    Please look elsewhere when you need to buy appliances. they have horrible customer service. They never return your call. merchandise was defective 3 times. they deliver 3 refrigerators to my place and I still end up with a damage refrigerator. They don't come to fix it. They don't respond to any phone calls. They have unprofessional people working for them. They salesman was rude and disrespectful. They Don't have knowledgeable technicians to do delivery and installation of the appliance. They broke the refrigerator door and few other pieces when they deliver and put together the fridge here. The second one they deliver is still broken and it's not working properly. I called them many times they ignore my calls. I would never work with them again. do not buy anything from this company. I'm not sure if they have defective merchandise or refurbish merchandise. They just don't have good merchandise. They shouldn't be in business.

    Beware of the refrigerator installers! This a mixed review because Anthony at Feder's was very helpful, but it was a frustrating experience. I was a walk in customer looking for a new fridge. I came in with the space dimensions and Anthony helped me find one that should have fit. A few tips for fridge shoppers: -if you are getting a bottom open freezer, and your fridge is by the wall, make sure you take into account the space needed for any floor moldings -if you are getting French doors and your fridge is by the wall, make sure leave space for the hinge when the door opens -and lesson learned ALWAYS be there for the installation, no matter how easy you think it is Unfortunately they had to deliver when I wasn't home and the installers decided to rip out my floor molding to get it to fit, damaging the wall paint and damaged the surrounding wood while squeezing it in. And also decided not to let me or Anthony know there was a problem. The fridge was clearly too big but instead of giving me a heads up and giving me some solutions, they ripped up my place to make it fit. That said, fortunately I had a contractor working in my place and after speaking with Anthony about the problem, Feder's helped me find a different fridge and covered the cost of new floor molding, installation and wall paint. It was a pretty big waste of my time and could have been avoided if the installers called to let me know there was a problem. So overall: Anthony - 5 stars Installers - 0 stars

    Wow, Feder's! Major props to Janice and her delivery team. They came at the time I was quoted at, and were quick/professional. Removed my old Danby and replaced it. In and out within 30 min (although I do live on the first floor). Faith in traditional retail restored! Thanks Feder's (most importantly, Janice)!

    I have worked with Joe at Feder's for over 10 yrs! They are reasonablly priced, good delivery and responsive! Joe is the best!

To be fair, I went in pretty much knowing what I wanted after agonizing over Consumer Reports and online reviews. Waadt was the third appliance store I visited. Prices were consistent across the board. Most places didn't have demo electric ranges in store since it's low in demand, but they can order anything and seem to have direct contact with vendors. I wasn't in a hurry, so I placed my order with Bill on 2/13/26. He called me on 2/24/26 to let me know my appliances had arrived, process payment and we scheduled install for 2/26/26. I was given an install window of 9:30-11:30AM and they showed up around 10:00AM. The install guys were great. There was of course a problem, as my current range was hardwired to the electrical and there was no outlet for the new one. They said no problem, ran to the hardware store, bought the necessary supplies, installed the outlet and had me up and running. This is exactly why I didn't go with a big box store. Bill let me know his installers were equipped to handle any surprises and they were. Big box stores will only plug it in and leave. Any problems you're on your own to solve. Install prices, with the addition of an outlet, were reasonable. Would I use Waadt again? Definitely!

Both big box stores carried it for identical prices, but we were dreading having to deal with the substandard installation services of either one. After more online research, I was shocked to find that Absolute Appliances also carried this model for the EXACT SAME PRICE as well, and they were located within walking distance from our house. My wife and I immediately walked over, spoke with CJ (a super nice and helpful guy, btw), and were back home within a half hour, having ordered the washer and secured our delivery date. When delivery day came Jamal and his assistant pulled up exactly on time, and went about removing the old washer and setting up the new one. They were very thorough and knowledgeable, and had everything completed in short order. Jamal explained everything that we needed to know about the new machine, and checked to make sure that all the connections were secure and that it was cycling correctly. Overall, this was one of - if not THE best - appliance purchase and delivery experiences I've ever had. I'm so happy to find an alternative to the dismal big box experience, and I absolutely recommend checking out Absolute Appliances before committing to the "usual suspects". You'll be pleasantly surprised.

When it turned out I needed longer hoses to accommodate my laundry room, he set me up with the model numbers for the parts I needed, as well as the company to order from.     Well here I go again. Maytag washer failed after 20 years. Kimo's came through with a brand new…read more'out of the box' Whirlpool H.E. Washer (Maytag is part of the Whirlpool family now). Owner said it was posted by mistake, and was really shitty about it, like I was trying to rip him off. Okay fine, if something seems to good to be true, it is. Was still able to find a used washer and dryer set for double the price. Install and delivery went well, they were real professional and the owner even came through to install them. 3 months later the dryer took a shit. Called Kimo's, they said it was past the warranty and could do nothing about it. I would have to pay to have it fixed or buy a new one. So I bought a new one on sale from home depot, seems to be working fine so far. Now the washer took a shit, and I'm out 900 I spent on the set plus what I have to spend on a new washer. I love the idea of buying used appliances for the discount but I ended up spending a lot more money than I would if I bought it brand new. The truth is everything is so poorly built now a days that it's going to break down no matter what. Manufacturer's want you to buy new appliances every couple years, that's their business model. And it's fucking over customers and a small business like Kimo's just trying to stay alive. It's lose, lose, unless you're the giant corporation taking advantage of honest people just trying to wash their fucking clothes. Good luck Kimo's! I'm rooting for you guys. But I won't be buying anything from your store ever again.
