My wife and I immediately walked over, spoke with CJ (a super nice and helpful guy, btw), and were back home within a half hour, having ordered the washer and secured our delivery date. When delivery day came Jamal and his assistant pulled up exactly on time, and went about removing the old washer and setting up the new one. They were very thorough and knowledgeable, and had everything completed in short order. Jamal explained everything that we needed to know about the new machine, and checked to make sure that all the connections were secure and that it was cycling correctly. Overall, this was one of - if not THE best - appliance purchase and delivery experiences I've ever had. Called and told by the store , I have to empty out the water from water tank every now and then. I replying , previous dryer didn't have to empty out the water tank and installers never told me about it. Han's very rudely saying it's my responsibility to know how to work the new dryer and they can't come out to take it look at it because they didn't make money off on this dryer. Later called back and saying water hose might not have been connected and or installed it probably. After arguing, they send other techs to come by after week later and determined water hose was connected wrong.
