I was looking for some bathroom and kitchen fixtures which were of good quality but not a "piggy bank" emptying price. When I entered the store I was immediately asked if I could be helped by a customer service personnel. When I was waiting for a salesperson, the person who asked about my needs said that he would help me since all the sales people were busy. After explaining what types of fixtures I needed he immediately offered me several options which not only appealed to my taste but was within my budget. He also explained what was needed with each fixture and explained why these parts were needed. I really appreciated the time and effort they spent in showing me all the things I needed and also within my budget. read more

Extremely poor customer service, actually no customer service. I walked in looked around for about 15 minutes. No other customers in sight, but at least 8 'sales reps'. Not one offered to ask if I needed help! At one point I was actually slamming the washer door to try to get the attention of three of them just hanging around chatting. Didn't even look my way. On the way out I passed by the desk nearest the door and made a comment to the girl sarcastically saying 'great customer service, not one of you offered to help me.' She said I'm sorry I'm with a customer. I said 'really? Is your customer invisible?' She wasn't even on the phone with anyone. I'm remodeling 4 bathrooms, laundry room, and kitchen. They missed out. read more

I have had the extreme pleasure of working with Hector Beltran at the Pasadena Ferguson Gallery for over 6 years, and I would NEVER dream of working with anyone else within the kitchen and bath or design-build industry when it comes to hardware, lighting, appliances, and plumbing. His vast expertise, and willingness to continue to expand his knowledge on product, materiality, and installation, makes him truly and deeply invaluable to my firm. His professionalism, prompt responsiveness, and unwavering consistent cheerful "can do" attitude is what sets him apart and makes him dependable, and an absolute DELIGHT to work with. I honestly believe that I could not do my job as a professional kitchen and bath designer without his partnership. I also would be remiss if I didn't highlight the incredible showroom management and corporate teams at Ferguson, as it is their commitment to excellent service and relationships, and their support of their staff, that gives Hector the ability to be so unmatched in his service to my firm, and to all my clients. Hector cares not only about the accuracy and clarity of his work, but he cares about MY business and strives to see that all our projects are successful, and that our clients are 100% satisfied. He always has my back, and for that, I am so grateful. 5 stars are simply not enough! read more

I just had an amazing customer Service experience with Deborah Godert at Ferguson, South Lake. I needed help trouble shooting and purchasing bathroom hardware and she hung in there with me for 2 hours! We found what we needed and got it ordered. The showroom is beautiful, I was offered hot tea and felt very well cared for! This was not a huge sale in $$$s by any means but it was important for me to get quickly so I in turn could service my client. My appreciation knows no bounds! Many a plumbing store would just not want to be bothered. read more

I was very much looking forward to my visit to Ferguson. Being that I am currently doing a complete remodel of my house, I am in the market for every appliance you can imagine--I had been referred to Ferguson for the master bathroom fixtures, and also wanted to see if they might have a pot filler faucet for my new kitchen. Before finally reaching the showroom in Pasadena I mistakenly went to two other Ferguson locations, but I did not mind. I was very determined to shop there. Too bad. When I walked in the showroom was pretty much empty but for a couple of customers, although the perimeter was lined with about 6-8 employees sitting at their desks. I just assumed that one of them would offer to help me out, and made my way to the thermostatic shower display. Wrong. Not only did no one offer to help me out, after the rest of the customers left the store still no one came over to assist me. (Assuming that there may have been any kind of a saturation effect preventing all 3 customers from being assisted at once). I would say I made eye contact and smiled with almost all of them. I guess I should maybe have put on something a little more expensive than a t-shirt and cargo pants. Honestly I felt like at least *one* of the sales people there would have watched Pretty Woman? Anyway after 15 minutes of being ignored, I left, walked across the street and ordered a gorgeous shower on amazon. The customer service was about 1,000 times better. Not planning on going back to this cold company any time soon. That said, their fixtures and tubs looked very nice :) read more

Great service in the plumbing section. Picked up a Bradford White for reasonable price. In and out in 30 min. Thank you

