February 2026 - Needed parts from our Pacific Sales purchased shower valve from 30 years ago ! They found the part and it was shipped in 2 days. They also give referrals for Santa Clarita installers that they use constantly to install stoves, or anything that the manufacturer does not provide. . The service here is great! We bought bathroom fixtures here for a remodel a few years ago. One of our drains broke recently and we brought it in to their plumbing specialists. They were more than accommodating and worked with us to find out the brand of the drain fixture. They were able to tell us the problem right away and gave us a new piece to fix the problem. read more

I needed parts for my hot/cold water dispenser. Richard and Armando went above and beyond multiple times to help me. Factory warranty had expired but they contacted them and were able to determine what the correct replacement parts were. We purchased all of our faucets there couple of years back. last month My soap dispenser in my kitchen wasn't working. I called Armando and he took care of it right away with the vendor. What great service! He spent a lot of time with the manufacturer looking up the plumbing part I needed. Then Armando found the part in his loose parts tray, and he gave it to me at no charge! If he had had to special order the part, it probably would've been a couple weeks without a functioning kitchen sink. So my wife is also very happy! read more

I went to the showroom to buy a Washer and Dryer with a specific brand in mind. The salesperson upsold me to get the top of the line for both machines in the brand I wanted, mentioning that the washer was extra gentle on clothes because the drum spins instead of the agitator. What they failed to mention was that the washer doesn't actually clean clothes effectively BECAUSE it's so gentle. I've come to find out the top of the line model gets the worst reviews of the product line for this very reason. It feels irresponsible and dishonest not to mention the downside of a feature if you're using it as a selling point. With no satisfaction guarantee, I am now selling this basically new, low-functioning washer at a loss to buy another new machine from somewhere else. read more

We were very impressed with the knowledge and experience of their staff. Edward helped us pick out new appliances for our kitchen remodel. He walked us through all the different stove options, refrigerators, wine coolers,dish washers and microwaves, barbecue etc. In addition we were also interested in setting up a music system in our house and outdoors. Edward suggested we use Sono's he had the system and he was quite pleased with it. We went with his recommendation and we love our music system!
