They have good prices on cabinets but it's hard to make an order. it took 10 days and 3 visits because the salespeople are always so busy that they talk to 3 people at the same time while texting on their phones and designing on computer at the same time. It's a mess. I like their choice of flooring and was ready to make a purchase but I was told I can only pay cash or Zelle. I get it, they don't want to pay their income taxes (show revenue from flooring sales) but I've never seen professional business who does that. Feels little too scammy for my taste. read more

Michelle was great, responsive, helpful. We had a problem with one of the cabinets and was solved right away.Good quality and study. AVOID Carlos Sánchez countertop installation ( A&C Sánchez). He does not works at CSS but we met him outside the store looking for customers. He did our counter top. When he picked up the Stone it was in perfect condition. For the installation, He came late showing up around 3pm. He cut the island stone with wrong measures and end up been too big. The electricity outlet cuts were small. The stone hole was not aligned. The stone had plenty of scratches and broken areas in the corners. It was a very lousy job. We contacted him to fix it but never responded and showed up. read more

We changed our design completely on him probably 6 times and he never once seemed annoyed or frustrated. He let us build our dream kitchen and gave helpful suggestions to make the design better and even saved us money. We went to this place to look for kitchen cabinets and my wife met a lady with name of Diana after my wife picked up a style that she likes, Diana told her that she does have an installer with name of ALEX, that he's a great guy and he's very professional. It was the biggest mistake we accepted her recommendation. ALEX guy took almost 2 weeks to do it plus many time his measurements was absolutely wrong plus he messed up everything and my cabinets door making noise when we closing the doors and they're not even leveled right. ALEX guy did not install the last 2 door of the pantry either. He kept promising that he will come do it but never did and it's been over 4 months. We paid ALEX guy over $7,000I. My wife paid him before he finishes the shitty job and that's why he never showed up. We have purchased over $8,000 cabinets from this place this time and 8 years ago we purchased over $10,000 but last time we had our own installers and this time our own installers were not around. All I'm saying that DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE FOR ANY OF THEIR INSTALLERS. I think that Diana is getting paid on the side sending ALEX guy to do the job. Their installers perhaps has no license doing these work. Unfortunately we didn't know that we should check his job license. read more

The employees are not well trained for the position they are working in. I have had an issue with this store for the first and the last time ever. i went to buy a marble for my fireplace bottom part, and one of the employees(a guy with long hair sitting in the corner next to the entrance, latino), was helping me out with the purchase, and he said that all of the marble sizes come with the backsplash included in the marble price. knowing that i chose the size 36x110, and placed the order. Can rot pick up they claimed that it does not come with the backsplash. earlier today i called them to verify that my marble is ready for pick up, and if everything is good with it, they said yes, everything is ready for pick up! Worst service. If you're in need of cabinets with a quick turnaround and quality is not that important, I'd recommend. However, they do not care about your business unless you put in a huge order. They will also help out those customers with large orders before they help you even if you've been there waiting for a longer time. Their warehouse is disorganized and we had to drive back and forth to 2 different locations because their system didn't tell them where our order was. They were also reluctant to give us our order because they said they needed a record of proof that we paid. 1. They will not put in your order unless you pay first 2. My problem was with the staff that work there they are not professionals they don't take there jobs serious I don't blame them because they probably get paid the minimum wage. Emmie kept forgetting about our appointments for her to come to my house for measurements. She came out twice to measure because I wanted to make sure everything was right. After the installer came with the cabinets, everything was completely off from measuring incorrectly. I had to redo the entire design on the spot and even had to pay MORE money for the fixes. Now that the installation is almost done, I noticed 2 drawers at the corner are too close together so by the time you add hardware, you wont be able to open one of the drawers. Emmie told me that I already signed off on the design so she can't fix it. Yes they are cheaper than most places, but you get what you pay for. read more
