The sales staff are all accomodating and informed me that orders are taken on the day of purchase and are brought to the store from an off-site location on the next delivery day. We bought our refrigerator from Pacific Sales in Pasadena a few months ago but couldn't take delivery yet as we were in the middle of a kitchen remodel. We needed to have it delivered by 10/31/25 in order to qualify for the $1000 rebate but the kitchen still wasn't ready. We tried having it delivered and stored in the garage but it was too tall to fit. We therefore had to decline the delivery. We figured that we would just be out of luck and have to miss out on the getting the rebate. Ricardo, our sales person, came to the rescue! He was able to work it out by having them deliver it to the Pasadena store instead of our house. They are able to keep it there until December when we will finally be able to receive it.
