Sadly, we came to shop and we were not given any customer service at all. The product was very nice but there were four sales employees there today 11/30/21 at 2:45pm and we were the only customers in the store. All of the sales people were more concerned about what they were looking at on the internet and on their phones behind the counter, than they were with helping us. I kept asking questions about the product and they literally acted like I was bothering them. Only one girl with the short bangs was nice enough to give us some small assistance, but quickly went back to rest of them behind the desk. We search for comfortable couches and chairs due to a back condition. We have spent $2000 each on chairs before due to the comfort level and quality of the product. We were very interested in the Lovesac, but couldn't get any help from anyone to show us anything about what was going on. I began to get ignored when asking questions and started to listen to what they were doing. It sounded like they were looking at the Internet together and discussing places to go for vacation or nice places to visit. We had just come from three other furniture stores, where the sales people knew how to make a sale and treat the customer. Those sales people greeted us, walked with us, showed us the products, found out our interests in order to find something suitable for our needs and gave us all the information we needed. When we left the other stores we felt taken care of and like we would return at another time. This is not the same for this Lovesac location. We will not be coming back!!!! I honestly hope the manager will look into this as you lost a sale today! I was ready to buy at least one Lovesac and possibly a couch, but I will find another Lovesac to purchase from because the employees today were the worst ever!!! Great experience when shopping for our sectional Couch. Pamela and Kyle were extremely helpful with product information and alerting us to upcoming store sale for best pricing. Loved having the store to look at material swatches and helping us figure sectional design based on measurements we gave to them. This sectional couch is unique in its design and it can customized from small to large,couch covers and cushions can be replaced if need be. My husband and I came in to this store on Black Friday 2017 to test out sitting on one of their Sactional couch's. We ended up leaving having purchased a full set! Shawn the founder of the company and Taylor the manager of the store were way helpful and were super patient with us. Their customer service skills were off the chart and we're so happy to have met them. We have had our couch for a little over a month now and fully enjoy the flexibility of being able to move it around. The covers we chose(chocolate brown suede) are extremely soft and comfortable. On a side note- we ordered a 'deep side' addition. We got a call a week later saying it was going to be put on back order and as compensation, they offered us a free footsac blanket. Taylor had already mentioned to us the deep side was going to be put on back order and we were totally ok with it. But to have customer service go beyond and offer one of the most softest blankets I've ever had the pleasure of draping on me is wonderful! I just bought a new home and so I'm in the market for a new sofa. My daughter really loves Lovesac. She's had one before and is a huge fan. So she's determined to show them to me and so we head to Valencia to check them out and I am so glad we did. We go in and look around and after the young lady finishes with her current customer she assists us. So it seems that the Lovesac may be out of my price range. However, Taylor, the sales manager was absolutely fantastic. She really really knew her product and even gave us a full on demonstration of how it works. And since it was pouring rain, Taylor was nice enough to let us hang for a bit until the rain slowed down. I want to acknowledge Lovesac and their ability to hire intelligent professionals for their stores. When the time comes and I am able to level up to Lovesac quality, I'm going to truck on back to work with Taylor. read more

I love the modular design, lifetime warranty, and machine washable covers. This place is way too cool for the average college dorm or spare bedroom. I saw this place as the ultimate furniture sets that are kind of like Legos where you can mix and match them any way you want. I'm a total fan. So why the 3 star review? Price. I wanted to check price on a love seat and two ottomans and I found out it was a whopping $3,300! I busted a "what chu talkn' 'bout Willis?" when I heard the price. Are you kidding me? For a love seat? I bought my Italian leather couch and love seat from Macy's and my living room couch and love seat (which was made in the U.S.A.) for a combined cost of a little more than what one love seat costs! I love my sectionals and pillow sac. It is expensive but, if you wait until they have a sale, you can fiance with no interest and the warranty on this stuff is great! The down side is, it's not very easy to put together once the covers are on... It takes some fight to get it all put together so make sure you've got some help! The staff here is amazing. They are extremely helpful without being pushy and always in a great mood. I don't feel like they are overly pushy sales people, they make suggestions and ask if you need help, but for the most part, they leave you alone and let you explore. It's not a big store so it's not hard for them to keep an eye on you but I appreciate when sales people don't hover. read more

I have a super sac that I got many many years ago, when they were inside the mall and I love it! A few years ago I had an issues with the liner leaking inside the cover and I contacted them and they sent me a new liner right away. Great customer service. Every time I go to the mall with my kids we go in this store and hang out. The girls that work in there are always friendly and don't mind that we go just to hang out and test the different sacs. Today we went and my son and his friend were trying the 'mind teasers' that they had sitting out...they wouldn't leave until they figured them all out (they got a bit of help from one of the employees on one of them) I will continue to stop by this store until I can afford my own sactional one day! Never will I buy another sectional from this company, their all talk, I tried several times to get my cushions replaced. It was comfortable for maybe a year then the cushions started to loose their shape and comfort. Makes me upset, they won't replace them for free! I have not received our Sactional, so I cannot speak on the product, however, I CAN and WILL talk about the service of this team at the Valencia location. Our first visit we were greeted so enthusiastically by ANDREW and GRABLE, who were so friendly, helpful and attentive to what we were looking for. (And they both took a HUGE liking to our 2 new puppies we had with us) Andrew was very informative on all the configurations and genuine on his opinion on what filling and FABRIC would best suit us based on what we explained we were looking for. We left that day, confident that our next couch would be a LoveSac Sactional. I called a week later looking to speak to Andrew, to update my quote as we decided on rolled arms the couch. He was unavailable, however, Luke was just as pleasant and enthusiastic about assisting us with this, knowing that Andrew initially helped us. None of the "call-back-to-speak-to-Andrew-since-he -initially-worked-with-you" mentality that I have experienced with other retailers in the past. He updated our quote and emailed me immediately. And now, today, after having problems online, I called the store and asked for Andrew, who was not there, but TAYLOR was more than happy to assist me making the purchase. I expressed my challenge with Synchrony to the financing and she was able to pull up my account and process. Whatever LOVESACS culture is as a company...KEEP DOING IT! It's TRULY a rare find, as a consumer, to find employees ENTHUSIASTIC, FRIENDLY, NON-COMPETATIVE & KNOWLEDGEABLE . We have purchased a pillow sac and a super sac from this store. We absolutely love going here. We have a disabled son and they are always extremely welcoming, helpful and patient. There is never any pressure to buy anything and always encouragement to hang out for as long as we need. My wife and her friend went in there for multiple hours to simply sit on everything before she decided to buy anything. Darlene in particular was wonderful, she knows the product really well and really helped us figure out what we wanted.
