I generally hate shopping for house stuff. I have neither the eye nor the patience for it. However, this store and more specifically the woman who works here named Kiki, made the process easy. The vanities are arranged in aisles. You select your vanities, the sink-tops, faucets, mirrors, towel bars... everything you need. Kiki seems to have an encyclopedic knowledge of the sizes that each vanity is available in, what is in stock and what is sold out, even part numbers. We walked around and picked out everything but toilets for our bathrooms... with Kiki by our side... and she remembered everything without even taking a note! Amazing. We needed to change one vanity and one vanity-top, so I called a day after our visit, and Kiki remembered our order and made the change, and everything was ready for pickup the next day. No variation at all. All items looked identical and not well made. Some stuff was broken too. Not a good look. The girl at the front desk wouldn't leave us alone to look around she bombarded us with questions the minute we walked in. I bought a modern floating vanity over a year ago and paid a pretty reasonable amount for it. The person who helped me was helpful. I looked around at every vanity place in Van Nuys (there are many) and anything similar was at least twice the price or was not the right size or just the wrong color. I also bought a medicine cabinet that I decided not to keep and they gave me a refund, no questions asked. Also got a bunch of modern chrome bathroom hooks and towel bars. They are still looking great. My vanity is holding up well. I think if you are in the market for a vanity, probably worth your time to stop here and check out their selection. read more

Nicer version of the very modern streamlined sink vanities, with matching mirrors, some interesting standalone tubs, & maybe 10 options of modular toilets. They have some shower & sink hardware, all chrome & very square/ angular. There were two English speaking Chinese consultants on Saturday afternoon, very helpful. Constant flow of customers in the short 30 minute visit. Since it's mostly a showroom, Once you order, your item is ready for pickup within 2 days. Reasonably priced, & would have bought it today but ended up liking a wall mounted sink vanity & want to make sure our studs line up for simple install. read more

Terrible. Just terrible. I spent over $2000 here. When it was time to get the merchandise, I was escorted to the warehouse stock room and told to move dozens of boxes around and they pointed to my boxes. I strained my back doing it. Fast forward a few weeks and one of the dozen Items that I purchased was defective and scratched out of the box. I called to ask if I could can exchange it. They said no. I came in anyway and brought the item back and had to listen to three sales people talk about this issue in another language and constantly laugh and snicker as they were doing so. They then told me they would not take the item back or exchange it. After asking them to take it back again, they laughed and snickered further, deliberated and finally decided to exchange it for a non-defective unit. This place is great! Simple and to the point, sell a variety of modern vanities at reasonable prices. The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. We have been looking for vanities for over a month and finally decided upon some we liked at a competitor (about 7 minute drive east....) but even though the competitor had a fancy showroom, they only had poor online photos to show us of the various options we had for the vanity we wanted--no examples on the floor. Whereas this place had the exact vanities we were looking for on the showroom floor. We were very happy with the service and selection! read more

Stay away from these scammers! Most of the products they have are copies of the real thing. We purchased a Vanity online from a brand they carry and then when we needed another Vanity and decided to drive to the store to pick it up. When we got there, what they have in store is different from what they have online. Clearly cheap knock offs! The staff is rude, the store smells really bad and it's very messy. read more

We recently purchased two wall mounted white vanities (60" and 72") through the Internet since we live in Virginia. The sales person (Jason) was extremely responsive and helpful. The vanities arrived within a week of ordering them and were in perfect condition. They were exactly what we had hoped for and of excellent quality. Moreover we did not have to purchase the standard sink top that comes with them and were given a discount because of this. This option is seldom available with other vendors. This is because they manufacture their own brand. They are now called Moreno bath. I do not understand the previous bad reviews. Perhaps management has changed. I do no know but from my experience I would not hesitant to use them again and highly recommend them. read more
