    Used Sofa Interiors to replace my couch cushions. It feels brand new! Thank you, Faviola, for your recommendations, excellent service and getting the cushions done two weeks early. Highly recommend Sofa Interiors.

    My new ottomans

    I had reupholstered 2 ottomans which came out awful and knew I would have to redo. A friend recommended Sofa Interiors so I went into the valencia location and spoke with Faviola who was so amazing and patient. She understood that it was a redo and really listened and helped me through the process. I was very appreciative that she assured me not to worry it would be done correctly and have that finished look. So, I proceeded to drop the ottomans off at the factory in glendale where I met Scott the owner. He was very professional and kind. I could have just dropped them and left but Scott wanted me to sit on different foams to make sure it was what I wanted. That was so helpful because different foams sit differently. Then we talked about the details of nailheads and piping which he went over with me and by the time I left I knew I had found the right place. Scott really wanted this to be done right for me and conveyed that by the time he took. He truly cares and wants you to be happy with your purchase. I will be going back for all my rephulstery needs. He was awesome and does quality work.

    Beautiful Work

    After having a horrible experience with a few other companies I was very skeptical at first. I had 5 other companies give me quotes but I felt most comfortable with Sofa Interiors. When my couches were picked up I was extremely specific as to how I wanted my couches reupholstered. They were delivered today and I cannot express how content I am with the work! My couches are extremely detailed and huge, but Scott and his team handled it with ease. I highly recommend giving them a call if you ever need any upholstery work done. Thank you Rose & Scott!

    Custom made sectional

    We are very happy with Sofa Interiors. We dealt primarily with Brittany and she was awesome. Very helpful. We bought a custom made sectional and had a few seat cushions made for our iron chairs. The big item was the custom sectional. Brittany helped us with the design and we took things we liked from various couches in their store and made a complete custom sectional. We were able to choose the stiffness, materials, piping and length and depth, making it a one-of-a-kind couch. It took about 4 weeks to have made. WE LOVE IT. I was also impressed that while they were making the sectional, their warehouse/builder called me and made a suggestion that turned out to be very important. He could have just built the sectional to our specifications, but he took the time to call me and made a suggestion. He mentioned if they made the couch just a few inches shorter on one end of the sectional, all the cushions would be the same size and therefore interchangeable. That may not seem like a big deal, but it gives us more options and I was impressed they bothered to call me. I would recommend this place for any custom couch or chair or reupholstering project.     I highly discourage a reupholster with Sofa Interiors if you have a large piece of furniture. My husband and I most recently had a large sectional reupholstered with a gray microfiber. Upon completion of our sofa, we were disappointed to see a very visible seam on the chaise! Our sales rep Britt was professional and understanding. She explained the rolls come 54" wide and the manufacturer will always choose an extention piece when the area is larger than the fabric. The back cushion is not large enough to cover the seam as the seam is so far out and a horrible eye sore. We were offered the only way to eliminate the seam would be changing the direction of the nap (which would mean one cushion will look a different color from the rest of the sofa). We did not want to trade one eye sore for another. Our biggest disappointment is had we known and there was communication before the reupholster that this seam was a possibility, we would have perhaps selected a different fabric that would maybe not be as visible. We asked for a small discount for the eye sore and was told "management has not approved any reimbursement."

The fabric selection process was effortless, and we customized it in the Snow color with the Hilltop pattern no stress, no confusion, just fun. The best part? Zero issues. It's washable! Our custom couch was ready in just two weeks, and it exceeded every expectation. The quality, comfort, and modern organic style feel like something you'd find at a high-end store for a fraction of the price. We loved it so much that we're already planning to buy our next set from Furniture Now. After this experience, we wouldn't shop anywhere else.

