My rating is "0". Purchased a $2,900 light fixture that was installed on our 171/2' high ceiling, the 6 LED starter burned out after 6 months, therefore one part of the fixture no longer worked. Michael the owner, replaced the burned starter, however he said he could not instal the part because he did not have the manpower. It took us a year to get an electrician to get the rite equipment to get up 171/2' safely and the cost was $500. I asked Michael for warranty, in the event that this would happen again, he never responded to me, don't trust this company, once they take your money they avoid any further contact, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR HELP !!!! read more

Amazing showroom! Great selections! Marco was very helpful to me, is knowledgeable and was extremely personable with us. I got a set of lights for my bedroom. Perfectly compliments my room. Recently I went back again for my living room. I brought them pictures of my living room and with that he gave us some suggestions. Upon completion of this remodel, I have since then received many compliments from my friends and family. I recommended all of them to visit the Info Lighting showroom. I really hate leaving bad reviews but this store has left me no choice. I have driven by the store and fell in love with lights I saw in their window. I haven't been able to make it to the store bc of work but wanted more information on them. I couldn't find them online. So I called the first time and someone picked up the phone and said he didn't know much about them and to call back at a different time, ummm okkk, why r u picking up the phone. I called a second time and no answer. I called a 3rd time and asked for more information on the lighting and they said to email them for more information.. no response. So I call them back 3x and no response. Guess they don't really need business. Lost me as a customer for sure. read more

Poor customer service. One fixture arrived damaged in the box. I asked them to return it. They refused. Other fixtures arrived and were unsatisfactory. They refused to return or refund the items. I bought two chandeliers from them which were floor models which I paid deposit and told them when I will pick them up. When I went to pick up my items one was only one was down and took them 2 hours to bring get the other one they had no box for them I was very concerned I was told they will bobble rap them not to worry! A very angry guys from the store came to me I believe he was the owner and shouting and very disrespectful accusing me that I of am disturbing their business and telling Marco to give her money back have her go away!!!! I was cring and trying to catch my breath to see what the @... This is. Marco started to apologize and tried to give some water and keep saying he doesn't know what is going on. I called ahead because I was looking for a specific type of lighting that most showrooms haven't had. Said I was tired with on-line and want to 'see and touch' real items and talk to an informed person. I was encouraged to come, was told they understood and would take care of me. I slog my way through fun LA traffic with some excitement. Get there and the salesperson (who I think is the person I talked to on the phone) says immediately that they don't have any 'picture lights' in stock to show me but he can tell that I like xyz brand! WHAT? How can he tell what I like from literally 10 seconds of conversation? What do you mean you don't have any to show me??? THEN he tells me that Lamps Plus does have these lights in their showroom but they charge more so I should go there, waste their salesperson's time and then come back to him for a cheaper price! How rude is that? Info Lighting will never get my business. read more

Had a fantastic experience here. Their selection is vast. We were visiting LA and decided to search casually for a light fixture but didn't expect to be as impressed as we were by this place. I just wanted to write a review stating how stellar this business is! Marco and the rest of the staff have been beyond amazing and helpful. I first walked in thinking that I would not be able to find a light because I needed a plug in for my loft and pretty much everything was hardwire lights. I felt welcomed in their store from the initial acknowledgment. When I asked if there were any plug in lights, the response I received was notable "you choose a light, we'll make it happen"!!!! So, I chose an amazing sconce and they were able to convert my light with the options of cord length, style, and switch options!! I just picked up my light after my custom order and had it installed the other day and I cannot stop staring at how wonderful it looks in my place! A beautiful lighting store, with a great selection - especially contemporary and high-tech lighting. The sales folks are terrific, especially Alexandra who was so helpful; she even helped us find the parking by coming outside to the back alley entrance because it can be confusing finding it. Alexandra was "on it" servicing our needs, which included having to order some custom fixtures from Canada, plus emailing us pictures of all items we were considering but needed measurements for, etc. Our custom order from Canada arrived early. Plus Alexandra offered to drop off the rest of our order to us since she also lives on the west side. INFO lighting is the place to go if you want selection, and great service. I'm in the process of totally remodeling a mid century home in Los Angeles so I was super excited when I drove past Info Lights a couple of weeks ago. I'm currently looking for a chandelier for my dining room and unique lighting for over my island. I went in first thing on a Saturday morning with my sister. The guy who was working began walking towards the front when he saw us he looked at us, stopped and walked to the back of the store.
