Extremely poor customer service, actually no customer service. I walked in looked around for about 15 minutes. No other customers in sight, but at least 8 'sales reps'. Not one offered to ask if I needed help! At one point I was actually slamming the washer door to try to get the attention of three of them just hanging around chatting. Didn't even look my way. On the way out I passed by the desk nearest the door and made a comment to the girl sarcastically saying 'great customer service, not one of you offered to help me.' She said I'm sorry I'm with a customer. I said 'really? Is your customer invisible?' She wasn't even on the phone with anyone. I'm remodeling 4 bathrooms, laundry room, and kitchen. I just had an amazing customer Service experience with Deborah Godert at Ferguson, South Lake. I needed help trouble shooting and purchasing bathroom hardware and she hung in there with me for 2 hours! We found what we needed and got it ordered. The showroom is beautiful, I was offered hot tea and felt very well cared for! This was not a huge sale in $$$s by any means but it was important for me to get quickly so I in turn could service my client. My appreciation knows no bounds! I was very much looking forward to my visit to Ferguson. Being that I am currently doing a complete remodel of my house, I am in the market for every appliance you can imagine--I had been referred to Ferguson for the master bathroom fixtures, and also wanted to see if they might have a pot filler faucet for my new kitchen. Before finally reaching the showroom in Pasadena I mistakenly went to two other Ferguson locations, but I did not mind. I was very determined to shop there. Too bad. When I walked in the showroom was pretty much empty but for a couple of customers, although the perimeter was lined with about 6-8 employees sitting at their desks. I just assumed that one of them would offer to help me out, and made my way to the thermostatic shower display. Wrong. Not only did no one offer to help me out, after the rest of the customers left the store still no one came over to assist me. (Assuming that there may have been any kind of a saturation effect preventing all 3 customers from being assisted at once). I would say I made eye contact and smiled with almost all of them. I guess I should maybe have put on something a little more expensive than a t-shirt and cargo pants. Honestly I felt like at least *one* of the sales people there would have watched Pretty Woman? Anyway after 15 minutes of being ignored, I left, walked across the street and ordered a gorgeous shower on amazon. The customer service was about 1,000 times better. Not planning on going back to this cold company any time soon. That said, their fixtures and tubs looked very nice :) read more

My husband and I went here to get fixtures for our two bathrooms and kitchen renovation. From the moment we walked in, everyone was very attentive. Hector was so helpful and kind with everything we needed! We had an issue with one faucet (our fault) and they refunded us right away and Hector suggested the perfect replacement via email within a day. Definitely recommend this showroom! We went to the Ferguson Bath & Kitchen showroom in Pasadena, and was given a number, to be on the waiting list, which we were no. 5. When service rep approached the service desk, it was explained the items, we were interested, and he decided to bypass, my number to the next. I was extremely upset, and demanded an explanation, which was unacceptable. I don't understand why issue a number, when you don't honor it. Ferguson lost a sale, for a very poor customer service skills. They choose who, and what customers to the select. I will never step a foot in that store. I have had a better customer service experience, from Pirch in Orange County. read more

This review is long overdue. I was doing a complete kitchen remodel and was having significant difficulties finding a Kohler sink. All the sinks I found were significantly over priced and I did not want to pay way more than I had to. Carolina Alvarez helped us find the right sink and got me a great price!!! She was on it from the start and quickly responded to my emails. She had great suggestions for decor and faucets. While the showroom has many items on display, Hector worked with me to understand what style I was looking for and not only recommended products that they had on display but also scoured supplier catalogs to help me find a product that was exactly what i had envisioned and at the best price. After working with Hector to select everything for our master bathroom remodel and later our main bathroom remodel, I know he's the first person I'm going to when I'm ready to start our kitchen remodel. I do agree with other folks comments that the folks at Ferguson's Showroom aren't the best at approaching you to ask if you need help, but if you ask for help from Hector you'll be very happy you did. read more

