He did such great work we didn't talk to him again for... like 9 years lol. I recently contacted him again to do an electrical inspection after the home inspector found a couple of small issues in a home we purchased, and we wanted to make sure there weren't bigger hidden ones. He took a look, reassured us it wasn't anything major, and said the halogen lights across the whole house were overloading the breaker. We are in the process of having him switch all lighting in the house + install exterior lighting and have no worries nor regrets. Wound up having East West switch all like 150 lights in the house, install exterior lighting, change switches to Lutrons, install outlets for hidden wiring and home network setup, so much work and everything was done amazingly. I know it's gonna get done right. Nshan is truly the most professional contractor I've ever worked with and is such a friendly and warm person. East West is the only company I've ever been like, we HAVE to find them again if we need more work, they are just that pleasant to work with. Always on time and very communicative. He made permitting very easy as he was there for inspection and explained everything to the inspector. He is also very communicative and verified what the plan for the install day of to make sure the install meets my expectation and kept everything clean. Luis is very friendly as well and pointed out existing issues with our electrical (knob and tube wiring that are visibly present as well as unsecured wiring) that we should consider getting fixed and didn't put any pressure to upsell. It was a great experience as these were items other electricians missed completely and showed Luis' dedication to his craft. Most importantly Luis provides very competitive pricing!

Perfect little unexpected details all around. A bit of vintage, a bit of vintage-inspired, a bit modern, and a bit of contemporary fashion. I fell in love with this porcelain bust piece, and I followed it to House of Honey, Kaye-Honey's bricks and mortar locale. Just amazing. Exactly what I expected from the decorator of my dreams. I would say a treasure trove of the best finds from the 20's-70's and beautiful pieces from some contemporary designers.
