LATELY since the housing market tumbled, HIGH PRICE OF HOMES and interest rates UP & just unbearable therefore no one renovated kitchen, bathroom.......their SALES NOT UP TO PAR. Sales person nice & seems sincere but once sales transaction done-it would make you felt like a HIT & RUN. Unqualified installer Gas Dryer unqualified with no due process and Due-Diligence after installation completed -they would make you feel like a Drive -Thru McDonald's NO GAS DETECTOR Equipment ON HAND to ENSURE whether the installation COMPLETED and Safe for consumers. purchased five Thermador appliances (refrigerator, cooktop, hood, microwave, and dishwasher) from this company for $35,000, plus $1,800 for installation. The entire process took nearly three months and was incredibly frustrating. Scheduling with their partnered installer (ABC) was a nightmare--if you miss one call, you have to start over. It took four appointments just to get them to show up, and every technician gave different, conflicting information. On installation day, two of the five appliances were already damaged/defective, and there were no replacements available--so I had to wait another month. The worst part: I had custom, high-quality cabinetry built specifically for the refrigerator, and the installers handled everything so roughly that they damaged the cabinet frame during installation. Despite this clearly being caused by their work, they refused to take any responsibility. For a $35,000 purchase, this level of service is completely unacceptable. This was not a premium experience--it was careless, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. I would strongly caution others before buying or using their installation service. read more

Why bother having a brick and mortar store when the the staff can't help after a purchase? I had some issues with the new credit line I set up to purchase a couple of appliances. Just a dead-eyed stare and given a phone number, which I already had. They're super helpful and friendly when they're trying to sell you stuff, but watch out after you made the purchase, they're no longer that into you any more. read more

Ricardo, Paul and Jack (the general manager) are fantastic!!! We bought a 30 cubic foot Samsung Bespoke 4 door refrigerator ~ standard size. When it arrived, it was WAY too deep. We asked if we could swap it out for a counter depth 23 cubic foot. Ricardo and Jack tag teamed the switch. We had bought the larger refrigerator during the Memorial Day sale. They honored the price for the smaller fridge, even though the sale was over. While this was going on, my wife was upstairs working with Paul on bathroom vanities. A customer recommended StrasserWood vanities. Paul walked us through sizes, countertops, hardware options, colors, and fixtures for this manufacturer. We are long time Pacific Sales customers. Really really pleased with my whole experience at Pacific Sales on Lake in Pasadena. We worked with Chris Dickinson. He showed us lots of options and helped us understand the differences. This is a big investment, but we got good information and a good deal. We got the fridge, the induction range, the hood insert, microwave and dishwasher. Really appreciated the flexibility in delivery time. We bought the appliances before we found the contractor. So we needed to reschedule delivery a couple times. It was no problem. We also swapped out a large hood for a smaller insert when we changed design. Again, it was no problem. We also added installation service for the fridge and the range way after the fact, and that worked well too. Oh! We got a beautiful sink from the very helpful, Diarra Elahee, too! Check them out. We lost our home in the Eaton Fire and are slowly working on our rebuild project. Our designer recommended Pacific Sales for Kitchen and Bath fixtures. Kate and Diarra in the Bath department were outstanding with support. They understood what we were looking for and spent a lot of time answering our questions. We purchased our fixtures this weekend and as a perk of shopping there, they will be held until we are ready for install, without a date limit which is wonderful. In the Kitchen Department, Adrianna was extremely helpful, walking us through the appliances and helping us understand the best deal for each. There too, all of them will be held until we can receive delivery. I have to say at the beginning I thought he was a little gruff, but he grew on me. He's a no nonsense guy, but he knows the business and the products extremely well. When I ordered a double built in oven, she went above and beyond in getting installers to come out and give me an estimate. Then once I ordered the oven, she set up the Installation date. Fortunately, she went to bat or me as the installers wanted to charge more than the original quote. I sent her a copy of the quote and she dealt with the company to ensure they honored the price. She kept checking on me to see if item was delievered, did installers show up on time and even after all was said and done, she called me to see if everything went well and was in working order.
