The staff, including those at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. Andy was especially knowledgeable, patient, experienced, and generous with his time. Jesse was accommodating as well on another visit. If you want to avoid a long wait before being shown around, I recommend booking an appointment in advance. The store has an extensive inventory, although the showroom isn't large enough to display a significant portion of it. It appears to cater primarily to a higher-end clientele, with many visitors being interior designers rather than homeowners. As expected, prices tend to be on the higher side. If you know the manufacturer's stock number, you may be able to find some of the same items through online retailers such as Wayfair. However, for large purchases like bathtubs, it's worth considering the delivery experience. Ordering elsewhere may carry a greater risk of delays, logistics issues, or the absence of white-glove delivery services. read more

I can't believe I have to write this review. Went to Ferguson to buy a bathtub. Sales experience was good. Ferguson has an excellent (if not galactic) selection. Salesperson helped me find the tub that fit our needs. Smooth sailing. We were given an invoice and we paid it right there. Done. Project date is coming up and I had arranged for a delivery window. But I hadn't seen an email or heard anything about it. So I called. I was told that there was an outstanding invoice amount of $2 and until I paid that $2 they couldn't schedule a delivery date. Why? No one knows. No one called me to tell me this. No one told me at the time of purchase that I wasn't paid in full. Nothing about this makes any sense whatsoever. I am waiting right now for someone to call me and let me know what is happening and to schedule the delivery of the bathtub we paid for. Weird. read more

My other half and I are remodeling our first new home we recently purchased. We are in the beginning stages but the timeline is so quick and is moving extremely quick with our contractor. I have never imagined having the opportunity to remodel a full on bathroom and kitchen at the same time and am so grateful to my MIL to recommending Ferguson! Feeling overwhelmed with learning all the details about plumbing, and shower finishes with a fast deadline, I am more than pleased with the service provided here. The showroom has modern and popular items ranging from kitchen faucets, sinks, cabinets, vanities, toilets and plumbing. I want to shout out Raquel for helping my husband and I finalize our bathroom shower system as it was much harder than expected. She answered all of our questions professionally and was extremely patient. In fact, when I called a few times, all of their associates seemed to have the same type of service. The receptionist at check in was warm and welcoming as well. I know that we will be coming back for each step of our project! PS: The Ferguson website is build.com and there are so many options online for a shower system. Once we got our design and look and did more tease g, we were able to come in and Raquel mixed and matched everything together (also made sure everything was compatible). Manager at the Pasadena location was apologetic and connected me with another sales person that was great. Ordered a tub and there was a big issue with delivery (not Ferguson's fault because they use a 3rd party). Overall, it wasn't the best initial experience, but they tried to make it right. read more

Great company, gorgeous products that are well-priced (a matte black drop-in tub for less than $600? incredible), and a great, 1:1 customer experience (thank you, Priscilla!). On the day your items (in my case, a water heater package and bathtub) are out for delivery, you get a live countdown showing where you are in the queue so you can live your life without fear of missing a delivery window. My recommendation is to call! I'm not sure why I didn't take my own advice...three times... so I was fuming when we arrived this Monday morning after driving to a closed store on Saturday (they are usually open Saturdays) and again on Sunday (my bad) to find that appointments are required! Also, the street entrance is closed due to COVID and the back entrance has a little stoop where we found a vagrant smoking weed and looking at pornography , but once we made it inside the set up was efficient and the staff were professional, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. We did a bathroom remodel last year (2019) and had hoped that our purchases would still be in the system, they were not - only kept for one year in their database - so I was glad to have kept the original receipt with all of the SKU's. Having this info made our appointment extremely quick - taking under 40 minutes to complete and purchase our new bathroom's selections as we used many of the same vendors and styles. The showroom has lots to look at, but their database has even more options, which I appreciated as it gave us the flexibility to choose from several different finishes and styles. read more

We were given an ETA for our fixtures and then only half was delivered, the other pieces might arrive next week, more than 3 weeks after we were promised delivery. This is a super clean and remarkable store to see what can be done in the kitchen and bathroom with top-end products and design ideas from their professional staff. We are looking at remodeling our kitchen, and would like a contemporary look that will last throughout the time we have our home. Information learned include that the look of wood is still in and that stainless steel is the way to go for sinks, as it is more sanitary when cleaning. Superior Showroom. Inferior Service. How does one walk the Ferguson showroom twice with not one employee acknowledging that I am there until about 10 to 12 minutes later? I arrived just after noon, and only one customer was in the store with one sales associate. The three other employees just sat at their computers, and it took about 10 to 12 minutes before a nice older lady introduced herself and said she would try to get me help. A few minutes later, no one showed up, so I just left. Poor employee performance makes for a better case to shop online. In fact, we purchased most of our stuff online (weeks ago) through Ferguson and decided it might be nice to talk to an actual human and see what they had to offer in their showroom. We were wrong. Bottom line. Avoid this place at all costs and shop online because there is no excuse for selling top-notch products when a lackluster sales team backs ruins the experience. read more

