I had a weird squeaking and clicking sound coming from the dryer. I sent out a request and Arman called me within 15 minutes to set up an appointment for that afternoon. He called 5 min before he arrived. Great guy, polite, and he had shoe covers ready before entering our home. He took apart our dryer, found that the sound was coming from some rocks and Bobby pins that I probably didn't empty from my daughter's pockets. But he checked all the parts and said they looked great. He helped me clean some of the excess lint from the drum edges. **UPDATE** He did refund me my diagnostic fee and appolagize. My dryer was squealing so I called him to at first diagnose the issue. He told me over the phone that the diagnostic would be free if I didn't go with the quoted labor and parts price, but he made me pay it anyways. While I appreciate that he at least told me what was wrong he charged my 90 dollars just for a diagnostic then tried asking for another 300 dollars for the job which I immediately found out was half an hour of work plus a 15 dollar part on amazon (he definitely gets parts wholesale for less). He also made me wait 4 hours (window of 1-4PM) for him to show up after 4PM for 10 minutes get my money and leave saying he'd "give me a quoted price on Monday" (this was a Saturday so I was happy he had showed up at all). He didn't even attempt to call me until the end of the day on Tuesday after I had already fixed the dryer myself since I had to wait for the parts to arrive from Amazon. Long story short this guy isn't as trustworthy as the reviews here say he is. read more

My freezer wasn't working....Arman was able to come the next day. He immediately knew what the problem was....don't pull your bottom freezer door out with your hands on the side, only pull from the middle of the handle or you damage the rollers. Lesson learned. Cons: - $89 service fee for 1 min of service. - Tech continually scratched his crotch while talking to me about the issue he found - maybe 3-4 times. Super inappropriate. - Tech was sneezing a lot (which was fine) but didn't cover his mouth and said he was sneezing because I had the doors in my home open. - Tech had snot running down his nose while he was invoicing me, wiped it off with his hand and put it on his pants, then handed me the pen to sign with the same snot hand. I paid $89 visit fee and decided NOT to put that money towards servicing my appliance. No way, I found another more professional company. Very easy to book an appt via text. I had purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy and wanted to have someone that knew what they were doing install it. Learning from bad experiences with installers from big box stores I read the reviews on Pasadena Appliance Repair, texted and set up an appointment and he gave me a 3 hour block and texted when he was less than a hour out. He made sure everything was perfectly behind, ran a cycle, showed me how he hooked everything up and made sure I was satisfied before he left.