Debbie and her team were soo helpful . I appreciate all of their hard work and professionalism. I have been going here for years and they always go above and beyond to ensure the quality of their products . Their coffee is pretty amazing too. read more

My husband and I went here to get fixtures for our two bathrooms and kitchen renovation. From the moment we walked in, everyone was very attentive. Hector was so helpful and kind with everything we needed! We had an issue with one faucet (our fault) and they refunded us right away and Hector suggested the perfect replacement via email within a day. Definitely recommend this showroom! Update October 2018: Hector Beltran is the best. Bought a new house and Hector made the renovation process so easy. Two bathrooms and a kitchen again! He is so responsive and knowledgeable. We even ordered our stove, microwave and fridge from them this time around! read more

Jessica Simonton is the best. I have worked with her on several projects over the years. She is knowledgeable about plumbing, lighting, and appliances. Every order is always correct. If there are any issues, Jessica is quick to find a solution and help me resolve them. It is always a pleasure speaking with Jessica on the phone (or the rare opportunity I have to come see her in person). Thank you for your excellence in everything you do! read more

We went to the Ferguson Bath & Kitchen showroom in Pasadena, and was given a number, to be on the waiting list, which we were no. 5. When service rep approached the service desk, it was explained the items, we were interested, and he decided to bypass, my number to the next. I was extremely upset, and demanded an explanation, which was unacceptable. I don't understand why issue a number, when you don't honor it. Ferguson lost a sale, for a very poor customer service skills. They choose who, and what customers to the select. I will never step a foot in that store. I have had a better customer service experience, from Pirch in Orange County. read more

This review is long overdue. I was doing a complete kitchen remodel and was having significant difficulties finding a Kohler sink. All the sinks I found were significantly over priced and I did not want to pay way more than I had to. Carolina Alvarez helped us find the right sink and got me a great price!!! She was on it from the start and quickly responded to my emails. She had great suggestions for decor and faucets. Would gladly work with her again and highly reccomend Carolina for any remodel. read more

For any bathroom or kitchen project go to Ferguson's first and ask for Hector Beltran. Hector is amazing at helping you select just the right thing for your project. While the showroom has many items on display, Hector worked with me to understand what style I was looking for and not only recommended products that they had on display but also scoured supplier catalogs to help me find a product that was exactly what i had envisioned and at the best price. After working with Hector to select everything for our master bathroom remodel and later our main bathroom remodel, I know he's the first person I'm going to when I'm ready to start our kitchen remodel. I do agree with other folks comments that the folks at Ferguson's Showroom aren't the best at approaching you to ask if you need help, but if you ask for help from Hector you'll be very happy you did. read more

Up to now, I would've given 5 stars because working with Deborah Godert has been a dream. I've remodeled two homes with her and she makes it all so much better because she has great taste, makes budgets go further, is fast, and on top of it all, incredibly sweet, caring and funny. When you're going through the stress of remodeling, having support from someone like Deborah makes all the difference. So why 3 stars? Because I just found out she's being relocated to Van Nuys and I just can't travel that far. It's a real shame - and a big loss for Ferguson. We're about to buy a new home, so I will miss them both. read more

Danny S is the best rep! He is very patient and absolutely wonderful! No matter what it is, Danny is always there to help us resolve our issue and do his best to help us find the right product and get them to us. Danny knows all the hold ups that my contractor has put us through, and he always know how to help us solve those problems!! Highly recommended!!! No matter how busy he gets, Danny always try to answer to my email. He is very responsible. I really enjoy working with Danny!!! read more

I walked into the store & was welcomed by Kellene. I expressed my frustration in finding the right kitchen faucet & the sticker shock! She was so reassuring & calmly scrolled websites to give me options since there was nothing on the floor I could use. It was so helpful to be able to narrow it down & I went to Ferguson's Plumbing in Pasadena so I could see what I was buying--right off the shelf! I have to say it was such good customer service-hard to find these days. She absolutely made my day! THANK YOU KELLENE! read more

