I was also asking questions about my payment and financing, but she was unable to provide me with clear answers or explain the terms to me. After contacting the financing company myself, I found out that I was being charged significantly more interest than I expected .... double what I thought I was agreeing to. None of this was properly explained to me before I signed the paperwork. I am extremely disappointed and upset with the entire experience. Had I known the actual mattress size and understood the financing terms and interest I was agreeing to, I would not have gone through with the purchase. I regret this purchase and feel that I was not properly informed about what I was signing. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses what happened so other customers do not have the same experience.
