Doesn't line up

I would give this company zero stars if I could. Terrible unprofessional owner Johnny. Dealing with Johnny over and was a pain. He acts likes a con artist. First he never told me my ceiling was slanted. It is slanted and therefore because he didn't check it out it caused many problems the dishwasher didn't line up. I had more work to do on the ceiling afterward. Anyways when i called him on it he was unprofessional and putting his crappy workmanship on me. Usually when I have had a problem with a contracter in the past they fixed it. I waited 10 years for a new kitchen and this is what I get! How's hearbreaking. This company is unprofessional with terrible workmanship. You deserve better don't use this company.

9 x 36" Legno Bruno Livingroom tile

Jon-E and David at Tile Boutique were so helpful and our entire downstairs looks absolutely amazing!!! (and it was hard to have someone do work for us because we've always done all the tiling ourselves). Jon-E made it painless!!! We highly recommend Tile Boutique Design Center!!! The 9" X 36" Porcelain Legno Bruno wood look tile we picked is incredible and we did the entire 1,200 square feet downstairs . . .it makes me smile every time I walk downstairs. We couldn't be happier with Moses and his crew who worked for 6 days on the floor tile with a very small grout joint that we requested . . . . Moses has such skill with tile and very personable!!! We had picked out Silver Lennon granite at Bedrosian's and Jon-E made it happen and it just looks amazing. Our fabricator/Installer picked the perfect location for the templates so show off the pattern. Our fabricator did an amazing job creating the edge detail I wanted and installing it. Jon-E suggested an undulating larger white subway tile with platinum grout for our backsplash. I didn't know I needed movement in my white tiles till I saw it finished. The Platinum grout is a very light grey. Anyone considering going with the Legno Bruno tile, please contact Jon-E. We'd be happy to have anyone come view our installation.

We just finished having our kitchen remodeled, it's perfect! Jon-E, owner of Stasia Tile & Stone Design Studio, is an amazing designer with a special eye for color, design and layout! As an added bonus, he is incredibly kind, respectful and a pleasure to work with! We met Jon-E through our GM. We were unsure about the tile and backsplash that we were looking at using in our kitchen. Our GM suggested that we meet with Jon-E to help with our decision. Our initial interview with Jon-E was over the phone due to COVD-19. He asked us to send pictures of our space along with ideas that we were looking to achieve. When Jon-E arrived at my house for our in-person meeting ( very COVID cautious ) he had samples with him based on what we had discussed over the phone and the pictures that we had sent to him. I was really impressed with what he brought with him, it was as though he had been in my house already and knew my taste. Throughout our remodel process Jon-E was readily available. We started with our picking out the specific tile we wanted, then moved to backsplash design and placement. As our project continued on, Jon-E became my advisor on everything. He has this special eye for color and design that I've never seen before. He helped design my backsplash and was here when our tile was set. We also replaced all of our flooring downstairs. I found it difficult to pick a floor during the remodel process. Jon-E suggested that we wait on picking out our floor until we had installed our cabinets and island. Great idea!! Once our kitchen was done, we could really visualize the perfect flooring. We used a Vinyl wide plank along with tile in our bathroom and laundry room. Jon-E helped us pick the grout color for all of tile downstairs, his suggestions were spot on! Our next job is to paint the kitchen and living room. Jon-E will be our expert then too! We cannot recommend Jon-E enough! We will definitely be reaching out to Jon-E for all future projects as well.

Jon E. helped me pick out tile and stone for my downstairs bathroom and kitchen remodels. He listened to what I wanted and helped me make the perfect choices. He is very patient and professional. I would use him again on Amy next project.

I went to Tile Boutique for a kitchen and bath remodel and it was the only place I had to go! Good selection of quartz and tile, and flooring materials too. Jon-E and David were very patient with me, as I changed my mind several times. The fabricator Martin and his guys did an excellent job with my countertops. I ended up going with a tile from Lowe's for my backsplash and the guy who installed it did a fabulous job, very intricate work. After the job was done Martin came to my house and scrubbed the quartz with acetone and gave me a cutting board made out of the quartz. I've gotten many compliments on my kitchen! Thank you Tile Boutique!

They are not the manufacturer or have any real information about the products they are selling! They outsource all of their deliveries and products from a third party partner, overstock. With out to date computer systems and communication they are running a business like a chicken without a head. I purchased the couch on sept. 20. With an estimated delivery date of Oct. 3. On Oct 1. I was told the manufacturer computer system was wrong and the product would take 7-10weeks to ship. On Oct. 8. I was contacted by bed bath and beyond that the product would be shipped out on Oct. 20. Then i was contacted on Oct 21 that the order was canceled due to inventory issue. Despite the fact that bed bath and beyond still has the product up on their website to be sold and has an estimated delivery date of 3 weeks. Which wouldn't make sense if my order was canceled because it was "out of stock" After being left on hold for 3.5 hours. A uninformed supervisor told me the computer system is wrong. There is nothing they can do and when the supervisor contacted the manufacturer on Oct 8. They were given wrong information. No accountability. No solution. And was told, as an unhappy customer, the best they could do was issue a refund WITHOUT being able to re-issue the coupon i used/wasted on this purchase. Bed bath and beyond is not a reputable business and lacks in customer service. Do not buy anything from them

