I like this target. It's not as big as the one I usually go to, but it has what I need including a Starbucks inside. Their stock is pretty good. I normally do curbside pickup, but sometimes I go inside. Curbside pickup is great. Employees are friendly. No complaints here.

I could not believe the stock this Target had. We have multiple targets nearby and they never have stock of any of the new or good pokemon figures. You're lucky if you even find one on the shelf. We decided to stop by this one on the way to grab burgers from Funburger and were extremely surprised and satisfied! We're huge pokemon collectors and they had at least 2-3 of each new pokemon Jazwares figures. It was incredible so of course we had to go in a shopping spree! Prices are the same as other locations and the check out registers seemed a lot more organized. They didn't have any grumpy workers lol they were actually nice. Overall a solid location and would definitely make the drive out again. This is the spot for rare finds. IG: @ammysalamii

Today I had a bad awful experience with the cashier. She was so rude to me because I asked her to please take off the two alarms off the sweater. She then proceeded to roll her eyes at me and I told her there's two alarms in that sweater, one is on top by the neck and one on the bottom of the sweater. She told me that she knew what she was doing to let her do her job I couldn't believe it. She only took one alarm off. I told her that she shouldn't be rude to me... I also told her I'd come in Far Away. I cannot bring back the sweater if it has one more alarm she told me she took both of them off so I paid when I paid. She kept on saying that she knew her job when I get to my car I checked the sweater. There was a second alarm that she didn't take off. I went to talk to one of the supervisors, Lauren. She literally didn't know what to say to me. I don't understand why they have cashiers that have issues, especially when they don't have a badge name on their shirt. Maybe she was having a bad day, but it still doesn't excuse her for her, not listening when I was trying to explain to her about the sweater that it had 2 alarms on the sweater...

Just picked up an order via curbside pickup and this item is still locked. Complete lack of attention to detail.

We ended up choosing a couch from the Essential Collection with gel seats, and it is unreal. The fabric selection process was effortless, and we customized it in the Snow color with the Hilltop pattern no stress, no confusion, just fun. The best part? Zero issues. It's washable! Our custom couch was ready in just two weeks, and it exceeded every expectation. The quality, comfort, and modern organic style feel like something you'd find at a high-end store for a fraction of the price. We loved it so much that we're already planning to buy our next set from Furniture Now. After this experience, we wouldn't shop anywhere else.

I don't even know where to start…read more.. If you've ever walked into this place, you'll notice nobody wants to be there. It looks like the employees hate working there. Against my better judgment, I walked into this place, looking for a kitchen table and a sofa table with stools. I ended up buying a kitchen table that I liked, and I also liked a sofa table that they did not have in stock at the time. The gentleman ordered it for me and said it would be shipped out to the store and they would call me once it was ready for pick up. We went around back, picked up my kitchen table loaded it on my truck and drove home. I waited a few days for the sofa table. No big deal. They called me and told me it was ready so I show up and there's a box waiting for me in the rear of the building. I explained to them that I did not know it was going to be in a box otherwise I would not have ordered it at all. There is a tall black gentleman with braids in the front of the store, was extremely rude. He jumped at the chance to tell me... "You signed for it. There ain't no returns. Everything is a final sale here. You should read what you sign for" (which I agree) but the attitude I could have done without. First of all, no one was even talking to him. He did not greet me. He saw me at the front door and walked right past me like I wasn't there & didn't bother with me. (Yes I looked a mess) but that's no excuse. It looks like he's just ready to argue with whoever walks in the door. He's been working there for a very long time so I'm sure they won't be getting rid of him anytime soon, but I think people should know what they're dealing with at this location. So I walked back into the store and asked them if there was an extra charge for the build. There was a woman that said we don't usually build anything, but we will do this one time as a courtesy. I really do appreciate that the woman was actually helping... but that was only after I called the customer service line. I had many people tell me they were unsatisfied at the store, and I still went against my better judgment and walked in. Shame on me, it won't happen again. Next time, give people all the information and let them know that they will have to build it themselves when they get home. I could've went to IKEA if I wanted to build my own furniture. Sad.

