    I reached out to the email in the response and gotten what appeared to be a template response that said I had to provide an order number (even though I mentioned the issue in my original message). Manager at the Pasadena location was apologetic and connected me with another sales person that was great. Ordered a tub and there was a big issue with delivery (not Ferguson's fault because they use a 3rd party). Overall, it wasn't the best initial experience, but they tried to make it right.

    My recommendation is to call! I'm not sure why I didn't take my own advice...three times... so I was fuming when we arrived this Monday morning after driving to a closed store on Saturday (they are usually open Saturdays) and again on Sunday (my bad) to find that appointments are required! Also, the street entrance is closed due to COVID and the back entrance has a little stoop where we found a vagrant smoking weed and looking at pornography , but once we made it inside the set up was efficient and the staff were professional, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. We did a bathroom remodel last year (2019) and had hoped that our purchases would still be in the system, they were not - only kept for one year in their database - so I was glad to have kept the original receipt with all of the SKU's. Having this info made our appointment extremely quick - taking under 40 minutes to complete and purchase our new bathroom's selections as we used many of the same vendors and styles. The showroom has lots to look at, but their database has even more options, which I appreciated as it gave us the flexibility to choose from several different finishes and styles.

    Yes! They don't jockey you either. They just say Welcome, do you want coffee or water and let us know if you need us. The appts are to eliminate waiting. There was no waiting when I was there though. Perfect!

She is very knowledgeable on the different brands and their capabilities and performance. She provided us with spec sheets and options so we could finalize our choices. Linda also consulted with other SD experts (Marty)to be sure we had the necessary parts for smooth installation. Linda is also proactive, when we ordered a specific linear drain she also informed us that we would need an additional part to make the drain connection. We are now starting to take delivery on our order. Because of the nature of construction projects/contractors timely delivery from Synder Diamond is critical. Linda has continued to follow through on our order and has helped Courtney to problem solve to be sure we have what we need when the contractors are scheduled to work. We appreciate Linda's sense of urgency. Linda not only sold us the appliances but is also interestedI in making sure we get what we wanted/needed and keeps us informed and always willing to answer our questions and help. Thank you Linda Lopez. I recently took delivery on all of our appliances from Synder Diamond. The scheduling with Courtney went smoothly and she scheduled a time to accommodate the parking restrictions in our area. The delivery team of James and Devone arrived within the scheduled window and communicated when they would arrive closer to the actual delivery. They were very helpful in hauling away old appliances and placing new appliances where we needed them in a secure location. Thank you delivery team.

Jesse wasn't available, so Denisse Trejo informed us the items wouldn't ship until the end of May, a full month behind schedule. We had to cancel the order because the delay puts our entire installation timeline at risk. Jesse should have verified stock availability before taking our order. Instead, we were given information that turned out to be inaccurate, with no proactive communication about the delay. This level of service is not acceptable, and we hope steps are taken to prevent this from happening to other customers. We ordered from Fergusson - no issue.

    This was possibly the worst experience I have ever had with this appliance company. I have used…read morethem once in the past, the process was an easy one. Had them order and install a microwave, no issues there. But ordering a simple part for my LG fridge has been a nightmare. The technician came for $145.00 for a simple service call. Looked at my fridge for 10 minutes, told me what he would do, order the part and apply the service call fee of $145 to the order and labor. Okay, that's fair. Said it would take six weeks. That's a long time, but okay, I understand, most parts are from China and it takes a long time. Three weeks later, they said they needed my credit card to order the part. Okay, again, I understand. But they should have done that to begin with. Then we wait six more weeks and set up a time for the technician to come out. He comes out and looks at the fridge for 5 minutes and says the part they ordered won't fit. Wrong part was delivered. This is sounding suspect. Okay, we are now told to wait an additional six weeks for the part to be reordered. I hear nothing back from them for six weeks. I call them and leave multiple messages. Get a guy on the phone says he'll relay the message to the owner. Nothing happens. Call back three weeks later. A young lady talks to me and says I will be a priority and will call me back with an ETA. That was three weeks ago. Tonight I left another message. I think I'm done now. They wasted three months of my life calling and complaining. I know I won't be hearing back from them till after the holiday. Would love to complain to BBB. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! This company is bogus! Terrible Customer service! All it takes is communicating to the customer. That would have gone far! Unhappy customer!

They wouldn't charge me like $200 The thermal stat device the charge me $100, eBay had it for $25. The labor charge is crazy for like 30mins of work. Stay far away from chucks appliance's.

    our experience started with a leak in our refrigerator ice cube maker which leaked on our wooden…read moreflooring on sunday. we called a plumber and a11appliance. we got an emergency plumber to come out that night and turn the water off to the ice maker. he also said to call an appliance repair to see if it was a refrigerator problem. a11 sent val to see us on monday as well as having a plumber here to help with the leaking shut off valve to the ice maker. bottom line is that val came out to check the refrig. he did a great job of showing us all about the issues with the refrig as it's 20 yrs old. he found a broken water line, lots of dust clogging the upper part of the refrig and did a diagnostic check on every necessary part. he explained everything clearly and we authorized a total repair. val was terrific and we are now scheduling annual or sooner preventive maintenance with val at a11 as he was so knowledgeable and respective. very pleasant person to have in your home. he did a great job and the refrigerator is now fixed and running. thanks val for your service. we'll see you in the future for any appliance issues. highly recommended. We called A11 and they were able to right away sending a technician to our house within couple of hours. The guy performed a diagnostic and immediately figure out the issue he took away the dryer apart and immediately repair the machine and put it back within an hour I highly recommend A11 if you have dryer issue