My husband and I have worked with Ferguson's the past four years on two different projects and we have been very pleased with their customer service. Not only have they been helpful, but they have made the process or ordering and returning very easy. They price matched an item for us, as well. They are easy to communicate with and respond in timely manner to questions and emails and have been an absolute refreshing delight to work with in light of many places whose customer service is very poor. Hector was our Pasadena showroom consultant this past year and he was knowledgeable, polite, and professional through every step of the up's and downs of a remodel project. We will continue to do business with Ferguson's and recommend them. read more

I went up to Ferguson's to ask questions about some of my 15yo fixtures. I worked with JESSICA SIMONTON who was extremely helpful, professional, friendly!! This woman knows her stuff!!! She recognized my fixtures (photos) which were bought at Ferguson's in 2004!! She was able to help me get replacement parts STILL under warranty!! I am so impressed with Ferguson's customer care! read more

we are completely remodeling a bathroom and needed all the things: faucet, shower head/ valve, towel rods, sink, etc. We were looking for specific items from Perrin & Rowe. Initially, I requested a quote from a well known shop in South Pas. I decided to get a competing quote from Ferguson. Hector Beltran at Ferguson was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional and was able to quickly turn around the quote. Ferguson had the items in stock and had them delivered to my house the next day, BEFORE I even received the initial quote from their competitors.. not to mention Ferguson had better prices. I'm very happy with the service, prices, and stocked items at Ferguson. They have definitely earned my future business!! read more

I work for a construction company and I do not expect vendors to walk my client through the process therefore normally I will go with them. However, after today's walk-in, I am confident I can send my future clients to Tatum. She was polite, efficient, and very knowledgeable. She also provided great recommendations in different price points and provided a project sheet (photos of the supplies) of the purchase we made. The Project Sheet really helps my client see the items she's purchasing and I have never had a Ferguson Rep do that before. Attention to detail is a big plus for me and I am very impressed! If you are looking for a great experience make an appointment with Tatum! read more

We walked into the store and in the 20 minutes we were there, nobody greeted us or helped us out. This place has horrible customer service. A lot of the employees were sitting down and didn't even make eye contact. We will not be returning to this store! Instead we went next door to Pacific Sales and they were eager to help us out on our entire downstairs remodel. Ferguson lost our business! read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Paola T. at the Pasadena location! We have worked with her on two major projects in 2018 and 2019 along with some small things in between. She is a joy to work with! She is extremely knowledgable, has good insights, and is exceptionally friendly! She has stayed late on a number of occasions to work with us to finalize a project (sorry!). Home renovations are always stressful and full of complications with contractors, vendors, etc., but Paola & Ferguson are the shining light in the whole process! I've already recommended her to friends & family. I wish everyone in this industry were as excellent as her! read more

I have been working with Deborah since the store has opened. She has been the most professional, knowledgeable, and incredible sales rep at the Pasadena location. I highly recommend Deborah to anyone who is looking for stellar customer service! read more

WOW! This was a game changer! Recommended by my construction group I went here after 3 other places. Hector handled my concerns and I solved everything in an hour. Excellent selection, knowledge and advice. Walked out invoice in hand for shower & tub hardware and a tub! I thought they would be way too high end but they have a big range starting mid level and beyond. Everything to be delivered either to my condo or to a local pick up for my contractor to get. Did I mention: IN FOUR DAYS!! Completely pleased! read more

Recently Michelle Garabedian helped me with my master bathroom remodel. Starting this project, I knew very little about the whole process and all the little decisions and details I would have to consider. Michelle was really patient in explaining to me the different styles (transitional, for example) and walking me through the various options for my shower faucets and controls. Without her help I would have been completely overwhelmed! I mostly selected items from Moen's icon line, but when I needed something they didn't have (like a vanity mirror or grab bar for the shower) she was able to find me something that coordinated well with my other accessories. They offer really good pricing and easy delivery; Michelle also makes sure you order and receive items as they would be needed by the contractors so you don't end up having contractors but no parts. I would have had no idea how to do all these things on my own. I will definitely return when I'm able to start my next remodel. read more