The bed was purchased based solely on a photo--there was no floor model or display to view in person. When the bed was delivered, it looked significantly smaller and much lower quality than what was represented. We realized right away it wasn't going to work for our space. We immediately tried to resolve this reasonably. We called several times, spoke to multiple employees and managers, and were repeatedly told that "the manager would call us back." That never happened. We went into the store in person, explained the situation again, and were told that while nothing was promised, an exchange might be possible. We left our information and waited. No follow-up. We then sent an email outlining everything clearly and respectfully -- and received no response at all. At no point was there an actual attempt to help us, communicate clearly, or offer a solution. Even if a store has a strict no-return policy, there should be some flexibility or customer care when an item is purchased sight-unseen and clearly does not match expectations. What made this even more frustrating is that we ultimately found a better-quality bed, for less money, with excellent customer service through Amazon. The difference in responsiveness, ease, and overall experience was night and day. We want to support local businesses, but we are not a charity. Customer service matters. Unfortunately, this experience showed us that our business and time were not valued. We will not be shopping here again and do not recommend this store to others.

We called weekly for updates, only to be told the chairs "should arrive soon." Each time, the timeline shifted. At one point, we even visited the store in person, and Scott assured us the chairs would be there the following week -- they weren't. This back-and-forth went on for weeks with no clear answers. Every call felt like starting over, and communication was incredibly frustrating. On several occasions, Scott either put us on hold indefinitely or handed the call off to someone else, saying his computer wasn't working. It became clear he was avoiding direct conversation, and that lack of accountability was unacceptable. Out of frustration, I searched online and found Chris's contact information on Yelp and Google reviews. I decided to email him directly -- and I'm so glad I did. Chris responded almost immediately and handled everything professionally and respectfully. I emailed him on October 30th, and by October 31st he called to confirm the chairs were finally ready. He even waived the delivery fee and arranged to have them delivered within hours. That's excellent customer service. He was courteous, apologetic, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue. The owner also followed up via email, which I appreciated. Thank you, Chris, for stepping up and taking care of your customers . This is exactly how management should respond. If you ever run into problems, ask for Chris. While the communication issues and repeated delays with Scott were disappointing, Chris's quick action completely turned the experience around.

It's like having my own private upholsterer. My first adventure involved my dog and her ball that kept rolling under the couch. Silly dog shredded the skirt of my slipcover and Faviola was able to find/match the fabric and replace just the skirt. Totally washable slipcover, super comfy sofa was new again. Fast forward, sofa cushions got tired, cover still lovely, so Faviola and team refilled my cushions, made the cushions like new again. Fast forward to this past visit.... dog again... shredded too much, so we had a whole new slipcover for my 20 year sofa and it's fantastic!! Faviola is a great careful, communicator. I always know what I'm getting and what the price will be.

Her willingness to help, patience and genuine interest in helping us weigh our options far surpassed what is expected. In fact, upon walking in today to make another potential purchase she approached us and actually remembered our names. No sales pitch, no following us around, simply found us said hello, and gave us the space we needed until we were ready. If you want to deal with a genuinely good person, go to her. She's great, humble, and does not pressure you in the slightest. I will always go to her moving forward, and regret not having had all three of my purchases with her. They're lucky to have her, and I truly hope they appreciate how she represents them so positively!

Well it's been 12 days and Lucy the store manager still hasn't called me. Scheduled the repair guy to come out Dec. 26th and get an unexpected delivery of the sofa table and a missed appt according to the repair guy saying he has a bad address. Really!! The delivery guys found the address both times and he never called to inquire. I called the store Friday night and spoke to Freddy again and Lucy would be in Saturday morning. I told him to let her k own to expect me. I showed up at 11 AM and apparently she's on a conference call on a Saturday. It's now 2 PM and I left my phone number and 3 hrs later she must still be on her conference call. Don't shop at Ashley's Furniture on Carl Boyer, go somewhere else and save yourself the headaches. In total we had to take 3 days off for 2 items. Oh and the sofa delivery guy didn't remove the zip ties on the sleeper ‍

My favorite is that they don't stick to a single particular style, so you can find basically anything of any style here. The prices are really fair too in my opinion, I have seen RH items being sold for like 80% off of the retail price. The staff here are also the best. The woman who I think is either the owner or manager is always so sweet and kind every time I come and she always makes sure I leave with everything I need, plus she always makes one of the other employees assist with putting everything in my car instead of having me do it myself. I really appreciate this kind of service, it is something I will always remember. This place will be my first stop for all home decor and furniture

It was close by to the last furniture store that I visited and gave it a shot. Inside was a very nice variety of furniture. I couldn't really find a pattern of styles or types of furniture as everything was just laid out as is. While walking through the available stock there wasn't much that would be best for my mother but I did find some items that I may like in the future.
