I recently ordered a new toilet tank lid from Deluxe Vanity after my toddler son for some reason lifted ours and dropped it. Apparently he's the Hulk. We were quoted 8-10 weeks since Icera had to make it. A couple weeks went by and I got a call from John @ Deluxe Vanity asking if I had received his emails (apparently went to spam) Sorry John! I was informed Icera now wants pictures of the inside of the tank to ensure I ordered the right model. A day later I received a box from UPS and it was a tank lid! Unfortunately not the right one lol John handled this immediately getting Icera to order the right lid this time and allowing me to send back the wrong one. John is awesome at his job and his customer service goes a long way in the current climate where no one cares any longer! Thank you for your follow ups via email! Darin and Team deliver top-notch results and customer service. I purchased a Delta T342701-SP Trim Kit in July 2025 which both myself and the salesperson, Darin, thought came with a rough-in valve. The plan was to front me a valve from the shop - which they did - and then replace that one from the package upon pickup. Also, at the time of purchase, they did their best to match the Home Depot price which also listed a rough-in valve as part of the package deal. Well, today we opened the package and it didn't contain the rough-in valve. Darin and the store manager investigated and long-story short, they did not charge me extra for the valve. Now that's what I call excellent customer service. I'll be visiting their showroom soon, to select some vanities and other items. read more

We are in the process of remodeling, I found Deluxe just by chance and it was a pleasant surprise. Corinne helped us and she was a very big help as we really were not 100% set on a particular brand. We found what we needed, she called manufacturer to make sure the time frame would not be too long and to get answers for other questions we had. Well, I'm guessing I'm going to be one of those rare bad experiences customers writing a bad review. My wife and I are remodeling one of our bathrooms and we decided to try out this place since it had good reviews. I'm not gonna lie, they do have lots of good stuff and we were amazed at all the faucets, vassals sinks, and electrically heated toilets but that's not my issue with them. My issue is with the stocking fee and the miscommunication between DVK and Delta Faucet. On 2/14/21 we order a very expensive delta faucet, a pop-up drain, and the faucet handle. Now, fast forward to 4/8/ 21, yes, just shy of 2 months and still, I haven't received ANY of the three products. So what happened you asked?... So, apparently, the faucet that we wanted was in back order and wouldn't be ready for another 3 weeks to a month. Well, we couldn't wait any longer for it.... what were my next steps?... to cancel the order. I mean it's the only logical thing to do, right? I mean, would you wanna wait for another month making a total of 2.5 months for your product to arrive? So when I arrive at the store and presented my receipt and told them I would like a full refund and they said "sure, but we will have to charge you a 25% re-stocking fee for the 2 pieces that arrived at our store" and I told them "you never told me you had 2 of 3 pieces and since I never walk out with them or touched them nor sign for them, I shouldn't be responsible for that charge" they just kind gave me look like they didn't care what I had to say. They told me that Delta is the one that's charging me the re-stocking fee?..go figure, right? I mean, I didn't order this from Delta, I order this through DVK who placed the order with Delta and I'm the one who is being charged. So I didn't want to cause a scene, I had no choice but to accept that BS fee and I left. On the way home, I couldn't believe what just happened and I was so upset with the whole deal and felt like I've been ripped off. I know this wrong and I know consumers have rights. So, I've already filed a complaint with the BBB and my next steps is to write a review on yelp (which I'm doing now) and to reach out to the business website and lodged a complaint, also, I'll be reaching out to the DA office about this. What would you do if you guys were in my shoes? Would you complain? or accept the re-stocking fee? I highly recommend you guys to search your products either on Home Depot, Lowes or on Amazon first because at least they won't charge you for a re-stocking fee if you need to return them or cancel the order!!! read more

We were searching for counter, cabinets and fixtures and when we sat down with Katy she made everything easy and helped us put together the perfect master bath. Everyone there went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was excellent. We loved the experience so much that we went right back to do our second bathroom and although we didn't get a new cabinet we were inspired by the color and they even had beautiful knobs to add like accent jewelry to our new space. If you have them install tile, make sure they remember to bring a tile saw. We put in a $50,000 bathroom and unfortunately used this company to install our tile. I dont know how you cut Tile without a Tile saw but so uneven, horrible craftsmanship and we had to find someone else to repair the mess they made. Maybe okay for pre-made vanities BUT DO NOT USE for any custom work! If you notice 95% of my reviews are positive. I'm pretty easy to satisfy and this is one of the worst companies I have ev Update- the two owners called and were very upset about my review. They didn't care what happened to me but more concerned about their review. One of the owners even started crying on the phone- kind of weird. They didn't offer anything to rectify the situation. Boy I would fo whatever it took to make a customer happy. Honestly I yhink they were clueless of what a lousy job they did and how many thousands it cost me to repair their cheaply fine, horrible work. They are young and inexperienced but maybe with time realize how important reputation is and how that is everything. I don't think I could've gone thru the process of picking out two bathroom vanities, a kitchen faucet and kitchen cabinet pulls without the help of Katy. She was seriously a lifesaver. After being recommended to go to Deluxe Vanity by my contractor, I just showed up with no appointment and hoped for the best. Thankfully, Katy rescued me from the whirlwind of questions I had and we were able to tackle each item on my list. She showed me around the store to look at vanity samples but she also checked their inventory online and was able to tell me what was in stock (unlike stores like Pirch who have no control of their items). Anyone who's remodeled their kitchen knows that one of the biggest decisions to make is regarding the kitchen faucet. After reading many online reviews, I had narrowed my choices to a couple types but Katy gave me great suggestions on how to test out the faucets, what to consider, etc. Having them hooked up so I can actually feel out how the faucets would be in use made all the difference. When it was check-out time, I couldn't have been more pleased with the pricing that Deluxe Vanities provides. The kitchen vanities were available for pick up at their East LA warehouse the next day, and, given that we lived so close to each other, Katy even dropped off the kitchen cabinet pulls and faucet to my house when it was available (3-days after purchase!). This morning, I managed to put a little bit of pressure in the wrong direction on my shower wand, and off comes the hose! When I went to go take a look - it looks like whoever installed my shower had gummed up the threads on a fitting. So here I am, half sudsy and half grouchy, dripping all over the floor hunting down the manufacturer of my shower to find a part... and whaddya know, nothing on their website matches! Lucky me, though, I live just down the street from Deluxe Vanity. Okay, they're not a parts store, but they've got walls and walls full of good looking stuff. "Maybe," I think, "these guys can help me figure out the part number for this fitting." Now, if you've ever been to a showroom, you know full well that's not something that it's there for. A showroom is there for you to check out products, see if you like 'em, order 'em, and roll out. The guy behind the counter would have TOTALLY been well within his rights to say 'sorry man, we don't sell individual pieces.' But instead, he and his colleague take a look at the part, hunt down piece after piece on the website, take it out to the showroom wall, and point out the joint. "This thing here?" "Oh, yeah, that's it!" "Yeah, I think this one is probably discontinued." And just as I'm in the middle of thinking 'crap, how am I gonna find a replacement now?', he unscrews the fitting, swaps it for mine, and says 'there ya go, no problem!' Daaaaang. You better believe I owe this guy a review, and probably a pizza or something too! We live in a world where altruism takes a second place to greed, and it's real refreshing whenever you find a place where fixing problems is more important than making money.