You know the cute green and red paper you wrap your gifts in the boxes with ? Well this store has all sorts of Christmas paper with designs like you'd get if you used those scissors on them with the different cuts. They have Christmas trees on some and on others Santa Claus . We couldn't decide so we got them all. They had a case of old Disney characters and marked them down to $39.99. I did not get any because my daughter was with me and I wanted one for her. I think what I like most about HomeGoods is they give you many, many different choices of items to buy. We bought a bunch of games for our family to play on Christmas Day. Then they had a Christmas scavenger hunt which I bought for my Sunday School kids to have a Christmas party with. They have kitchenware, glassware, pet supplies and gifts, furniture, food, gift baskets, clothes, beddings and they are all marked down. They also have hangers and hampers, plants, games, silverware, this store has it all. One stop shopping. We finally said that we came in for one item and we needed to leave. Lily checked us out. She was so fast! She smiled and welcomed us. Asked if we wanted a charge card and then started ringing us up and talking to us about pleasantries the whole time. We felt welcomed and she is a multitasker! She'd make a great manager. Go here because it is one stop shopping! Merry Christmas!

I came back with my…read morereceipt, expecting a straightforward return -- you know, the kind any reasonable store handles in five minutes. Instead, I was subjected to a lesson in corporate logic so baffling it deserves its own case study. A 'coordinator' named Mirna informed me that my return was problematic because the item had been used. Yes. I used the rice cooker. To find out it didn't work. That is, in fact, the only way one would discover a rice cooker doesn't work. Mirna's concern? She couldn't put a used item back on the floor. Here's a thought, Mirna: you also shouldn't put a BROKEN item back on the floor. The problem isn't that I used it -- the problem is that it doesn't function. Those are two very different things, and the distinction matters. After this lecture, she graciously announced she would make a 'one time exception' and accept my return. An exception. For a defective product. Returned with a receipt. The audacity of being made to feel like a charity case for returning merchandise that simply does not work is something I won't forget. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere that understands what a warranty -- or basic customer service -- actually means

There are these new Cutie Cuffs that are Harry Potter house characters and some other cute characters like Aragog and the Dementor lol. Love these for putting on your backpack and just having it as decoration for universal studios. I hear people use them for decorating their steering wheel which I think is super cute! Anyway, these are blind boxes but the boxes have tiny holes in them so you can get an idea of the color and which character you're getting. Luckily there's only one green for Slytherin so I went on a hunt for it and happily found it here! I'm a Hufflepuff but got the Slytherin for my friend since that's her house. After I got what I needed, I headed over to their pokemon figure section and was a bit disappointed that they basically had none of the new jazwares figures, all old. Could be that they sold out quickly. I also did some shopping in the bath mats and found what I needed. Sadly one of the mats I got was too thin for my liking but will do for now. Overall a nice Target and easy to maneuver. Parking lot is also big, just a little confusing to get out of lol. IG: @ammysalamii

Like the certified genius I am, I forgot to mention the app price at checkout and walked out about seventy bucks poorer. Nope. Not today. I marched to Customer Service ready for a quick fix. The associate helping me called someone over. The second he arrived, the vibe shifted. Instant irritation. He questioned if the price I was showing was even from Lowe's and asked if I pulled it from Home Depot. Sir. The Lowe's app is bright blue. Home Depot is pumpkin spice orange. What are we doing here. Then he told me I might be shopping in a different "virtual Lowe's" because each store can have different sales. Meanwhile, I literally just plucked the shower head off the shelf in this store. I walked him through the app step by step, scanned the product in front of him like he told me to, and the lower price still showed. And he still wouldn't help. Just dismissive energy all around. So I said, "If it's such a big deal, I'll just return it." He said it wasn't a big deal... then when the associate asked if I wanted to return it, he jumped in and said "Just return it." That was the moment Ultra Karen Mode flipped ON. I called him a dick, signed the return slip with attitude, and stormed off. My emotional support human (aka my very calm boyfriend) scooped up the receipt I almost sacrificed in my dramatic exit. A few hours later... food happened. Sanity returned. I checked the app again. Price still lower. Not online only. I couldn't schedule pickup because it was now magically "out of stock" at both stores in town. Prices everywhere else were ninety plus. Rude. The saga wasn't over. Lowe's... we ride again. I came back. Scanned again. App: lower price. Shelf: nope. Another associate confirmed I was not losing my mind and escorted me to the desk like my personal retail angel. I admitted I called the earlier guy a dick and that I absolutely become a Karen when I feel dismissed and hungry. They called in JT. The actual manager. The hero this Lowe's deserves. JT LISTENED. He apologized for the confusion. He explained the whole online vs store pricing mess like a sane human. At first, he offered the corporate number so I could go through the approval process and then come back again for the refund. I told him I would proudly be that Karen and do it if that was required. We laughed because the absurdity was now comedic. Then I asked for the name of the guy from earlier because I assumed he was a manager too. JT said he was the only manager on duty all day. Plot twist. I explained the interaction and why I was so fired up. And THAT is when JT apologized again and said he would just honor the app price right there... specifically because the earlier interaction was so unnecessarily bad. We laughed about me calling the guy a dick. I took accountability for my hangry meltdown. JT handled all of it with patience, humor, and actual customer service skills. JT is the reason this review is five stars. JT is the reason Lowe's gets any more of my money. JT is the reason my shower head now sprays justice. Give this man a raise. And a crown. Because JT is the Karen Whisperer.
