I highly recommend the experience from product information to purchase to installation. Product Info and Discovery: I was surprised to learn that not all Sub-Zero retailers are the same. Given that we already had a Sub-Zero and were replacing it after more than 30 years of usage, we started our process at the Sub-Zero showroom in Costa Mesa. This location was purely informational, as they don't sell at that location, but we were able to see and compare every unit. We visited a Ferguson Home but was disappointed at not being able to see the unit we were looking to purchase and because the salesperson was not fully aware of all the features of the model. We ultimately purchased from UAKC because the units were were interested were not just side by side, but powered on to the same level of coldness that you would have in your home. That was huge for us as it helped us understand how cold our drinks would be and how cold our foods would be chilled in each compartment. Purchase: I worked with MD Rayhan on the purchase process. MD was helpful in providing "crowd sourced" feedback from his other customers to help me choose between the Pro and Classic models. Specifically, I wanted to understand if the Pro freezer was going to be too small (it runs about 50% smaller than my prior Classic freezer) or if it was simply moving along with the consumer trend toward more fresh foods. Given that Sub-Zero pricing is fixed regardless of retailer, MD helped me find manufacture rebates that I qualified for and was market competitive on installation costs. Lastly, MD helped find inventory and schedule my delivery so that I could get the new unit installed as soon as possible. Installation: UAKC sent a four person team of certified installers led by Juan and Alex. The certified expertise was helpful because it got us a longer 3 year warranty, but the expertise around the equipment was also invaluable. From unboxing the unit on our driveway to carrying the 650 pound unit up a few stairs, removing a door and leaning the unit through our doorway, everything was done professionally, cleanly and with no scratches to home or refrigerator. They even polished the unit and removed all the plastic film covering the stainless steel panels so that the refrigerator was ready to be used. The entire process took about two hours. Couldn't ask for more.

Over ten years ago, we purchased a Wolf stove, SubZero refrigerator and a Bosch dishwasher from MD Appliances and we never regretted it one bit. I still remember the installer, Jay, who did excellent work. We were greeted by the owner, Dan, and we informed him what we needed and he showed us the latest LG products in the showroom. It was an easy decision for us to make the purchase there. We placed our order and waited for delivery. I spoke to Dan when he gave me a delivery date which was today. He said his installers Guillermo and Arnold, would call a day prior with the delivery time, which they did and call 30 minutes before the delivery, which they did. Guillermo actually called earlier than expected due to a cancellation so we were able to get our appliances 4 hours early. Dan also said the installers were very good and that I should have no concerns. Well, he was wrong, Guillermo and Arnold were EXCELLENT!!! They were punctual, professional, friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. I fretted about how they would get our two old appliances out and the new appliances in our small washroom with a narrow doorway and up a small porch. Our home is over 100 years old so entrances are smaller than today's standards. Well after I showed Guillermo where the appliances were to be installed, he said it would be no problem. And it wasn't!!! They arrived at 9:30, completed their work, cleaned up and drove off at 10:30. I was truly amazed and impressed. I called Dan immediately to express my admiration and appreciation for these two polite and thoughtful men. Our experience with MD Appliances was a complete success and we are so pleased with our new washer and dryer. Kudos to Guillermo and Arnold for their pride in great customer service.

They didn't show up to deliver then scheduled the next delivery for 2 days later when I wasn't available. All phone calls are routed to the Philippines and no one was able to help me. I cancelled that order and went to MD Appliances. I went in feeling so angry and frustrated with this situation and was treated with such kindness, I left feeling so much better and I also left with a new washer/dryer! They were even able to arrange same day delivery because I live so close. Their prices are the same as the LG site. The store is very clean and welcoming. Definitely a high end appliance store but with reasonable prices. The delivery guys are GREAT too! Super professional, knowledgeable, and fast.
