I have purchased appliances from Wendy at L&D for almost a decade now (I am a property manager). In that time I think I have placed at least 200+ orders and they have not missed a single delivery. I am not exaggerating. Home Depot, Lowes, and Best Buy have all screwed me on delivery dates or shipping issues but never L&D. They always hire great delivery drivers and installers as well. Joni (Johnny) and Sam recently delivered a speed queen coin slide washing machine and they brought the machine up a flight of stairs, down a flight into the basement and then hauled away the old one, very clean and respectful. This company really is top notch, any extra you are paying compared to the big box stores goes into their exceptional customer service.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Pasadena Kitchens. I scheduled one of their…read moretechnicians to come by a clients property to inspect the downdraft vent for the kitchen range. After coming by to inspect the vent, I was expecting a follow up call to let me know what the assessment was and what part(s) needed to be replaced and/or if the entire unit needed to be replaced. I called Greg multiple times over the next two days and did not get a response. I called the store directly and spoke with multiple employees about the situation and they said they would speak to Greg and have him call me, yet I never received a call from Greg. After a week of no returned calls from anyone I decided to go into the store to see if I could get some answers. I went in multiple times and I was told once again that they would contact Greg and get me some answers but still (almost two weeks later) I have not received any calls from Greg or any other employees at Pasadena Kitchens. I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed with my overall experience and will not be returning to Pasadena Kitchens. I'm in real estate and have over 700 agents in my Pasadena office that I will make sure to tell to stay away from this place. Very unfortunate that my experience lead me to have to leave a negative review. I hope Pasadena Kitchens does better in the future with their customers, but they will definitely not be receiving my future business or recommendations.

We tried to "YouTube" it and fix it ourselves, but after 10 days...to no avail...we had to call a technician to come out. The technician came and diagnosed the issue, but gave us issues. Finally the technician came with the part! What happens? He tripped the whole place and blew our outlet. At that time, we had it! After 4 weeks of no clean laundry and two trips to the laundry mat, my husband went out (same day the technician came and messed up...badly) he found GJ Appliances and found our new washer/dryer. Two days later...here we are! Right now, we are doing our first load of laundry AT HOME! How Professional are the staff. Made everything so easy and smooth... like butter. Thanks to Mr. Oso, our kids will have fresh laundry when they come back from school!

He called 5 min before he arrived. Great guy, polite, and he had shoe covers ready before entering our home. He took apart our dryer, found that the sound was coming from some rocks and Bobby pins that I probably didn't empty from my daughter's pockets. But he checked all the parts and said they looked great. He helped me clean some of the excess lint from the drum edges. We told him we were just looking at that moment. He was very kind and accommodating. A couple weeks later, we purchased all four items mentioned above. Brandon remembered us and he gave us a great price for all the items together. We were undergoing a kitchen remodel and asked if we could leave the appliances there for a few weeks and he graciously let us. The kitchen remodel took longer than expected (nearly two months extra), and we checked in with Brandon periodically and he still let us keep our items there for that long. The appliances were very low cost to deliver to us ($70 total for all 4 pieces since it was one trip). Prior to delivery, he tested each and something was needed for one of the pieces, so he called and let me know with full disclosure, which delayed the expected delivery a few days, yet he gave us an extra item repair because of the delay, and he got those 4 appliances to us when we needed them. Everything worked great, except we had an issue with the oven door of our induction range not closing fully, which prevented the oven from working. I called them and they promptly (within 3 days) had a mechanic contact me to fix the issue at no charge. Overall the experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this place.
