Art is terrific! My 8-year old washing machine stopped dead. The motherboard was destroyed. Normally this would mean a new washer. He took it back to his shop and fixed the motherboard and it works perfectly! Very professional, competent service. I would recommend Loyal to anyone. read more

Arthur and his son did an amazing job installing our new cooktop! We needed someone to come in very last minute to do the installation job, and Arthur kindly accommodated us with a same-day appointment. They were on time, communicative, and very professional. Our old cooktop was a struggle to take out due to the unusually thick silicone sealing and snug fit, but Arthur and his son patiently worked through the removal process and managed to get our beautiful new cooktop installed! They were very informative with any questions we had, and pricing was also very fair and reasonable. They will now be our go-to experts for our future appliance needs. I would recommend them 100%! read more

I asked Loyal Appliance Repair to fix a broken dishwasher. They immediately picked up the call and scheduled a next day appointment. They diagnosed the problem the first day and came back to replace a motherboard on the dishwasher the second day. A couple days later the dishwasher shut off and I called them and they came back to check it once more. It was a minor wiring issue that was resolved. This company is very trustworthy and reliable. Thank God for Arthur!! Our refrigerator completely went out on us so I reached out to several people on Yelp to get help. Arthur was the first to get back to me even at 11 PM and gave me a call right away. He gave us preliminary information and offered an appointment. Once Arthur checked out our fridge, he let us know our options- a very reasonable price for a same day fix! Arthur is very honest, hard working and detail oriented. He is also very considerate in our space which I really appreciated- he even vacuumed, cleaned everything up and double checked that everything was in working order. Called Loyal appliance repair on Friday afternoon after calling three other more companies which all said they're too busy and don't work on the weekends, to my surprise Arthur was able to schedule something right away for next day. And most of you who did appliance repairs before pbbly know that many repair guys charge a high fee when it comes fixing appliances that often times you end up just buying a new one, luckily Arthur was honest and reliable, he tested and found the problem within 20 minutes and let me know exactly what was wrong and what my options were, saved us from buying a new fridge, came back two days later with the repaired circuit board just like he promised, wry happy customer!!! read more

Arthur responded to my request for service in less than 5 minutes on a Friday night after 530 pm of a holiday weekend. He came to service my washing machine by 12 noon next day of a holiday weekend. He did an outstanding job cleaning my clogged pump. Very methodical and compulsive about cleaning the machine. Arthur was extremely honest, hence "loyal" appliance branding, his own business. My pump worked fine after cleaning. Many repair men would have simply replaced the pump unnecessarily. I plan to use Arthur for any appliance needs I have in the future and without reservation recommend him to my neighbors. read more
