my protector. But, Marco did a great job on my screen!! Store was clean and had all the stuff I needed!! Decent store in the heart of Whittier, and close to my house... Went here for an upgrade and was out in 30 min. Not bad considering how slow most mobile retail stores are... I thought I had a good experience at the pico location untill I left and found out everything I was told from workers was false (from dates to my bill) , Steven at the whitwood location completely turned it around and helped me with everything. So much appreciation for this worker on his great customer service. He's obviously a valued member of the team and I'm surprised he's not the regional manager. I even thought I lost my phone (that was suppose to be my trade in) and he went above and beyond to not only find my phone but to give me a call back to let me know he had done the trade in already on my last visit. That's how great this guy is, you just let him know your goal and he gives you that top notch AT&T experience that I never had anywhere. And honestly I was going to cancel the contract and pay for the phones in full until I met this guy!
