Ricardo and his assistant Chris were at our residence for approximately and hour and a half, meticulously removing the old Kitchen Aide and replacing the new Bosch 500 Series! The packaging and protective tape etc for the Bosch product was superior to anything we have ever owned. The total quality service and time explaining all aspects of our new product by Ricardo were superior to anything we have received in the past. Our compliments are also extended to Chris for his total quality service attitude and loyalty to Appliance Unlimited. As we told Ricardo and Ghazal, it appears Bosch is now the leader and we get what we pay for! However, if you demand trusted long term relationships, my wife and I will be returning to Appliance Unlimited in the future for any additional purchases. JP

I contacted Armando again, and he made everything incredibly easy over text and a quick phone call with their finance dept. He clearly explained my options and helped me upgrade to a Washlet+ S550e at a fantastic price. The UltraMax II and S550e combo is a huge upgrade: powerful flush, comfortable height, and all the modern Washlet features. When I asked for a discount, he refused, claiming $275 was a great price since a service visit alone costs $75. I agreed to the price and let him finish the job.
