Ridiculous store. First, you have to "sign in" - why do I have to sign in to be in a store? Second - there are 5 people sitting at computers ignoring you, and when you ask for help, they seem annoyed. The person that arrived after me received the same treatment; we were clearly not welcome, and I walked out without being able to get the item I needed. If you've won the Powerball, or some other type of lottery, then you must be looking for a way to spend your new found wealth. This is such a place. But note, you have to buy a house first. Then come in here and see how the wealthy shops for high end lighting, stoves, sinks, bathtubs, faucets and even toilets. The showroom display many very unique and possibly one of a kind designs with styles ranging from ultra chic to mid century modern. For appliances, they feature top of the line brands such as Viking or Wolf and a fridge can easily cost you over 7 grand. The same goes for the stove. Possibly the highest ticket item is a metal soaking tub sitting proudly as their window display that's selling for over $22K. Yes, you can trade in your pre-owned BMW for a tub! The sales people are very courteous. Though we were just browsing (because I didn't win the Powerball) they weren't snobby, invasive or pushy. One lady casually told us of a sale that's taking place as they are expecting new products to come in and left us to browse some more. I have seen similar designs of various items in other stores, but perhaps these are of much higher quality to justify the price. Then there are other works of art like some ceiling lights that look as if they belong in a Vegas lounge, very different, very unique and very cool. Yes, if I ever hit the jackpot, I will surely come back to furnish my new home. Not because I can brag about the price tag, but because I really love some of the designs they carry. read more

We didn't end up getting the faucets from Fegusons' in Pasadena. However, Jesse Cruz was great. He was responsive and extremely professional. He would always greet me and answer my questions with patience. He also sent me back a quote in a very reasonable time period. I would strongly recommend working with him. Debbie Raviol was recommended to me by a friend, so when I went to Ferguson for some plumbing fixtures, I requested to speak to her. She did not disappoint! She provided excellent advice and service and was always cheerful and pleasant to talk to. She helped me make great choices for our new bathroom fixtures. Recently, we ordered some appliances from Home Depot and at the last minute, the appliance order could not be delivered and we were in a desperate position. We had a new tenant moving in and we needed to get the appliances fast. I came to Ferguson's with a copy of the Home Depot order. It was almost 5:00, but Debbie worked late to duplicate the items we had ordered (even identifying one that was totally unnecessary). She made any number of phone calls that evening and the next morning to make sure that everything we needed was in stock. TL;DR: Ferguson is an amazing resource and if you are attempting any renovations or upgrades for your home you are crazy not to use it. Amazing customer service, real live humans who care and answers to every renovation question you ever had with product recommendations and an online organizing tool that is INVALUABLE to track your orders, installation specs and budget. We ended up there by chance - we started a top to bottom house renovation and I thought we needed an appointment bc of the pandemic. But the appointments are just their M.O. You sit down with a sales expert and they set up your renovation so you can save your choices room by room online (this SAVED us when we had a plumber or subcontractor asking us questions at install -just open up your account pull up the item by room and the instructions and specs are linked). They help you configure bathrooms, kitchens, etc...I learned SO MUCH - if I had done it on my own I would not have anticipated getting drains, ptraps etc...to match the finishes on my fixtures and if I relied on my contractor I would have paid a mark up to get less nice things. They carry a wide range of brands including some brands you can find at Home Depot, but the selection is unrivaled - this is not builder grade, but you can do it on a budget or splurge. You get to compare finishes in store, get a sense of sizing for things like bathtubs and sinks and compare similar items with someone who can actually explain the differences. It was way more efficient than me doing this online and trying to do a crash course and saved me from so many mistakes. When we hit a few snags (because pandemic-renovations were not easy), Debbie who heads the Pasadena showroom and Howard who oversees the showrooms stepped in and took care of everything. They were sympathetic and responsive and I honestly can't remember getting that kind of treatment from a business. They understood it wasn't appliances and fixtures they were selling, but comfort and functionality in our homes at a time when that has been paramount. I am so grateful that I made an appointment and feel more confident about tackling future home renovations because I know I have them as a resource. read more

