Exceptional Experience from Jacob…read more I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Urban Bathroom, and especially about Jacob. From the moment I walked in, Jacob went above and beyond with extraordinary care, kindness, and thoughtful guidance throughout my entire selection process. Choosing the right product line to complete a bathroom can feel overwhelming, but Jacob made it seamless. He took the time to truly understand my vision, walked me through options with patience and expertise, and offered thoughtful recommendations that balanced design, quality, and practicality. I never felt rushed or pressured--only supported. What stood out most was Jacob's attention to detail and his sincere commitment to helping me make the right choices, not just a sale. His professionalism, warmth, and deep product knowledge transformed what could have been a stressful process into a genuinely enjoyable experience. Urban Bathroom is the best of the best. Preface: This is not a review on their products or customer service as I was not a customer. It…read moreis a review on their attitude. On June 8th I happened to park in front of their establishment outside of business hours on the public street. If I had parked in their parking lot they would have a legitimate reason for me to leave. But I was on City property and their authority ends at the property line. The only restriction would be the posted parking limitations, which I was well outside of. At 11pm at night, I had a visit from their guard politely asking me to leave while on PUBLIC PROPERTY. Apparently, I was "threating" their establishment when I was minding my own business on the City street. I understand the need for security, but they had no authority to force someone off public property. I don't fault the guard as he was only doing what he was ordered to do, and I didn't want to argue (even though I was in the right legally), but they need to learn that they don't have limitless authority in front of their establishment. I'm not a contractor, nor in the market for remodeling, but if I were looking for tile I'm going to go elsewhere. If they are going to be paranoid about someone legally minding his own business, I wonder what their mental state would be if I were to come in as a customer.

It is the company's responsibility to quality control and inspect the products they are selling. But Marble Express only cares about what they can get away with, as long as they get your money they couldn't care less how the expensive countertops that you will look at every day turn out. All they did was send me the stone maker's contact info and turned the other way. It's greedy and disgusting.

TL;DR: Excellent Service and Excellent Selection! They have the large jumbo sizes at excellent…read moreprices! With some help from my fellow Yelpers, we discovered this unicorn of a quartz supplier by chance and we are so happy with the result. Our kitchen remodel measured out a very large island since we wanted to maximize the surface and go as big as we can. Turns out there aren't a lot of stores that have these oversized slabs available and if they do, their selection is not extensive. Yelp helped us find Verona and it was exactly the kind of discovery we needed since we were frustrated we couldn't find the quartz we wanted in a jumbo size. Wasn't sure if they were open to the public but we went in and looked around and met Arthur. He's mentioned in some other Yelp reviews and it's true: he offers excellent service, he's honest and takes his time with you to help you in your decision. Strolling through the large variety slabs, Arthur educates you on some differences between other surfaces he also has for sale. We finally found the one slab we have been looking for: Calacatta Bellezza Gold. Beautiful, no too loud, but hints of the gray and gold veins we want. Price was excellent. But first, we had to come back three more times to make sure it's what we want. Yeah we are that indecisive but each time Arthur was there to greet us and walk us through the warehouse again and again. Our contractor told us picking up the slab was really easy and they even looked at what pieces are available so they can get what they think has the best pattern. The installed countertop was installed today and it looks great. We are so happy with the results. It took six guys to carry it into the house and place it on the cabinets. It was an event in of itself but so glad it went smoothly and it really starts with Verona and especially Arthur. Please make this your last place to visit for quartz countertops. This operation is top notch and I can't recommend this place enough. Well deserved five stars for Arthur and Verona.

I put a 10% deposit AND $1,000 on my cabinets and closet in Feb 2025. MTD just left today (Jun…read more2026) after finishing the final fix. I found out after the fact but it is either 10% or a $1000 deposit, not both, that you can legally ask for. They were also really pushy about completing payment once all the materials were received, which also violates contract law. I refused because we had not received the wood vanities for the bathroom. Fortunately, I had some kind of leverage. The design process was not thoughtful at all. More like a rush job. For the closets, Rochie wanted to put rods to hang clothes on a side that would be closed off by another set of shelves. I didn't question it initially, but it bugged me. So we changed the design, but if I didn't say anything, I would have had unusable space because the hangers would not fit. For the kitchen, we asked for a kitchen aid mixer cabinet and paid extra for it. Rochie didn't really use the dimensions that must have been provided by the manufacturer. The cabinet was too big for the thing and the installer did a hack job putting blocks to make it fit. Also, the first installer was careless. He dropped things and made dents and gashes on my wood floors. My husband asked him to be more careful, but later on, I found a huge gash in the closet. MTD denies it was the installer, but I wiped down the floors muliple times after the floors were installed and I didn't see it before. Also, nothing was done in the closet before installation. For the pantry installation, the first contractor didnt have the door flush with the wall. During the demolition of the first pantry door, they left the walls with gashes. We eventually had to have another contractor come and fix it. For the spice drawer, it was initially hard to pull out, after a fix, its still not pulling out and closing 100% correctly. And, because I had a balance, MTD kept asking for payment before the job was completed. If I had already completed payment, I highly doubt they would have fixed the things I asked for. My contractor told us he regretted telling us about MTD because the cost was too high. Initially, we didn't mind paying extra for getting what we wanted, but it seems to me, they try to churn clients and make designs as quickly as possible. Also, just hope your installer is Carlos, because he does a good job. He came to fix everything and I wished they had sent him initially.
