Always look at Snyder Diamond first! We suddenly needed a new toilet & found a Toto we really liked at Home Depot but it was out of stock. Luckily, SD had it in stock & it was even a few dollars cheaper AND delivery was included. Idk why we didn't check here first bc we've gotten several major appliances here & they've always provided fantastic service. So much better than a big box store! Good luck getting help from HD. You can always get someone on the phone quickly & they're friendly & helpful. They're on top of it with delivery & use their own guys so the communication is great. Their showroom is also beautiful with tons of options. read more

Our experience with product experts, John and Linda, at Snyder Diamond was exceptional from start to finish! John was the first person I spoke with over the phone, and he patiently listened as I explained our unique kitchen layout. To create a more open walkway between our kitchen and living room, we needed an extra tall, narrow 30" x 80" European-style refrigerator. As it turns out, the only freestanding model sold in the U.S. that fit our requirements is made by the German brand Liebherr. The frustrating part was that although other retailers near us offered the refrigerator for sale, none of the showrooms had the model on display. But guess who did? Snyder Diamond! So we made our way to Pasadena, and we're glad we did. Linda warmly welcomed us and immediately took us over to the Liebherr refrigerator. It is beautiful, well built and checked every box on our wish list. Linda was very knowledgeable and generous with her time. We ended up walking around the showroom with her, picking her brain about everything from kitchen fixtures to appliances. When I mentioned I was a coffee addict, she even offered me a cup from their built-in Miele machine--a small gesture that reflected the personal service we received. The showroom itself is beautifully organized, with a huge variety of high-quality appliances and fixtures. We highly recommend anyone planning a kitchen or home renovation to visit this family-owned business. They've been in business for decades, and have an interesting history to share. In the end, being able to see the exact Liebherr model in person gave us the confidence to make our purchase. We're grateful to John and Linda for helping us find the perfect refrigerator for our unique space. Thank you for making what could have been a frustrating search into such an enjoyable experience! read more

I have shopped at Santa Monica Location for all my houses. They give very good prices when you buy a lot of items together. Everything in the store is very high quality for the price. It's wonderful to see so many items and try them out. Great parts department too, full service for years later if you need help. They will research, tell you warrantee information and supply basic parts so your handy man can fix items if needed. So handy! read more

Just a year ago, we went into Synder Diamond looking for a new range, and Michael Bodine was so very helpful to us. He attentively listened to our situation and our needs, and guided us to EXACTLY the right purchase. We have been so happy with our range and microwave -- And just this morning, Michael listened and helped me find the right solution all over again. We needed a service call, and Michael resent me all our paperwork, found the number of customer service, and confirmed that we were still under warranty. It was a breeze! I RECOMMEND SNYDER DIAMOND AND MICHAEL BODINE 200%! read more

Thank you for accommodating my need for an early delivery. When my fridge went bad I couldn't go 5 days without a fridge.

They did a really good, really full-service job. White glove all the way. Very appreciative, thanks.

How do I start! I was fortunate enough to have ChatGPT guided me to Synder Diamond to find a frig. Thanks to Mike F. For such a wonderful experience, I didn't need to spend more than 10 mins in finding the perfect frig. Staffs are truly amazing so I want everyone to know to come and support this business! read more

Our experience at the Van Nuys office was frustrating and costly to our project timeline. Jesse De Regil told us our shower set order would arrive within a week. It didn't -- and we only found out because we had to follow up ourselves four days later. Jesse wasn't available, so Denisse Trejo informed us the items wouldn't ship until the end of May, a full month behind schedule. We had to cancel the order because the delay puts our entire installation timeline at risk. Jesse should have verified stock availability before taking our order. Instead, we were given information that turned out to be inaccurate, with no proactive communication about the delay. This level of service is not acceptable, and we hope steps are taken to prevent this from happening to other customers. We ordered from Fergusson - no issue. read more

As per my review last year, we had a bad start on our order. However, Joe certainly made up for it with dedicated attention, helpfulness and kindness going forward. He was especially key in successfully getting a big request accomplished on our behalf with Wolf. I was blown away by the customer service experience on that matter and had to come back and share it here. In the end everything worked out wonderfully and we are so happy with the outcome. Thank you, Joe! read more

There's a fair amount of showroom appliances which is very helpful. They have a lot high end brands. There is sufficient staffing to help you. Some are more knowledgeable than others. I purchased a Sub Zero refrigerator with good sound comparable information. Very happy with Sub Zero. It's built like a tank. I can't speak to value. That's up to the individual. read more

Be aware that almost everything I've purchased from this company has been defective. While they are very quick to make a sale and collect your money, the so-called "top-of-the-line" products they sell have repeatedly failed within a year of purchase. When issues arise, they send out repair technicians who have been unprofessional and seem more focused on temporary fixes than actually resolving the problem or replacing defective appliances. The first repair person said my washer was fine even though there was smoke coming out of it and making sounds you could hear from a mile away. Second person came out and said it was defective, but didn't repair it. My most recent experience was especially frustrating. The repair technician expected me to move my washer so he could work on it. I had recently undergone a C-section and had a newborn at home, so physically moving a heavy appliance was not possible for me. More importantly, I don't understand why a customer would be expected to move a large appliance for a scheduled repair service in the first place. My dishwasher I can't use because everything comes out dirty and cloudy. My oven needs a fan replacement. Overall, the products and customer service have been extremely disappointing. read more