We started a remodel and decided to try Ferguson for some product. We found a vanity and a tub. The vanity did not get delivered on the day they had said it would be, but sometimes that happens. I went on line and found the vanity was on a memorial day sale. (The vanity had not been delivered yet). I called customer service and ask for an adjustment for the sale price. They proceeded to tell me there policy was they do not do adjustments on sale prices. The vanity was due to be delivered in 3 days. I cancelled my original order then placed a new order for the sale price vanity. Seems to me this company hides behind policies that just don't make sense. They would rather the consumer figure how to take advantage of a sale rather than use common sense. Why pay more for poor service. Be aware if you shop here their 90 day , no hassle return only is in effect if it benefits them. Returning the tub I purchased from them as well. I usually do not write reviews hope this helps other consumers. read more

Purchased in Feb 2021 a Viking refrigerator. Since delivery, the freezer continues to have issues (frosts over, ice maker spews water instead of ice and drawer handle falls off) still struggling with manufacturer to this day a year in half later. Constantly buying ice or the old fashion method for a family of 5 is costly and exhausting. Not to mention the exorbitant price paid for unit, completely Frustrated with this LEMON UNIT. Just no acceptable support from Ferguson who washed their hands of this issue since day one. read more

So this place is beautiful. It's clear they have a great selection of things. However, I was so disappointed in the service. I am renovating and made an appointment to get a few things. Rather than be helpful and provide proper guidance, the employee was rude and simply laughed at all my questions, telling me things would take forever to get to me. I didn't really get guidance for anything. You're better off simply ordering what you want online. Came in to look for a shower head, left empty-handed and disappointed. Like other reviews, the customer service needs serious work. I came in and made eye contact with several employees, you would expect a greeting but you get ignored instead. I'm not even asking them to drop anything they were doing for me but a simple "hello, welcome" would've been nice. I felt like I did not belong there. I walked around the showroom on my own and got help from the receptionist as she gave me some info but felt icky after the experience and left. read more

Beautiful showroom and great selection. Customer service and follow up was and is horrendous. I made an appointment for October 8 at this location. I showed up on time and due to Covid, the doors were locked so you have to wait for the front desk receptionist to let you in. Not the warmest welcome, but it was 9AM on a Thursday, so I get it. My showroom consultant was friendly enough but right off the bat I could tell that she didn't take me seriously. I know that I'm young, but I have money to spend and need fixtures and appliances quickly. The showroom consultant showed me a few things, but clearly was not listening to me when I was telling her exactly what I needed. I felt ignored and unimportant. I left about 45 minutes in, as I had to get to another appointment. I was clear that I needed the appliance and fixture selection emailed to me ASAP. It is now October 23, and I have never received an email or any sort of follow up from anyone at Ferguson. I'm just glad I visited another provider the day after my visit to Ferguson or else I would be stuck right now. We have three houses under construction right now. I was looking to make a move from our current fixture and appliance provider. Unfortunately, Ferguson will not be our new go-to. I know this means nothing to Ferguson, and Ferguson will always have its lifelong followers, but just sharing my experience. read more

If you've won the Powerball, or some other type of lottery, then you must be looking for a way to spend your new found wealth. This is such a place. But note, you have to buy a house first. Then come in here and see how the wealthy shops for high end lighting, stoves, sinks, bathtubs, faucets and even toilets. The showroom display many very unique and possibly one of a kind designs with styles ranging from ultra chic to mid century modern. For appliances, they feature top of the line brands such as Viking or Wolf and a fridge can easily cost you over 7 grand. The same goes for the stove. Possibly the highest ticket item is a metal soaking tub sitting proudly as their window display that's selling for over $22K. Yes, you can trade in your pre-owned BMW for a tub! The sales people are very courteous. Though we were just browsing (because I didn't win the Powerball) they weren't snobby, invasive or pushy. One lady casually told us of a sale that's taking place as they are expecting new products to come in and left us to browse some more. I have seen similar designs of various items in other stores, but perhaps these are of much higher quality to justify the price. Then there are other works of art like some ceiling lights that look as if they belong in a Vegas lounge, very different, very unique and very cool. Yes, if I ever hit the jackpot, I will surely come back to furnish my new home. Not because I can brag about the price tag, but because I really love some of the designs they carry. read more

We did a bathroom remodel a few months ago and bought a number of things from Ferguson, including a hansgrohe shower set. This arrived missing a trim piece. and I thought this would be simple to take care of, because the part that is missing is about a $1 part. However, five months later we still have not been able to get this piece. I have written letters, made numerous phone calls and sent emails trying to get this problem fixed. The people at Ferguson have very effectively resisted all attempts to get this problem fixed.. The bathroom remodel was prelude to a kitchen remodel which is now underway. Ferguson will never get any business from us again. Beware! After this review was posted, we were contacted by Allison at Ferguson. She was very helpful, and we received the part we needed within a couple of weeks. If everyone we had dealt with at Ferguson had been like her, then I would have given them a much higher rating. However, every other person we dealt with at Ferguson failed us, and so it took five months to resolve this problem. So while I would give Allison a five star rating, i'm not changing my rating of Ferguson. read more

I am an interior designer and I love shopping with Ferguson and especially with Hector Beltran in the Pasadena showroom. Hector is very knowledgable about products and installations and he is always quick to help when a problem arises. Ferguson is great because they have warehouses so they can typically store your products until you need them. This prevents them from getting lost or damaged onsite which happens all the time. They have beautiful showrooms for plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, and appliances. Make an appointment with Hector; you won't be disappointed! read more
