A little over 1.5 years ago I purchased our forever couch with this seller and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the couch. We got the standard cushion for an l shaped couch with an oversized chaise. It has withstood our growing family and continues to be a comfy landing spot for all of us. The couch is built in section which makes it easy to maneuver when we need to clean around it. But it is heavy because the frame is NOT PINE. So it hasn't creaked or morphed in any way. And it's very sturdy. The seat cushions have broken in comfortably and this couch is the most comfortable thing we own. I tell everyone the quality is worth the price. It's not cheap, at all, but the quality is worth it. I purchased couches from 2 other furniture stores and this one far exceeds the other 2. I wish we came here first and saved the money. At the time, there was a sale on all of the showroom furniture, but we opted for a custom-made sofa and matching loveseat to fit the specific dimensions of our living room. The prices were reasonable, worth it for the quality. Thanks to Tony's guidance, we chose the right size, firmness and style of cushions. We bought a dining room table and chairs from Furniture with Attitude. We thought we were purchasing a beautiful, durable, quality table but we were wrong. They provided a free lazy susan which we were so excited about but immediately after adjusting the lazy susan on the table we noticed it left marks that would not come off on the tabletop. It's obvious the finish on the table is not done well at all. Also, we set our laptop down and it seems like the cord immediately made a small dent on the table. that should not have happened as we set the laptop down lightly. We spent over $4k on this dining room set and were promised quality wood that would last for years. The table didn't lasted more than 3 weeks with out getting any scratches on it. We reached out to Tony and David immediately after noticing the marks on the table, they offered to send out a repair man at their expense to fix it. We agreed because it is a beautiful table. The dent on the tabletop happened a couple of days later (before the repair man came to fix the table top), that's when we decided this was not the table for us, especially at the price point we paid for it. We again reached out to Tony and David and told them we would like to return the table instead and they basically told us no, we can't return it because we signed and paid for it and that we had said that "we appreciate good quality furniture." We had not had this table for more than 3 weeks. We have never had an experience with a company not accepting a return on a bad product that they sold us. Tony and David kept reiterating it was in good condition when they delivered it but honestly don't make our mistake and purchase anything from them. They will fool you and tell you it's a good product when it's not. At the end of the day we will not be getting our money back but the least we could do was accept their offer to get the repair man to fix their product. Tony and David care more about getting money and their inventory out of their warehouse than they do about their customers. Once you are out the door, they don't care about you. They will not allow any sort of returns, not even if you've had their products for less than 3 weeks. Even their receipt doesn't mention their return policy. It only mentions returns on special orders which ours was not. Save yourself the expense and headache and do not purchase from this furniture store. read more

I really wish I had a better experience here. We bought a dining room table set, looked beautiful, but the top coat/finish was non-existent. They provided a lazy Susan with plastic feet underneath, but would leave all kinds of marks on the table top. We had had the table for less than 2 weeks and there were all kinds of marks. Not only that, the table top itself dings super easily. Kind of defeats the purpose of a dining room table if you're too worried about eating on it to cause any damage. We wanted to return this table, but since we accepted the table the day it was delivered (which of course we did), they would not accept any returns, only for their repairman to come out and fix the problem. I'm knocking off 2 stars because of their horrible customer service. read more