Up to now, I would've given 5 stars because working with Deborah Godert has been a dream. I've remodeled two homes with her and she makes it all so much better because she has great taste, makes budgets go further, is fast, and on top of it all, incredibly sweet, caring and funny. When you're going through the stress of remodeling, having support from someone like Deborah makes all the difference. So why 3 stars? Because I just found out she's being relocated to Van Nuys and I just can't travel that far. It's a real shame - and a big loss for Ferguson. However, after today's walk-in, I am confident I can send my future clients to Tatum. She was polite, efficient, and very knowledgeable. She also provided great recommendations in different price points and provided a project sheet (photos of the supplies) of the purchase we made. She is a joy to work with! She is extremely knowledgable, has good insights, and is exceptionally friendly! Recently Michelle Garabedian helped me with my master bathroom remodel. Starting this project, I knew very little about the whole process and all the little decisions and details I would have to consider. Michelle was really patient in explaining to me the different styles (transitional, for example) and walking me through the various options for my shower faucets and controls. Without her help I would have been completely overwhelmed! I mostly selected items from Moen's icon line, but when I needed something they didn't have (like a vanity mirror or grab bar for the shower) she was able to find me something that coordinated well with my other accessories. They offer really good pricing and easy delivery; Michelle also makes sure you order and receive items as they would be needed by the contractors so you don't end up having contractors but no parts. I would have had no idea how to do all these things on my own. I will definitely return when I'm able to start my next remodel. read more

There were three employees on the floor working. I asked one for assistance, and, whoa, what a reluctancy when I asked for the product specifications; one word answers was what she offered. I walked out with the product specs, and the friend that was with me said if I wasn't there she would have confronted her about her customer service skills (I'm so non confrontational). We just returned from the Ferguson Bath, Kitchen and Lighting Gallery in Pasadena, and we are very, very impressed. This compliment is significant because I am known to be very particular, and attention to detail is important to me. The selection of displayed faucets was incredible, but most impressive was Paola, the Showroom Coordinator, who helped us. I had called ahead to make sure the store had the faucet we wanted to see. Paola searched the inventory while I was on the phone, and by the time we arrived, she had the faucet, mounted on a small display stand, at the front desk. We have specific dimension needs because of space limitations of the counter so Paola helped us measure the actual faucet and then found all the data on her computer, which she printed for us. She helped us calculate whether the faucet would fit our space, and so far the dimensions look like they will work. The final measurement--how high the lift rod must elevate to fully close the drain--she will find out from the manufacturer on Monday. Ferguson and Paola are commended for a wonderful experience in shopping for our bathroom faucets--much, much better than our times at other bathroom and kitchen stores. read more

Carolina Alvarez was our salesperson; we were seeking a hot/cold water mixer for our shower redo. It goes without saying that Carolina was pleasant and helpful; that's what salespeople do. Carolina was also knowledgeable of the large array of products and patient as we made this over $700 purchase and sensitive to our aesthetic wishes. As my boss, affectionately known as my wife, and I progress on our kitchen remodeling project, we are thoroughly reading and studying all specifications of our chosen appliances. This has lead to numerous questions, worries, and uncertainties. We inundated Paola Taff, our sales consultant, with most of our concerns. A tsunami of questions were thrown at Paola. Hector Beltran, who sits behind Paola, overheard some of our technical appliance installation questions. Hector flew into action, like a superhero he is, and calmly answered all of our techical questions that Paola did not know at the time. Hector Beltran has superior technical knowledge on all appliances, extremely patient and has a great sense of humor. He is extremely helpful, willing to help out on all questions, and demonstrate a true team attitude. Just had my second experience with Hector Beltran, sales representative at Ferguson. My first time dealing with him was 3 months ago when I was looking to replace my cooktop hood. After going to 2 other appliance stores, Hector was the first to point out an issue with the placement of any hood we were to purchase. Had we bought from either of the other stores, the units would not have fit. Hector made certain that the unit we purchased would fit, and it did. This time, I was replacing a kitchen faucet. Again, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. None of the excellent assistance would have been worthwhile without a wide range of high quality appliances to chose from in the showroom as well as competitive prices.