    I don't even know where to start…read more.. If you've ever walked into this place, you'll notice nobody wants to be there. It looks like the employees hate working there. Against my better judgment, I walked into this place, looking for a kitchen table and a sofa table with stools. I ended up buying a kitchen table that I liked, and I also liked a sofa table that they did not have in stock at the time. The gentleman ordered it for me and said it would be shipped out to the store and they would call me once it was ready for pick up. We went around back, picked up my kitchen table loaded it on my truck and drove home. I waited a few days for the sofa table. No big deal. They called me and told me it was ready so I show up and there's a box waiting for me in the rear of the building. I explained to them that I did not know it was going to be in a box otherwise I would not have ordered it at all. There is a tall black gentleman with braids in the front of the store, was extremely rude. He jumped at the chance to tell me... "You signed for it. There ain't no returns. Everything is a final sale here. You should read what you sign for" (which I agree) but the attitude I could have done without. First of all, no one was even talking to him. He did not greet me. He saw me at the front door and walked right past me like I wasn't there & didn't bother with me. (Yes I looked a mess) but that's no excuse. It looks like he's just ready to argue with whoever walks in the door. He's been working there for a very long time so I'm sure they won't be getting rid of him anytime soon, but I think people should know what they're dealing with at this location. So I walked back into the store and asked them if there was an extra charge for the build. There was a woman that said we don't usually build anything, but we will do this one time as a courtesy. I really do appreciate that the woman was actually helping... but that was only after I called the customer service line. I had many people tell me they were unsatisfied at the store, and I still went against my better judgment and walked in. Shame on me, it won't happen again. Next time, give people all the information and let them know that they will have to build it themselves when they get home. I could've went to IKEA if I wanted to build my own furniture. Sad.

Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The bed was purchased based solely on a photo--there was no floor model or display to view in person. When the bed was delivered, it looked significantly smaller and much lower quality than what was represented. We realized right away it wasn't going to work for our space. We immediately tried to resolve this reasonably. We called several times, spoke to multiple employees and managers, and were repeatedly told that "the manager would call us back." That never happened. We went into the store in person, explained the situation again, and were told that while nothing was promised, an exchange might be possible. We left our information and waited. No follow-up. We then sent an email outlining everything clearly and respectfully -- and received no response at all. At no point was there an actual attempt to help us, communicate clearly, or offer a solution. Even if a store has a strict no-return policy, there should be some flexibility or customer care when an item is purchased sight-unseen and clearly does not match expectations. What made this even more frustrating is that we ultimately found a better-quality bed, for less money, with excellent customer service through Amazon. The difference in responsiveness, ease, and overall experience was night and day. We want to support local businesses, but we are not a charity. Customer service matters. Unfortunately, this experience showed us that our business and time were not valued. We will not be shopping here again and do not recommend this store to others.

Her willingness to help, patience and genuine interest in helping us weigh our options far surpassed what is expected. In fact, upon walking in today to make another potential purchase she approached us and actually remembered our names. No sales pitch, no following us around, simply found us said hello, and gave us the space we needed until we were ready. If you want to deal with a genuinely good person, go to her. She's great, humble, and does not pressure you in the slightest. I will always go to her moving forward, and regret not having had all three of my purchases with her. They're lucky to have her, and I truly hope they appreciate how she represents them so positively!

    Well it's been 12 days and Lucy the store manager still hasn't called me. Scheduled the repair guy to come out Dec. 26th and get an unexpected delivery of the sofa table and a missed appt according to the repair guy saying he has a bad address. Really!! The delivery guys found the address both times and he never called to inquire. I called the store Friday night and spoke to Freddy again and Lucy would be in Saturday morning. I told him to let her k own to expect me. I showed up at 11 AM and apparently she's on a conference call on a Saturday. It's now 2 PM and I left my phone number and 3 hrs later she must still be on her conference call. Don't shop at Ashley's Furniture on Carl Boyer, go somewhere else and save yourself the headaches. In total we had to take 3 days off for 2 items. Oh and the sofa delivery guy didn't remove the zip ties on the sleeper ‍

We called weekly for updates, only to be told the chairs "should arrive soon." Each time, the timeline shifted. At one point, we even visited the store in person, and Scott assured us the chairs would be there the following week -- they weren't. This back-and-forth went on for weeks with no clear answers. Every call felt like starting over, and communication was incredibly frustrating. On several occasions, Scott either put us on hold indefinitely or handed the call off to someone else, saying his computer wasn't working. It became clear he was avoiding direct conversation, and that lack of accountability was unacceptable. Out of frustration, I searched online and found Chris's contact information on Yelp and Google reviews. I decided to email him directly -- and I'm so glad I did. Chris responded almost immediately and handled everything professionally and respectfully. I emailed him on October 30th, and by October 31st he called to confirm the chairs were finally ready. He even waived the delivery fee and arranged to have them delivered within hours. That's excellent customer service. He was courteous, apologetic, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue. The owner also followed up via email, which I appreciated. Thank you, Chris, for stepping up and taking care of your customers . This is exactly how management should respond. If you ever run into problems, ask for Chris. While the communication issues and repeated delays with Scott were disappointing, Chris's quick action completely turned the experience around.