I recently coordinated an appliance delivery for one of my clients through Snyder Diamond Pasadena, and overall the experience was very positive. I want to give special recognition to the delivery team--Luis and Alvaro--who went above and beyond. They put in serious effort to lift and maneuver heavy appliances up a flight of stairs to the property. Their professionalism, strength, and attitude were impressive and truly appreciated. The sales rep was helpful and pleasant throughout the process, but there's definitely room for improvement in delivery coordination. I had communicated several times in advance that the appliances would need to go up stairs, but that detail didn't seem to make it into the actual delivery plan. That aside, the rep was responsive and knowledgeable. Huge thanks again to Luis and Alvaro--they really saved the day with their hard work. read more

I purchased faucets and bathroom fixtures (tub, sink, toilet) years ago and a few other tings over the years. In May 2026, I bought a new washer and dryer. Their employees spend time with you to answer every question, help you weigh pros and cons of various models and consider all options. The service is great and they are honest brokers if quality products. read more

It was easy dealing with the company. They took care of everything involved in ordering a fridge. But the best part was the delivery team of Eli and Louis. They called ahead, were cheerful and moved quickly. If they encountered a difficulty, they happily took care of it. Every business would be so fortunate to have these guys. read more

I cannot say enough great things about our experience dealing with Snyder Diamond in Pasadena. We have had a long extended project and Michael Sasson has been a pleasure to work with. From our initial visit, to the ordering process, to the install process, they were nothing but professional, kind, and accommodating. Our appliances were just installed yesterday, and we could not be more thrilled with the outcome. They helped coordinate the installation with a third party service, and they were exceptional as well. On top of all that I've mentioned, one of the other great aspects of working with them is that their price was the most competitive that we shopped. If you are looking for appliances, we highly highly recommend using them. The customer service is fantastic and their level of knowledge far surpasses the big box stores. read more

Great selection, but not very impressed. My husband and I came in today for the first time to view kitchen faucets and TOTO washlets. Perhaps we needed an appointment? As first time homeowners, excuse us lol... Would have been a nicer experience to be greeted and proactively helped (aka treated like a human) but staff were receptive and knowledgeable when asked questions. Note, they don't offer any installation services or recommendations for resources. read more

Thank you Linda Lopez at the Pasadena store!. We are remodeling a kitchen and a studio apt. and Linda spent time in multiple appointments working with us to specify appliances based on what we wanted and what fit in our budget. She is very knowledgeable on the different brands and their capabilities and performance. She provided us with spec sheets and options so we could finalize our choices. Linda also consulted with other SD experts (Marty)to be sure we had the necessary parts for smooth installation. Linda is also proactive, when we ordered a specific linear drain she also informed us that we would need an additional part to make the drain connection. We are now starting to take delivery on our order. Because of the nature of construction projects/contractors timely delivery from Synder Diamond is critical. Linda has continued to follow through on our order and has helped Courtney to problem solve to be sure we have what we need when the contractors are scheduled to work. We appreciate Linda's sense of urgency. Linda not only sold us the appliances but is also interestedI in making sure we get what we wanted/needed and keeps us informed and always willing to answer our questions and help. Thank you Linda Lopez. I recently took delivery on all of our appliances from Synder Diamond. The scheduling with Courtney went smoothly and she scheduled a time to accommodate the parking restrictions in our area. The delivery team of James and Devone arrived within the scheduled window and communicated when they would arrive closer to the actual delivery. They were very helpful in hauling away old appliances and placing new appliances where we needed them in a secure location. Thank you delivery team. read more

I met Michael Bodine on a whim as I walked in to look at Miele kitchen appliances. An Interior Designer needs vendors they can count on to provide knowledgable information about products that are going to offer our clients longevity, quality, and of course, the overall look we're going for. I've been working with sales rep Michael Bodine for years and he is hands down the absolute BEST. He not only knows plumbing top to bottom but he knows appliances, which is rare! I rely so heavily on his advice and guidance in this extremely broad market that can frankly, be dizzying at times. Having him suggest the newest products, or the right price point, or the perfect finish I've been in need of saves me time, money, and my sanity. Snyder Diamond - Waterstone Faucet Suite - Appliances Near Me - Pasadena, California

My contractor was a previous customer from this store. I was referred by him to speak with Joe or Jose but they weren't available. The store has a great showroom! I came looking for a hood range which I knew nothing about. I was then helped by the receptionist which led me to meet Jean Chen. Jean didn't seem interested in helping me and her attitude was kind of passive aggressive. It seemed like she was ready to go home because it was an hour before closing. I gave her some details of my kitchen build with measurements and pictures for the range insert. I felt she tried to steer me away while talking to me with her back turned and tried keeping our conversation short. At that point, she just gave me her business card and I just told her im just going to look around. But I got what information I needed from the showroom and I'm just going to purchase it elsewhere. Jean said she was worried "I might return the merchandise and it was a waste of our time," She claimed my contractor is unknowledgeable. I'm never coming back here because of her. read more

I am a contractor It's my first time ordering fixtures from this place and the last time Costumer services is really really bad. Ordered fixtures 6 month ago and they made twice mistake and delay my order for 6 month Didn't take any responsibility but to say sorry every time. Never return our calls on time , promises they call back and never did till the last time I was very pissed off. I will reach the owner of the store directly. For builders this is not a place to count on. read more

This place has the worst service and they refuse to deliver your items after they are fully paid for. I ordered $100,000 worth of appliances. I am waiting on the rest of my wine refrigerator and my two dishwashers. They will not even return my calls because they contend I owe them $1000 for the front of the wine refrigerator. When you order a refrigerator don't you assume that the front comes with it? The manager put the order in, asked me if I wanted wood or stainless steel, I said stainless steel and now they are claiming I need to pay $1000 more to get the front of the wine refrigerator. A perfect case of bait and switch. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

I want to compliment Kit Phun for his outstanding assistance and advice in our selection and purchase of kitchen appliances as well as the seamless process from selection to final installation.
