Sure enough, the heater went out again on the day before New Year's Eve. Despite the holiday, he still made time to come out that same day and fixed it for us at a very fair price. That kind of responsiveness and professionalism really stands out. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely kind, and he took the time to explain what was going on without any pressure or upselling. We've used this company for other services in the past, and this experience just reinforced how reliable they are. They initially communicated very well through the Yelp app and got me set up for an in person consultation at my house. Timeframe for their availability was pretty good. Service technician who came out was pretty close to the time window I was provided. He spent good amount of time evaluating the problem with the oven and as suspected had to do with faulty internal temperature gauge/thermostat. We agreed on price range for part and labor for replacing it and he said he'd be in touch soon to notify approximately when part would be available to schedule next appointment. Unfortunately, that's where communication experience broke down a bit. Didn't hear from him nor anyone else from the company for a long time. I reached out myself and they informed me of the part being on back order and could be days to months for it to be available. Ultimately it came in within a couple of weeks and we were able to get the service appointment scheduled about a week after that. Service technician who replaced the thermostat did a great job. Courteous and professional. Overall would definitely use them in the future.
