Then he actually paused to think about if there was anything else he could do. A half hour later Yan figured out how to reset our digital panel and viola our appliance had been repaired. How much did this cost, you may ask? Only the initial $50 for the visit. Such a great guy! I was prepared to pay well over $50 for the cost, his time for the service and tip. And it would have been well worth. All in all, Yan saved us $350 and a whole lot of hassle.

My wife and I contacted them for a fridge repair. They sent us a technician named Erick B, and we are going to be their customer for all the appliance issues. Erick is very polite and on time, and if there's a delay and is going to be late, he will let you know on timely manner. He explained everything as he worked on the fridge, and although the repair ended up not being possible as we were going to need a new fridge, he really did everything he could to save the fridge and us a lot of money.