When you're renovating your home and looking for plumbing fixtures this is the place you need to go to. My wife and I were bouncing around to a few places looking for fixtures for our bathrooms and kitchen before we went to Ferguson and thank god we did. We had the pleasure of working with Hector who was patient and very considerate of our budget the entire time. Hector was very transparent on everything and helped guide us on things where we could save money on and things that we shouldn't. Which I really appreciated. Also, after we had gotten everything installed, we had a minor issue with a shower head and Hector was responsive and made should the issue was taken care of quickly. We tore down and rebuilt a home and had to outfit our entire home with new fixtures, appliances, etc. One of the places we chose to do business with was Ferguson on Lake based on our designer's recommendation. I would like to document the missteps Ferguson and/or the products they sell have made for our entire home remodel project. After spending at least $30,000 with Ferguson including all of our Jenn Air appliances, this has been the most disappointing experience in dealing with any company we've had after spending this much money. Even buying a car has never been like this. 1. We ordered Delta Brizo Litze collection for out kid's bathroom which included a handshower, shower head and tub spout for the tub/shower - the wrong diverter cartridge was sent for the fixtures we bought for our kids bathroom. Issues we had to deal with: A. It created a delay for proper use of the fixtures we had bought and designed for in this bathroom. B. It created a headache for our Plumber who didn't understand why the fixtures were not worked properly to where he had to trouble shoot the problem for days only to discover after taking apart the entire fixture and ALMOST thinking he needed to rip up the new tiles on the wall to check the plumbing in the walls only to discover the wrong part was sent to begin with- time is money 2. The incorrect Toto Washlet was sent. I paid for the Toto washlet s550e. Received was a cheaper model that did not have all the functions we expected. And that's how we discovered the wrong washlet was sent. Our Plumber already installed the washlet before we discovered it was the incorrect one. When asking what happened, apparently Ferguson has a system error with the order number and the product. Again.. time is money. 3. The Delta Brizo Touch2O kitchen faucet was incorrectly ordered. This is human error which cost us a week without being able to use our kitchen sink and dishwasher. This mistake can happen.. and honestly, this is the most forgivable mistake. 4. Lastly, the missing part in our Thermasol steamer order. Why was there a missing part to beginning with? Was this an open box that we paid full price for? This doesn't make any sense!! Ferguson emailed us stating they would help with overnighting this missing piece to us. However, this did not happen. When we emailed them about this inquiring why this didn't happen even though there's email documentation that they would do this, we got NO response. Crickets chirping.. nothing. no acknowledgement. nothing. Again! Time is money.. and in this situation we are left without a usable shower because our guys are unable to finish the shower. All of these mistakes is costing us time and a lot of extra money, because the guys have to do double work or have to come back to do the work and we are left inconvenienced. Who pays for this? I can NOT recommend Ferguson for anything. In fact, when you order something from Ferguson, they have to deliver it to your residence. If you live in Pasadena, your sales tax is 10.25%. However, if you order your fixtures (we ordered our Cal Faucet fixtures At Mission Tile West in South Pasadena) and they are delivered to the store for you to pick up say in South Pasadena - your sales tax is 9.5%. When spending tens of thousands of dollars - this is a HUGE difference. Plus, Mission Tile will match if not beat almost anything you buy from Ferguson if they can get it. Unfortunately, they just don't sell appliances. read more

Several of employees looked at me and turned head away...one lady was just greeted one customer who just walked in then saw me right after then walked away. Fake customer greetings. First time visit Ferguson and very disappointed. I feel like just going to museum to enjoy the designer pieces. High class store w low class service. This store makes it super easy to order over the phone. Shipping was fairly fast, however when it comes time to return, that's when it becomes frustrating. I was sure to ask the sales associate what the rerun policy was when I ordered a bathtub spout. When I got it, the product was plastic and I was under the impression it was a metal product. I brought the item into store for return and was told I could only do it online... okay. I tried to return it online and when attempting to process it the computer said I had to call. I was on hold for over an hour trying to get through to someone. Beyond frustrating. After speaking with an agent I was told they would email me a shipping label in 3-5 business day. I guess the positive is I don't have to pay return shipping. read more

I'd already purchased my vanity and shower fixtures and wanted to see the finish samples for a shower drain and pocket door hardware I'd found online, hoping to match my fixtures. There's nothing more frustrating than walking into a store and being thoroughly ignored by two sales people sitting around doing nothing. This is a store that requires assistance, as you don't take things off the shelves, and they seem to have little interest in making a connection with a potential customer walking in ready to spend big $$. I'm remodeling three bathrooms in San Marino, and going down to the studs. Everything is getting replaced, so there's money to be spent. I'm looking for someone who I can work with on the entire project, but alas, Ferguson isn't going to be the place. Online retailers are killing the brick-and-mortar stores, but what can be done better by the physical stores is customer service. Sadly, Ferguson hasn't picked up on that. Their prices are exorbitantly high, but I'd be willing to pay more for the customer service. Oh well, on to another store. read more

I met with Jean Chen for my kitchen appointment on July 30. She was great in person, and guided me through the $12K+ purchase. I emailed Jean on the day after my purchase to find out if I could view my purchase on-line. I wanted to have a better idea of all the items I had purchased and the price of each item, which is always my preference. I was told my Jean that their system was not soo smart, and that she could do it manually for me. I quickly sent her a second email, after I realized that the purchase price did not include the washer/dryer I needed. After that it was crickets...I never heard back from Jean. I had to follow up directly with a customer service rep from the store, who asked me the following question, "Did you mean to purchase 2 dish washers?" She credited me back for the extra dishwasher, and I then requested to speak to the manager. I wanted them to know about my experience, and to be reassigned a new rep. The manager was on vacation, and there was no one else covering. Five frustrating calls later, and here I am. Still wondering... 1. What did I really purchase? 2. I wonder when I'll receive my products? 3. Does anyone really work at the Pasadena store who cares about customer service? read more

I was looking for some bathroom and kitchen fixtures which were of good quality but not a "piggy bank" emptying price. When I entered the store I was immediately asked if I could be helped by a customer service personnel. When I was waiting for a salesperson, the person who asked about my needs said that he would help me since all the sales people were busy. After explaining what types of fixtures I needed he immediately offered me several options which not only appealed to my taste but was within my budget. My wife and I bought all our appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher) and fixtures for two full bathrooms and kitchen through this store using their concierge service. It was an amazing experience. Their showroom is super helpful and it's great to see the items instead of just buying online and hoping for the best. Our sales associate walked us through any pros and cons of the different items, style we were considering and helped us make decisions (and there are way too many decisions to make when remodeling a house). They also made sure to help order all the items you wouldn't necessarily think of as a first timer such as valves and accessories that sometimes aren't included. Their online portal through Build is also a great tool and well integrated with the in-store experience. It's super simple to navigate / use and it was great to have both resources. We also had our appliances installed by Ferguson and it was first class, white glove service. read more

Even though the store was closed for in store shopping during Covid, a representative imediately contacted me about a delta system I had inquired about that was backordered everywhere else. He was able to order the item from their warehouse and it was shipped within a day from the San Jose area. Unfortunately due to UPS being backed up, the system arrived almost a week later at no fault of their own. I would definitely buy from them again customer service was excellent and they went above and beyond to help me. read more