Debbie Raviol at Ferguson on Lake Ave was so knowledgeable, informative, helpful and friendly. I purchased all of my kitchen and bath plumbing and lighting fixtures from here and could not be happier with the products and service. We bought an old two story house in Pasadena that needed bathroom and kitchen remodeling . We needed to choose all fixtures and appliances in a short period of time. Fortunately we met Hector at Ferguson who guided us through all of the selections, keeping design consistent and costs under control. The wide selection and one stop shopping really helped us make the most of our limited time. To top off the experience, Ferguson's will call and delivery operations were very well organized. Products were always ready for subcontractor pickup and we always got a call ahead for truck deliveries. read more

Our contractor recommended we shop at Ferguson for items for a bathroom that we were completely remodeling. We were amazed when we walked in the showroom and found every item we needed on that first visit. In fact, we went back a few times to pick up additional items we loved. The showroom is beautiful with high quality items and the staff was very helpful. We want to acknowledge Hector Beltran who walked us around the showroom, explaining everything and going over all details when we were ready to make the purchases. Because of him, we did not go to any other store and made the decision to get everything then and there. With additional bathrooms to redo, we will return. read more

We just returned from the Ferguson Bath, Kitchen and Lighting Gallery in Pasadena, and we are very, very impressed. This compliment is significant because I am known to be very particular, and attention to detail is important to me. The selection of displayed faucets was incredible, but most impressive was Paola, the Showroom Coordinator, who helped us. I had called ahead to make sure the store had the faucet we wanted to see. Paola searched the inventory while I was on the phone, and by the time we arrived, she had the faucet, mounted on a small display stand, at the front desk. We have specific dimension needs because of space limitations of the counter so Paola helped us measure the actual faucet and then found all the data on her computer, which she printed for us. She helped us calculate whether the faucet would fit our space, and so far the dimensions look like they will work. The final measurement--how high the lift rod must elevate to fully close the drain--she will find out from the manufacturer on Monday. Ferguson and Paola are commended for a wonderful experience in shopping for our bathroom faucets--much, much better than our times at other bathroom and kitchen stores. read more

Products are beautiful; customer service leaves much room for improvement. I was looking for bathroom products. I visited mid week and was the only person in the showroom. There were three employees on the floor working. I asked one for assistance, and, whoa, what a reluctancy when I asked for the product specifications; one word answers was what she offered. I walked out with the product specs, and the friend that was with me said if I wasn't there she would have confronted her about her customer service skills (I'm so non confrontational). I ended up purchasing the pedestal sink and faucet online. read more

While renovating our craftsmen bungalow recently we were fortunate to walk in and be greeted by Deborah Godert at your Lake Avenue location. We had been to a competitor's location and were completely confused by the many fixture possibilities. Her warm but professional manner immediately reassured us. Deborah patiently helped us explore and choose excellent options over the next few weeks. Always patient, always creative and practical, she helped us wade through products we hadn't had to worry about in many years. We were somewhat familiar with Ferguson, but ultimately it's your sales rep in the flesh who determines whether or not a sake is completed. Deborah Godert was the absolute best, And we look forward to working with her again. read more

I had such a great experience at Ferguson's in Pasadena. We live in San Francisco and had a very tight timeline to get bathroom vanities (our previous order from another place was all wrong) Deborah helped us narrow down to the brand that could fit our time frame and helped us find exactly what we needed. She even made sure that it was able to be delivered to our home in San Francisco less than a week later! She provided such great customer service- i really felt like she was my advocate. As my boss, affectionately known as my wife, and I progress on our kitchen remodeling project, we are thoroughly reading and studying all specifications of our chosen appliances. This has lead to numerous questions, worries, and uncertainties. We inundated Paola Taff, our sales consultant, with most of our concerns. A tsunami of questions were thrown at Paola. Hector Beltran, who sits behind Paola, overheard some of our technical appliance installation questions. Hector flew into action, like a superhero he is, and calmly answered all of our techical questions that Paola did not know at the time. Hector Beltran has superior technical knowledge on all appliances, extremely patient and has a great sense of humor. He is extremely helpful, willing to help out on all questions, and demonstrate a true team attitude. My only suggestion to Hector is: He should button up his shirt to the collar because the "S" on his chest was showing. He is indeed Superman! read more
