Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Our sink faucet began leaking within just a few months of installation. It was replaced under warranty, but the replacement failed with the same issue shortly afterward. To make matters worse, the finish on several of the fixtures has also started peeling far sooner than it should. What frustrated us the most wasn't just the defective products--it was how the situation was handled. We kept getting passed from one person to another, with no one taking responsibility or offering a real solution. Eventually, we were told they couldn't help because the manufacturer had discontinued the faucet. After investing so much money into our remodel, we expected better products and, more importantly, better customer service. Instead, we were left with defective fixtures and no refund, no comparable replacement, and no accountability. The product did not arrive in retail packaging so it was really tough to know which was what. I had to take everything back to the showroom and my rep set down and wrote on each and every single piece what it was. Turned out that I've ended up ordering a few things wrong and needed to return them...Now, returning items is even a bigger headache..,you have to get a shipping label from them and start shipping different things back to their different locations. That was not acceptable to me so I returned the product back to the showroom and ask my rep to take care of the returns for me. It took over 3 weeks for me to receive the refunds which was pretty upsetting. In the meantime, I've checked with a different national distributor the prices on everything I've purchased and it turned out that I've paid about $2000 too much in comparison to what it would have cost me had I've purchased the same product from them. Needless to say: Very bad system, extremely over priced, and I will not be buying here again.

This was a massive project: remodeling three bathrooms, replacing sewer pipes under both the front and back of the house, mold remediation, asbestos removal, modernizing the exterior, painting inside and out, updating trim, swapping chandeliers and canned lighting, replacing interior doors, and installing a new front door and garage door.
