I originally planned to reuse my over 12‑year‑old Toto Washlet, but after re-installation it started making gear noises. Probably age and dust catching up with it. I needed parts for my hot/cold water dispenser. Richard and Armando went above and beyond multiple times to help me. Factory warranty had expired but they contacted them and were able to determine what the correct replacement parts were. February 2026 - Needed parts from our Pacific Sales purchased shower valve from 30 years ago ! They found the part and it was shipped in 2 days. They also give referrals for Santa Clarita installers that they use constantly to install stoves, or anything that the manufacturer does not provide. . Armando, Richard in plumbing and the whole staff are the most caring, knowledgable people, yes they really do care! yes really do, visit and find out. Pacific sales sells quality period, but what is amazing is they sell factory parts for all your plumbing purchases. We purchase all our appliances through them, The showroom is great no pressure and you can look at all name brands at one time and compare. The service here is great! We bought bathroom fixtures here for a remodel a few years ago. One of our drains broke recently and we brought it in to their plumbing specialists. They were more than accommodating and worked with us to find out the brand of the drain fixture. I went to the showroom to buy a Washer and Dryer with a specific brand in mind. The salesperson upsold me to get the top of the line for both machines in the brand I wanted, mentioning that the washer was extra gentle on clothes because the drum spins instead of the agitator. What they failed to mention was that the washer doesn't actually clean clothes effectively BECAUSE it's so gentle. I've come to find out the top of the line model gets the worst reviews of the product line for this very reason. It feels irresponsible and dishonest not to mention the downside of a feature if you're using it as a selling point. With no satisfaction guarantee, I am now selling this basically new, low-functioning washer at a loss to buy another new machine from somewhere else. read more
